The chai was very good/as is expected, but the table and chairs were sticky. The bathroom was... worse. No sheet on the back of the door for checks and initialing the maintenance tasks.... If Starbucks wants us to hang out again, maybe they make it a clean, comfy environment? #KISS

Three stars for the owner or management. Should be zero but your people who work in this place deserve 5 Stars. The dining room and rest rooms are closed to the people who spend their money here keeping the doors open. Why, you ask? Pull up a chair, have a seat and I will tell you - The City refuses to do anything positive for the community as regards the homeless population. Business is suffering. Consumers are suffering. Citizens are suffering. Neighborhoods are suffering. Still, the City, the Clinic, the Hospital, the Church continue to exacerbate the problem by running around in circles crying over the inhumanity of it all. Change has to happen. Physical change. Then you can deal with socioeconomic, sociomentality, and any other isms that suit your current philosophy towards others. Good people work at this Starbucks. Be supportive of their lives. Their livelihood. Their place in the Universe.

Never will I return to this location ever again! Shame on the store manager Rollan and the district manager for not following up on my complaint on Easter Sunday. Rollan was bias by her assumptions, actions, and execution of policy. Never have I been confronted and shooed away from any establishment in Eugene for not purchasing a drink immediately after my arrival. She accosted my Hispanic client and I in front of others. Back story: On Easter Sunday, I met with a prospective tenant and was waiting for his late arrival. I didn’t bother to buy a drink and hoped to buy drinks together. As he arrived late, we lost track of time and went into business as we finished exchanging our pleasantries. Then of a sudden, the manager interrupted and demanded us to buy a drink, since she’s been tracking our time. Her lack of decency was shocking and overbearing. She persisted after 10 minutes and accosted us to leave. I am a gold card holder and supported Starbucks for a decade al especially at the old location on 13th and alder. I will never return to this location ever again. Rollan is bias against unwanted customers. Shame on you!

Google
Worst Starbucks ever. I go to the drive up occasionally, but when I want to go use the bathroom, they won't let you without a receipt. Last time I will ever go there again.

Google
Really big srarbuck store but couldn’t order via app only at this location.

Google
Its on the end of the strip with jimmy johns and the rivalry is palpable. The ladies working at Starbucks are far better looking women than the dudes at jimmy johns. I would definitely choose the coffee and coffee like liquids at Starbucks except on election days. The other 2 areas of comparison, while initially close, both went in jimmy johns favor after closer inspection. I'll save the most difficult for last , because i procrastinate. The sandwiches took alot of testing, time, and trips to the last of my metrics-The bathrooms. Originally bathrooms were neither rooms, nor was bathing invented: unless you were swimming in a lake and in the same way Starbucks has overtaken JJ with their sandwiches.

Google
I am a frequent customer and this is the first time I've been to this store. It's the only store where you have to buy something first to use the bathroom. Wow, what bad service.

Google
Drinks at this location are pretty consistent. Lately they've been out of Oatmilk on a pretty regular basis, but I'm pretty sure that's a problem for Starbucks overall at the moment, not just this location.

Yelp
It just feels like the whole place gives off a union busting pro genocide feeling. Very on brand for Halloween because It scares the bejesus out of me. The staff is just trying to earn a living and I really don't fault them for having a job. Because everyone needs one. But I think the corporate disregard for humanity has leeched into the beans because even the coffee tastes "off". Can't recommend. Even psl season can't seem to right this sinking ship.

Yelp
Friendly baristas and quick service! I got a "Been there" cup to add to my collection .... Get one every time I visit a state for my collection. I ordered a tall tea and they made two by accident ( two different baristas made my same order) so they gave me the second one for free! Great way to warm up on a brisk cold chilly day in Eugene Oregon!

Yelp
Got charged 25 dollars for two lattes and a uncooked breakfast sandwich. i've worked at starbucks for years, so you know I know what I'm talking about. The starbucks at willamette street in eugene is awful. My little sister, anxious for a drivers ed test, was with me when we decided to get coffee beforehand. When, the barista's voice was already very stubborn and not in a very good mood. After speaking in a clear voice to get two blonde vanilla lattes, he kept asking multiple questions about such a simple order. After waiting about eleven minutes in the short line, we were given our food while the barista barelt engaged in contact for us while speaking to other customers. I understand its busy, but still. We were charged 25 dollars, and upon recieving the drinks, they were quad shots, one which was cold and had a surplus of syrup. The other was fine, except the insane amount of expresso. 1/5 Stars, as a Barista it was humiliating to the company. Ps. The barista man was a white tall man with a shaved haircut, if you have had trouble with him as well.

Yelp
I want to thank you Starbucks, for saving me 720.00 a year at the least, by having some of the rudest employees imaginable. Tired of being scolded for ordering my drink wrong, or wondering if they heard me ordering a water as well, not being thanked when my drink was completed and set on the counter and not getting even close to what I ordered, I decided your 5 - 7 dollar a cup drinks were not worth my money. You have definitely changed from when you used to care about your customer service. From now on if I want to spend my savings on a cup of coffee that costs more than a gallon of gas, I will find a fine 5 star hotel and have the pleasure of sitting down in a pleasant atmosphere with kind servers and fine China for my treat of the day.

Yelp
I got the Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold brew. It's just the right mix of rich and creamy. The service was great nice and polite. If you are wanting a place to come study this would be a perfect place to go plenty of room and they have seating outside for a nice sunny day.

Yelp
Wonderful staff and great service! I accidentally dropped my drink and made a mess. They made me a new drink free of charge and we're very gracious as they cleaned up the mess. They were very kind. My frappuccino was very delicious as always.

Yelp
This review is exclusively for the staff working this afternoon around 3 pm today. I walked in and noticed a disorganized crowd of customers and 2, perhaps 3 baristas, running around behind the bar. It was clear they were understaffed but the girl who helped me, Ariel, was an absolutely delight. I work at a busy bar in town and understand being short staffed, but it's the team and character of the employees that make the difference. I'd like to thank Ariel, and the other baristas working, for making the best out of what seemed like a difficult situation and handling it with grace and humor.

Yelp
Niki or Nik couldn't read her name tag needs a new job not in customer service. Asked a simple question and she answered with a question not related. Total attitude problem. Not helpful at all. Hot tip Niki if you are going to work in coffee do it with a smile and answer customers questions. Maybe drink some of that coffee before you start to put a little pep in your step.

Yelp
7th and Washingon's "Supervisor" at 1:30 pm today refused to give me the drink I ordered and wanted to charge me $2 extra dollars for it. When I called to get information about how to file a complaint, he refused to give me ANY information about who I go to to file a complaint. Extremely poor service!!! I won't be returning to this particular store again.

Yelp
Worsts service of any Starbucks I've ever been to. They always close the lobby for no reason, staff is rude, and I've had cold coffee a few times served to me.

Yelp
Yup, it's a Starbucks, but no matter how busy it gets it doesn't feel crowded. After 4 or so visits while passing through area I found the staff very friendly, helpful & welcoming. Nice chairs for sitting on while working on laptop. A lot of other Sbux have chairs that seem cut off the circulation in legs if you sit more than 30 minutes due to angle of wooden seat. Thanks to whoever selected these. Oh, like all of them, they play music too, but it isn't too loud.

Yelp
Love the drive-thru option that many Starbucks, including this one, are offering. Though Starbucks doesn't have my favorite espresso drinks, they are still consistent no matter which one you go to, and their drinks taste good if you're like me and love sugar. I love their frappacionos. They're basically grown-up milkshakes. Yummy!

Yelp
I stopped in here the other day before my hair apt with Jenny at Sola. I had some time to kill, and I was a little parched. I do not drink much coffee, and any time I have drank Starbucks it has been too strong for me so I have just settled on getting their strawberry, açaí refreshers. It was lunch time so there was a little bit of a wait, but it wasn't too bad. I think I got there before a huge rush. While waiting in line I decided to grab one of their pre made grab n go lunch snacks. It was a chicken wrap, with peanut sauce, apple slices, and cucumber slices. The guy waiting on me was very nice, and so was the female co worker making the other drinks. The customers were all really nice, and friendly talking to one another. I got my drink, and food to go so I can hurry for my hair apt. The wraps were pretty decent. I mean they were not 5 star restaurant quality or anything, but definitely held me over, and were edible. You also can't go wrong with the refreshers to quench your thirst if you want something fruity. I see a mixed bag of reviews here, I had a decent experience. I'm sure I will stop back in next time I am getting my hair done next door. The refreshers are a nice cold refreshing treat. Just in it's names sake. Not a five star just because I am not a coffee drinker, and anytime I have had the sb coffee anywhere it has been so strong. Even the blonde. So sorry SB. Will still come here though.

Yelp
We won't recommend this location to friends. Go to 801 E 13th or 65 Oakway Center or 1895 Franklin Blvd Starbucks, you will get more friendly customer services from the staff.

Jaysie F.

Yelp
All of the online websites and the starbucks app itself gives the hours for the store, which is supposed to close at 8pm, and I tried to go around 1pm and the doors were locked and it said temporarily closed, however the store was filled with employees just sitting inside staring. Very inconvenient. If they're going to close at a different time than THEIR OWN HOURS posted online, they should probably update their hours

Yelp
Okay so I am a Starbucks junkie and like most people who like Starbucks we like consistency in drink preparation as well as service. Like Four Seasons or McDonalds we like to experience the same level no matter the location. This location receives three stars due to their service consistency. The customer service has been fairly consistent and most are very helpful. In some cases the service has been right funny. This location is often busy and has a nice drive thru -- it will be packed by 7:30 AM if you are trying to get a coffee/drink before work so expect a line in person and in the drive thru. The drinks, however, have been all over the board. Perhaps its because I am from California where maybe Starbucks are better prepared for their customer load/volume. But Seriously? I have been here at least 3 times in three months (since moving to Eugene) where they are out of key ingredients like Berries or the Cool Lime Refresher mix. ummm what? Its a basic inventory function so I am not sure where it comes from -- better planning maybe? Additionally, I generally do NOT prefer Starbucks hot coffees as I find their coffee often burnt in flavor -- however I sometimes splurge and get a sweet coffee. Twice now when getting the caramel Flan Latte and ordering a Venti HOT coffee the cup is received and paid for (in the drive thru) and handed over feeling a bit light. I check and it is literally only 2/3 full. Now here is my problem with this -- I JUST PAID $5 for a dang cup of coffee that probably cost you a mere $.20 TOTAL with the cup and you can't even fill the thing up? I didn't pay for a tall, grande or smaller size I paid for a venti. FILL IT UP. I don't like calling customer service and complaining about these things but twice I did this because the brand consistency isn't there... just not too impressive.

Yelp
It's always so annoying when cashiers are talking behind the counter to each other before finally acknowledging you. Every time I come to this location im standing there waiting awkwardly and staff never seems to actually want to be there? Get a different job??

Yelp
This was the messiest cafe I've been to in a while. We stopped at numerous Starbucks in our long distance drive from California and this was the dirtiest of them.

Yelp
I didn't have any special expectations for Starbucks. Just popped in to get a Sunday morning coffee on our way back home to GP. I have to say I have never been in a more friendly or joyful Starbucks. The cashier really knew her stuff. My husband was asking their cold brew process. She explained the entire thing from start to finish down to the beans they used and where they came from. Then our barista made our drinks and made sure we were happy with our coffee. He offered to make us a different coffee if we were not entirely satisfied. We have never felt so welcome in a Starbucks ever! This place gets my vote.

Yelp
Originally I gave this location 5 stars but the last few times I've been here the service was sub par. The girls working drive through are already taking the orders of the people behind me whilst half-assed getting my order paid for and made up. I already spend my work day in the rat race I don't need to be made to feel like I'm still in it when I go to get my beverage after work as well. Take time to listen to the answer of the question you asked or wait to ask it when you're not going cut me off with helping the person behind me. I have marked this location down to 3 stars because whomever made the drinks did so correctly.

Yelp
I agree with many of the reviews about this store. The staff are nice and the store can be comfortable at times. But often there are smelly transients loitering around or using the bathrooms for bathing. The music is always too loud. For those who feel transients should be allowed to occupy the same area as paying customers that are looking for comfort...then maybe you should go to the wandering goat. I've been transient and the difference is I'm not jacked up and kept myself clean. Then again this is Eugene where even the well to do can look jacked up and transient.

Yelp
Everyone pretty much knows what they're getting at whichever random Starbucks they step into, so I won't spend too much time discussing the obvious. The reason why this Starbucks, in particular, is worth visiting is the atmosphere. The interior is quite beautiful - 30 ft (maybe?) high ceiling with exposed rafters and ducts and the entire south and east walls are composed almost entirely of windows almost all the way to the ceiling. There are a multitude of different seating options, from couches and comfy chairs, to your standard tables, to a bar with high chairs along the south wall, and to smaller high tables with stools along the east wall. The interior is so spacious that even with all of these, it still feels uncluttered and roomy. Additionally, there are a number of tables and patio umbrellas outside as well. All of which make this a favorite location for studying, reading, daydreaming, people watching, or just generally killing time.

Yelp
First let me say that I am addicted to Starbucks coffee (especially their mochas). I love this Starbucks! The employees there are great; very funny and fast (even with a lineup going out the door in the morning). And I have never had them mess up a drink order (no matter how complicated I make the drink). The employees always remember me even when I haven't been in for several weeks. There are plenty of comfortable seats and tables to work at or have meetings and the atmosphere is never too loud. Unlike other Starbucks I have visited, there is also an ample supply of power outlets near tables, a definite bonus. This is a great Starbucks and I always enjoying going here. Note to Starbucks Corporate: Please bring back the Jones Soda, I enjoy those much more than the Izzi's.

Yelp
Let's see: - First major US chain to offer health insurance for part time employees. Check. - First major US chain to offer tuition assistance for part-time employees. Check. - Dedication to the industry (true dedication and loyalty to their coffee growing partners with a caring, hands-on CEO). Check. - 3 kinds of great iced coffee (cold brew, iced coffee and iced americano.) Check. - Fast, consistent service. Check. I could go on and on. The deal is, as a coffee roaster myself, who owns 3 cafes, I love Starbucks. They are good for the industry and a responsible company. This specific location is great.

Yelp
I really like this new location. It's huge with vaulted ceilings and windows for walls. It manages to stay very light and airy. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Enough of them recognize me now so that my drink gets started before I order it. This is my favorite monster corporation location.

Yelp
I would give this place a higher rating - it is what it is, after all - if not for the absurdly loud audial bombardment. I suppose it serves the double purpose of getting customers to buy their "worldly" music, while also "subtly" encouraging them not to linger in the building... but I found it unnecessarily relentless to the point of absurdity.

Yelp
Great unique drinks. Unique flavors. Consistently good quality. Fast service. Friendly staff.

Uncle L.

Yelp
This is how a Starbucks should be. The staff is friendly, the drinks are made accurately, quickly, and the place is clean. The Starbucks on West 11th needs to take notes on this location. And I have to say, I wasn't always a fan of this location. But they seem to have made serious improvements.

Cassidy R.

Yelp
I am not writing this because I think this starbucks has poor service or didn't make my drink right. I am writing this review because I am disappointed with the hiring process. I recently applied to the starbucks on 7th Ave in Eugene. I went in for a group interview and didn't hear back for another week and then got into contact with the manager Danielle, who was so polite to me and wanted to set a time for an interview over the phone or in person. She didn't set a time or date with me on the phone. I called a few times a week for about two weeks only to never get ahold of Danielle. I was told by multiple employees that she would be in at these times on these days and everytime I went in she had "just left" (is what the employees would say) I started to get frustrated because, it had been weeks and we had tried to get into contact so many times. I was told she would be in and available to talk Monday at 9am. So I went in. Eventhough I had barely any gas in my car and she had just left again. Ive worked in coffee shops and bakeries my entire life and I understand that holiday times are busy. I never got a clear answer until she called me this morning and told me she didn't want to hire me because I was rude to her employees. I wasn't rude to anyone when I went in. I expressed my frustrations and told them why I was coming in so often. I waited for 3 weeks to finally get a no from Danielle. She didn't even give me a chance to come in and interview and she never made an effort to meet with me at any point. I like starbucks coffee and when I go in the customer service is always on point. The employees I talked to at this starbucks were nice to me until I told them I was applying for a position. Danielle didn't seem organized and was always stressed about the work she hadn't gotten done when we talked on the phone. I really wanted to work at starbucks and I tried so hard to make it work.

Yelp
Ordered a decaf mocha at 820 pm and they close at 930pm. Pulled up to the pick up window and I was told that they had been slow so they cleaned the machine that does decaf espresso so we could only get decaf coffee. Not a very good business practice.

Yelp
The new location is great, especially now with drive-thru. Inside feels modern and comfortable with pretty decent outside seating.

Yelp
I love Starbucks and this shop is big and in a great location. However, last time I was in, a customer brought in a pit bull. One of the employees walked away from the counter and went to pet the dog. The employee then went back and made a drink WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS! Gross!!
