Star Hotel Chiang Mai

I was overall satisfied with my experience at this hotel. It is close to the night bazaar market which is very convenient for shopping and dinning in the evening. Also, the Old City is nearby and I only took me 10-15 minutes walk. The hotel staff is attentive and very nice, which was a huge plus. The breakfast does not have as many options as bigger hotels, but I found the food tasty. On the negative side, when I arrived my room still smelt to ********* that probably the previous guest smoke (the bed sheets were a bit smelly). In spite of this, I'd consider to book again at this hotel if I come back to Chiang Mai.

Only stayed a night, not a bad location for most. For me it was a little further by foot where I wanted to be. Also very basic, not really my style. Was ok for the night I was there, but happy with my secondary reservation.

Very nice quiet hotel, reasonably priced, just a few minute walk from the daily night market and a 10-15 minute walk to the old walled city area. Nearby are numerous restaurants with a wide range of cuisines.

Remember to book premium room at the new wing not the deluxe room at the old wing you’ll be very sorry if you book your room at the old wing. Good lucky

The location is very near the night bazaar. You can take a 15 mins walk to Warorot market or Pra gate. The room is clean and the bed is great.

This hotel should be called 5 stars hotel instead of just star hotel!! For the price you will not find a better option. Rooms are clean and beautiful, no mold at all in the room, nice pool and the service is excellent. The breakfast is simple but delicious! Location is also excellent as the hotel is located right next to night market, which is quite a busy area! But very quiet and cozy during the day and after 23.00. I highly reccommend it!
