Starbucks

Needed coffee. I don't usually do Starbucks, but I know about Pikes. This location is in a basement attached to the Sheraton that use to be a bank. Built 1913. Yeah I asked. Went downstairs and fell in love with the ambiance the decor gives. I could of hung out there all day with a good book and coffee. Just visiting the area so this was a surprise find. The service was pleasant and courteous. Only 2 people so be patient...worth it. Thanks Ladies. Oh yeah, very clean.

We always love this location, but the few times we have recently gone, the atmosphere is quickly shifted. We don’t know if they're management but one young lady has blue hair and the other wears a hijab, and they come off rude and abrasive. Today we saw it towards the other employees. These ladies may not realize it but they take the atmosphere way down. Even some of the employees moods completely changed. Customer service at anytime is important, and especially on a busy Saturday. Work days can be rough but kindness cost nothing.

The customer service sucks! I tried giving them multiple chances. I stopped going but today I went and they messed my coffee up, instead the employees what the CUSTOMER WANTS in their coffee, ask the customer. The employees act as if they don't want to be at work. I think I was overcharged because I pay 6.60 for what I get every morning at different locations but this one charged me More....... . They don't take cash, and don't make your coffee correct!

It's been a while since I've been in this particular Starbucks, so I was pleasantly surprised when I visited a few days ago. It was still this clean, cozy spot tucked under the Sheraton. If you like places that are not as bright as some other local coffee houses, here's the spot for you. It's the kind of spot that feels more like a hideaway. Oh yeah, the dirty chai was decent as well.

It's a typucal Starbucks but the setting is much cooler. You walk down to the basement from the street and there is plenty of interesting architectural detail. Lots of wood, tile, and mirrors. Very peaceful.

The location of this Starbucks is great. I love the underground / speakeasy nature of this store. On the downside, I always get my latte without foam and there was a 1 inch layer of foam in the drink.

I ordered my usual [insert your drink], and it was brewed to perfection. Every sip was rich, flavorful, and just what I needed to kickstart my day. The baristas were friendly and attentive, ensuring my order was exactly how I liked it. I also loved how the basement location provided a sense of privacy. It’s a great spot to unwind, read a book, or catch up with friends. Plus, it’s surprisingly spacious, which makes it an ideal place to relax away from the crowded streets above. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by this Starbucks! Great coffee, a comfy atmosphere, and friendly service—what more could you ask for? I’ll definitely be back! ☕❤️

This Starbucks is pretty nice. Spacious and nice atmostphere. I ordered only 1 cup of vanilla latte, but staff misunderstood my order. Finally they cancled one of them and I like their fast reaction.
