Starbucks Coffee - JR-East Hotel Mets Akihabara

Great location by the akihabara station and Jr East hotel. They speak a bit of English, but like most places around here, there is a menu with pictures to order from. The green tea Frappuccino is way better and richer than the American one. Highly recommend it! The pasteries weren't the best and had no flavor: cookie blonde bar and chocolate donut.

This is a typical Starbucks Coffee branch located near the popular Akihabara area. The cafe has mostly counter type tables and can get crowded in the afternoon. The store is lengthy but not too spacious, so its capacity is limited. Despite this, the staff are friendly and can communicate in both Japanese and English. I ordered an iced caffe latte and a limited peach frappuccino menu, which were refreshing for the hot summer of Japan. However, there is no toilet in this branch - you can use the toilet in Taito Station or JR Akihabara Station, which are located nearby. This Starbucks place is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from JR Akihabara Station Electric Town South Exit, next to Jonathan’s.

Great spot to break love it

Im here since 30 minutes at least no one came to clean up the table. When I asked where I can charge my phone he just answered no we don’t have. But later I discovered that they have plug.

I am incredibly satisfied by the amount and quality of vegan options at Starbucks in Japan and especially this branch - they had it all- - blueberry cream cheese bagel (they call it sandwich) - sugar glazed donut - banana cream bisque roll - gluten free banana muffin - some kind of meaty mushroom burrito (so good!) - pizza toast with vegan cheese Thanks lots for offering plant based alternatives ♥️
