I’ve been a frequent patron of this location and have brought many individuals to this establishment. I’ve never been an issue no had issues until today. Today I was treated with disrespect and terrible customer service. I purchased two oils and while heading home I noticed them leaking all over me. Not to mention the rude service the individual provided while I was trying to purchase the oils. I’m guessing the bottles rubbed together and cracked. As many know this can damage clothing, etc. so I took a video and threw them in the trash. I called immediately to explain what happened and told them I would stop back in today. When I arrived it was a totally different story and basically I was gaslit and talked to rudely while 4 men stared down one women. I inquired about the manager and they refused to provide me with that information but persisted to talk at me saying “my sistah!” I no longer can recommend this place based on today’s experience and lack of regard for women and loyal patrons.

Very rude customer service. I walk in they turn off the lights . When it was 30mins to closing . I immediately didn’t feel welcome . I won’t be coming back . Bad service

Wow!! All my years living in bedstuy and I finally enter. What an experience. The best and purest essential oils at a great price! Strong! And he gave a sample for my wife at home. This store rocks.

One reason is not only are the merchandise not tampered with or watered down, but the merchants are shiva's blaze, and always burn bright 🙏🔱🕌

This store is super rude. I sent someone there to get cologne and asked if we could call him on video to make sure we are getting the correct mixture because we are out of state and the worker said no. Great example of what customer service shouldn’t be. We support your business and you provide no help. That’s so rude!!!

The oils are great and the store is fully stocked with any and all things for the spiritual people. If you buy the spray perfume, make sure to check the bottle and make sure it’s full. I was sold one that was half empty.

Prices of lovely the environment is neutral

When they opened, I lived a block away and was excited when I was finally able to check out their store. Great oils, candles and incense, except for some incense I purchased once that started to get moldy. But they aren’t very humble. My last visit there, I told them how much I was going to miss the place because I was moving to another state further away. And even though I was living NJ, I was still making my way to Brooklyn just for their shop. No “thank yous”. No “I appreciate your loyalty.” They are a reason why I don’t believe in the “shop at the stores in your neighborhood.” Made me regret all the money I spent there. And make sure to check the oils before purchasing it. Once bought patchouli oil and when I got home. It smelled like straight Tea Tree oil. It was sometime after I moved to NJ so wasn’t in the mood to make a big trip back for a $5 item. I saw it being poured from the bottle that said Patchouli, so I assumed that it was OK.

I'm changing my review. When I first started coming here, it was awesome and so was the energy. One of the last times I went in there, I purchased some patchouli oil and it smelled like tea tree oil. Shame on me for not smelling it first. No thank you. Have a good day. Felt so off putting. Update about 3 yrs later...My review I left in google... Very good with letting you try on anything you want! Have almost every cologne/perfume in oil form.... I wear the perfume on my body and my dad wears it and he burns it in the air diffuser the oil makes his house smell so good

AMAZING selection of candles and aromatherapy poduct. They also have a plethora of natural skin and hair care products. And the staff members are very nice and try to be helpful.

Best place in bed-stuy to get natural products and incense. I love this store and the people who work here are very nice. Will be coming back, especially since it is so close to me! I am so lucky to live near this place and in this neighborhood.

I like this store for their variety of scented oils and incense. Frankincense and myrrh is my favorite. Prices are considerably low and the owners are just honest small business men. How can you not support your local business owners?
