Starbucks Coffee Company

Nice location and it was clean based on the crowd. I was only there for the restroom at first. It took a while but I got through then I ordered a few items. I didn't take the photos but they were good. The service for 4 stars because of the long restroom line.

"I always have a great experience at this Starbucks. The staff is very friendly and they consistently get my coffee order exactly right. The store is clean, has a nice atmosphere, and is a perfect place to sit and get some work done or just relax with a drink. The Wi-Fi is fast and the seating is comfortable. Definitely my favorite spot for a quick caffeine fix in the neighborhood!"

Starbucks usually doesn't surprise me, but today I was surprised when placing my order. When I ordered my cortado, I was asked if it was for here or to go. When I said, "For here." I was asked if I'd like it in a mug. I've never used a mug at Starbucks. It's something I occasionally see people drinking from, but I never feel comfortable asking for one because I never see mugs anywhere and don't want to bother the baristas any more than I have to. But these mugs were right next to the register and very inviting. So, since I had the time, I said, "Sure." Sometimes it's the simplest things, like drinking coffee from a mug. It was nice. I was very happy to be offered the option. It made for a lovely experience!

Really close to my place, everytime I’ve been here it’s been good service. Never too packed, decently spacious on the inside.

Cashier was not happy when I asked what can he recommend for a spicy minty tea. He actually told me "this is just Starbucks man, the coffee shop next door would most likely have better tea." Discription of the guy with no name tag: Dyed blonde hair, skinny, tan skin. It's just Starbucks man. You can tell the surfaces were sticky. Disappointed.

I visited this Starbucks location during the heatwave, when it was 102° outside, and the air conditioning inside wasn’t working. It was way hotter inside than it was outside. The employees were drenched in sweat, clearly struggling. Despite the unbearable heat, they remained friendly, helpful, and positive. They truly went above and beyond, and they deserve better working conditions. Management, please do better for your team. The management should not be making them work in such extreme conditions during a heatwave and an official heat warning. No employee should have to endure that. I'm sure one Starbucks location can afford to shut down for a few hours until the AC is repaired for the health and safety of its staff.

I frequent this location due to having multiple appointments at Mount Sinai. This Starbucks is really busy and it’s generally a hit or miss when it comes to the drinks. It also takes very long to get your drink, even with mobile ordering. The cleanliness of the store is also something they could pay closer attention to. They’re in such a prime location, it’s a pity they can’t keep up with the crowd.

The Service was great but the female manager snatched my drink out of my hand and said, "let me put on a sleeve for you". Even though i declined she still put it on which made me uncomfortable. I think I’ll start going to dunkin now.
