I frequent this location more often than I wish to admit, and every time my service is outstanding. Maddie has a bright and infectious energy that always brings a great start to my mornings. She’s always so sweet to my pups (who, of course, must have their pup cups) and my order is always right. Starbucks is Starbucks. The product is consistent at every store. What sets each apart is the incredible humans who work to brighten our day over a simple cup of coffee.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Starbucks on 59th and Olive. When I asked for a cup of water, both the barista, “Anissa”, and the store manager, “Clarissa”, refused to provide or sell me one—even though it was 105 degrees outside. I left without any water, which was frustrating and honestly upsetting. I’m a frequent customer at other Starbucks locations and have never had an issue like this before. I hope management reconsiders how they treat customers, especially in extreme heat.

I'll see why this Starbucks has A3I drove up this morning to do a DoorDash, so I asked for a glass of water lady. Tell me I have to purchase something. I'm doing DoorDash. Obviously they're getting something. It's hot outside. They had me waiting when I arrived very angry. You told me no, and she told me it's not the law in Arizona to give me water. But I can help you make money doesn't make sense. They get no love

They never fill the cup. It is not a cheap coffee and yet I get ripped off. -They have the option to order ahead for pick up. Yet you still wait 20 minutes in the drive through since the doors are locked.

I LOVE THEM ALL. They’re all so sweet and kind on every single shift. They also extend their kindness to my son. Pulling up to this location is a highlight of my day because they always take care of me and I know I’m going to be greeted with a smile and positive energy. They all work very hard :)

Came here to see if service was any better than my usual location. It wasnt. Waited in a very long line, just for my Frappuccinos to be completely watery and the coffees tasted very bitter. The worker wasnt friendly at the window Didnt go back around since the line was even longer than when i got there.

Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Mark! He made me a custom Frappuccino that was honestly one of the best drinks I’ve had in a long time. You could tell he put real thought and care into it, it was really good! Mark was super friendly, helpful, and clearly takes pride in what he does. I decided to study at Starbucks and enjoy a coffee. Five minutes later, a staff member approached and informed me that I needed to make a purchase in order to stay in the lobby. While I understand this is store policy, being told this immediately after sitting down felt unwelcoming from my perspective. I had, in fact, purchased a coffee and continued studying. Later, when I asked for the restroom key, I was again asked if I had made a purchase first. Overall, the service felt unwelcoming, and I would not return to that location to study. People are very nice but be prepared to wait! Waited 11 minutes for a grande Pike only to find out they needed to brew more. So disappointed in the service.

Location is so so. You see a lot of people walking around who appear to be homeless or on drugs. I quickly walked inside, and the interior of the Starbucks is nice and clean. It's modern and updated and well-maintained. I ordered via mobile order on the app and by the time I got there which was seven minutes later my order was ready ! I do hope they clean up the area as I feel like it takes away from the Starbucks.

On Veterans Day you offer only giving regular coffee? If you advertise to give a free coffee to our servicemen then make it worth the visit and you should allow them to pick what they want. You suck!

Went in for an iced matcha at 6:30pm 09/13/2024 and when i received my drink it wasn't shaken at all! There was so much matcha chunks floating around so then i asked them to reshake it for me. when i got it back it was still the same..like what did you do to it ? you think i wouldn't have noticed you guys didn't do nothing? paid 8 bucks for a grainy iced matcha smh.

Hit or miss cause sometimes my items are not ready until long after the promised time. I tend to order through my app and pick up in store. For some reason my banana walnut loaf does not come warmed like I order so I switched to the cheese danish.

Drove OUT OF MY WAY to use their bathroom & buy breakfast & their lobby/bathrooms are CLOSED. Yes Covid is still happening but the situation has changed w/ people getting vaccinated, wearing masks, etc. WTH?! Every SB I go to is fully operational: the location is open, bathrooms are available & patrons can order AND eat/drink/meet inside the building as well as drive thru open. What the hell? I didn't waste my money buying breakfast/coffee there. Staff were not helpful/friendly. AZ HQ needs to assess this site - definitely not operating up to Starbuck's standards.

Worst service ever. Girl With the short purple hair was rude because I asked if she can re make the frappe I order since it was all water down. She ya Med the cup from my hand and proceeded to make other order to make me wait longer. Waited about 10 mins for one frappe. Very disappointed!!!

This Starbucks is one of the closest ones to my house, but I avoid it as much as I can. I have never been to this drive through without waiting at least 20 minutes, even when there are only a few cars in front of me. The employees are nice when I get to the window but so slow at making the drinks. The slowest drive through I have ever been to, every single time.

Extremely busy location, espresso has a burnt taste almost every single time unfortunately. The drive thru entrance can be accessed through only one way, there is normally a "do not enter" sign on the other side. The inside is very crowded, people were standing in front of the mobile pick up area making it hard for me to get my drink and return to vehicle. This Starbucks is across the street from GCC, I'm assuming that's why it's so packed. I've tried to give this location several chances but I'm truly let down. I rather drive to 35th Ave and Glendale.

From 8:25am-9:01am I was getting my 1 basic iced DRINK! RETRAIN! LOOK HAPPY! CHECK EXP DATES OF MILKS! Starbies Management needs to retrain the baristas again! Two were not friendly, looked irritated to be at work and didn't smile at all. It hurt me to watch them here. No my usual store I frequent but today confirmed I will not be going back. I was in the drive thru at 8:25am, 4 cars ahead of me to place an order at the speaker. It was my turn at the speaker at 8:38am, I finally paid for my order 5 min after that. Iced venti wht mocha, oat milk w/whip and light ice. SIMPLE. Payment was scanned as I watched my drink sit at the window for 2 minutes while the window barista did everything else except hand me my drink. I finally got it and concluded my drive thru visit at 8:46am. I routed out of the parking lot and drove over the intersection to finally taste my drink- IT WAS SOUR! I mixed it and tried again- MY STOMACH TURNED. For a $7.88 drink, I made a U-turn and went back, parked, went inside to the mobile order/hand out bar where a male barista with blonde/brown curly hair and glasses was at the espresso machine and stood there looking at him until I was noticed- that didnt happen so I said excuse me and held up my drink and said "can you remake this please, its very sour"- He said no words to me as he grabbed my cup, took the sticker off and said- you can throw that. I stood there and waited for my drink. He passed out 2 other drinks as I waited for my remake. He placed the drink on the bar and said here you go and that was it. No sorry, not checking the oat milks to see if they were expired NOTHING! I did not throw my expired drink away because the barista is to do that. I made it back in my car at 9:01...From 8:25am-9:01am I was getting my 1 basic DRINK! I am a Vet barista with years experience from 10 years ago so I know the standards of Starbucks' customer service, I know the mission and values along with the Starbucks experience. THIS WAS NOT IT TEAM! They are lucky I wasnt a mystery customer to rate them because they would not have a good rating. I will be reporting this store.

Wow we were headed across town. I haven't been down Olive in ages! We've been to Peacock Park a few times with the tots but hadn't been this far south to notice. There used to be a Chevron gas station here. One of my girlfriends in high-school used to pump gas for customers and wash their windows. It was a unique service they offered there. Once fueling our cars it now fuels humans with yummy drinks in hundreds of options! Perfect for GCC students to chill. Looks a lot nicer than places in the area that are in thr surrounding shopping center. Service was fast and friendly. They had no issues making everyone's drink in a timely manner and we had a big group!

Starbucks is normally customer friendly but today was a different story. Not sure if it was because they were so busy because of the bogo deal. When I walked in they told me there was a bit of a wait. I waited 45 min and left without a drink. When talking to the manager to ask for a refund, she came off as very callous as if she didn't care. I understand it might have been a rough day for her but you don't project your day on to the customers. Especially if they have been waiting without complaining for 45 minutes.

If you hate your job then quit lol. don't say that i was disgusted by my drink when i never said that, you just made it wrong and i corrected you. next time you want to talk shit about a customer literally standing right there to your coworkers, maybe next time wait until they leave . or maybe you need another day of training learning how to make a drink!

This Starbucks recently opened and I'm loving the location and the drive thru line has not been crazy. Hubs and I parked and walked in to place our order. There was designated spots on the floor indicating the 6 ft spacing from walking in the door to waiting for your order. Everyone was friendly and the order was quick and correct. This might be my new fave Starbucks to get my fix at!

Look at this cup! Barely filled up! Since when is it ok to fill up cups barely and pay so much! My cup was filled up the exact same way! I asked the gurl to fill it up and she added ice to it! Then I said wow so your just gonna add ice! She says"yup"!!! Then 1 minute later asked what my name was and took another 15 minutes to get my daughters drink out! This is pathetic!

i went there just about 30 minutes ago it was supper busy which i expected because the fall menu just came out yesterday. i ordered a caramel macchiato with pumpkin sauce & cold foam . As soon as i got my drink handed to me i knew it wasn't right , there was NO pumpkin sauce at all theyre was coffee ground itty bitty bits in my coffee it tasted so black i have never had a caramel macchiato that tasted like that before , i tasted no pumpkin at all ! why did i pay 8$ for a regular caramel macchiato . very confusing and upsetting, it was so busy i didn't even bother to go back inside . i will not be returning to this location again

I came to this location and the young lady that was taking orders was beyond rude. No nice greeting when I started to order just what can i get you, then is that it when i was finished but i wanted something else. Then when I arrive to the window to do my payment, luckily there was a nice young lady. They're taking payments. But the other girl was still there laying on the counter and looked over and rolled her eyes at me. Completely unprofessional. I won't rate this Starbucks bad because everybody else there is really nice but I've never seen her before and it was a horrible experience.

this is for ALL starbucks but this is the location i most recently had. starbucks has gone so far downhill, let's be honest, the coffee actually sucks arse and does not deserve to be $10 each. which is absolutely RIDICULOUS. starbucks used to be the best goto coffee spot and it just has turned ghetto and expensive. dutch bros is way more bang for your buck i would recommend trying this place out if your a starbucks hater like myself.

Being a Barista is a craft and unfortunately there is no pride taken in this craft here at this Starbucks location. My order was wrong again, my matcha latte was made with whole milk instead of oatmilk which anyone who works around food or has even eaten any food should understand the severity of this mistake. I will never go to this location again, this is not the first time that this has happened. The rushed anxiousness of individuals just spoils the whole Starbucks experience for me; which I thank because I am now cured and done with Starbucks all together.

Do not come to this startbucks if you are in a rush. Friendly staff but slow lines. If the holiday flavors didn't just drop, I wouldn't wait 30 minutes in line for any drink. But that Caramel Brulee calls my name.

We went to this Starbucks for a coffee pick me up. Saw that the drive thru line was excessively long. We decided to go inside and order. We were not greeted by anyone while going inside. The cashier seemed new, she did not know how to ring up the order in front of us nor our order. No one was helping her as well. The drinks came out fairly quickly but the one food item we got took 8 minutes. When the food was being delivered I could hear the shift lead saying, sorry they put it in the wrong place as a bunch of food came out at once. The hand off person was not attempting to see what everyone was waiting on nor trying to connect.

This is the closest starbucks to me, and every time I go, they some how get slower. Like physically no sense of urgency whatsoever, I ordered my drink mobile order 20 minutes prior and a cafe order got theirs first, so I went and politely asked when mine would be finished and I got a bothersome "I'm finishing it now", and then was ignored when I said thank you. They have the worst attitudes and even worse work ethic. I don't know how their store manager can keep on some of this morning crew with their awful attitudes. The only thing I enjoyed was the Halloween music playing in the cafe.

Went in on my way to a meeting. Ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew. Waited 15 minutes and still didn't have my drink. I finally asked about it and they said it would be another 10 minutes. When I asked why it was going to take 25 minutes for a cold brew I was told it was because they were busy. Then another employee stated they ran out of cold brew. No communication. I guess they were just going to make me stand there all day - no care about anyone having to get to work or on with their day. Horrible customer service.

Don't go to this Starbucks unless you bring a cushion to sit on. The seats are UNGODLY uncomfortable!! And there's only one electrical outlet in the whole place. The baristas are super nice, though.

I was doing an Uber Order after the lobby closed. I called to see if they could bring the order out because the line was about 15 cars back. The man who answered refused to take the 100 feet out and give me the order. Instead they made me wait in the line for 30 minutes when the order was ready when I first pulled in. I would not recommend coming to this Starbucks it is the absolute worst. Every time I've come here the service is terrible and extremely slow compared to other Starbucks!

If I could I would rate this experience I would rate it a negative one and here is why . I went there around 10:30-10:40pm tonight and I ordered 1 large hot chocolate and a ribbon crunch coffee with two BIRTHDAY cake pops . The coffee didn't even taste like ribbon crunch.The cake pops are not even birthday they gave me vanilla so at this point I'm very unhappy and I should of said something but I was in a rush . Also I did not get the correct straws for my drinks either because both straws do not even pop out of the cup when I placed it in . Anyway I'm very displeased and hope you guys can do better with your employees next time . I hate poor customer service.

I was so excited a few years ago when this location opened up because it's right by my house. I know that COVID did damage to businesses, but what has happened to this location is way beyond that. The last time I ordered an iced caramel latte and an iced vanilla latte and the girl kept asking which on I wanted with no ice! I've ordered on the app and the wrong drinks were made, I have gone several times and it's just been closed. Starbucks used to have a very high standard and it showed in how they trained ALL of their employees. The people at this store seem to have very little training and would benefit from being on an episode of Undercover Boss. I won't go back, and that sucks because I am blind and can walk to that location. So unfortunate.

I know Starbucks is always busy but I'm reminded why I never come to this location. Easily spend over 20 minutes. The line here never moves quickly. Update. After waiting over 20 minutes to even order (I would have left but I was trapped in) my iced coffee didn't even have a single ice cube in it

I can always taste the difference when the baristas here allow the espresso shots to go bad. If you have white mocha sauce at the bottom of a cup go ahead and swirl the cup around and mix the shot in before it goes bad. Not hard to do.

Even with them being busy, I've gotten my order pretty fast. Walked in with no line and the drive thru was packed. Informed them when placing order to take their time and I wasn't really in a rush, but not even ten minutes later from placing, the order was ready for me. While this location is next to a college, the morning line in the store isn't quite bad as the drive thru. Keep up the hard work!

No matter how good the drinks are, they always take forever to get your drink. I have had to wait over 15 minutes after the estimated time for finishing my drinks every time and it's not ok. They don't even really care. One of they guys will stop making drinks to go in his phone when they are busy. Not recommend. Go to a different starbucks or dutch bros.

This location closed its cafe for no apparent reason. I believe it's because the community college nearby started classes and they don't want a lot of college kids inside their location. I am appalled that this location cares that little for the community they serve.

If you value your time Do not go to this location. Poorly run and always super long wait times. (30min+) They even keep their mobile orders on when the lobby is closed so you still have to wait in the forsaken drive-thru line.

Ridiculous. The whole state of Arizona is open but I can't go in and buy a coffee? The only reason I came here was because it was closer than Dutch Brothers. I will gladly drive the extra mileage to get better coffee. For anyone reading this message, if you haven't tried Dutch Brothers, you really need to. A much better quality of coffee.

Like every other Starbucks yes they get very busy! but I love my coffee I always ask for americano extra hot and the afternoon/night staff are always super nice and accurate, yes sometimes you have to wait but you don't see the staff doing nothing like they are busy cuz they have a bunch of orders and they are 10/10 doing their best

My bf asked if they were closed and the person was like nope but we will be by the time its your turn and we waited to see and they cleared the line before close... he didn't even apologize or anything and we were the last car and we were next.
