Service was good and order was made correctly. The location itself was nice and clean. Plenty of parking and drive thru.

Great coffee place right off the interstate. Not too busy, short wait for order. Mobile ordering available here. Highly recommend.

8/10/10: Popped over here, and I'm generally not keen on Starbies. We (+1 was 15f) both got food that was warm and good. Her drink was extra this and extra that, and they KILLED IT!!!! They were polite and seemed happy - I know that's generally a baseline, but I've not seen that to be the case at all coffee shops. Would actually *recommend* this particular store, which I've not felt about a Starbucks ever, I don't think. I guess that's pretty good, isn't it?

Okay so I don’t usually do reviews but Natalie at this Starbucks? She’s seriously the best. The other day I was kinda all over the place trying to figure out what I wanted and she was so patient and sweet helping me pick out a drink. Like, she actually listened and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Then the next day I went back and she remembered my name?? That blew me away. Even though the place was packed and crazy busy, she stayed so chill and super friendly the whole time. Honestly, she made my day and I’m definitely coming back just because of her. If you ever get her at the register, you’re lucky!

Like that they offer the restaurant feel by ordering “for here” and getting your drink in a glass and not always having to drink from a plastic or paper cup. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The store is clean and comfortable.

This Starbucks makes me want to live here! We've stopped here twice while traveling and both times, the person at the window has been the sweetest! It makes me happy to stay in the area to know when I get up in the morning, I'm going to be greeted with a friendly face! Thank you!

My experience at Starbucks was truly enjoyable. The atmosphere was pleasant, the store was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive. It's the perfect place for a relaxing coffee break or a quick bite to eat. I left feeling refreshed and satisfied.

This has to be the most aesthetically pleasing Starbucks building I’ve ever seen (and as a fiend, I’ve seen many). It is so satisfying in an ASMR way.

This Starbucks sits at the corner of Cartwright and Long Hollow Pike just off of 65 in Goodlettsville, and just may be my favorite location in the city! This location is fairly large for a Starbucks and features plenty of seating indoors along with a great patio out front as well. The lines are never long, no matter the time of day, and the service is always top tier! I have been to this spot many times since moving to this side of town and have never experienced an issue with service, wait times or my drink. Overall, absolutely stellar Starbucks location!

Came by here to hang out and talk with a close friend for awhile. I don't usually hang out in a Starbucks, but we were traveling and just wanted to relax in comfy chairs and talk for awhile. We ordered a couple of drinks, played a question game that we had brought with us and enjoyed our time together over coffee

This is a BEAUTIFUL Starbucks. I have been to a many in my day and this one was a great new building with happy workers. I got a dirty matcha with egg bites for breakfast. I forgot to ask for Oatmilk and the barista happily changed the milk in my drink. I was so thankful

The best Starbucks I have ever been to. They put their HEART AND SOUL in my coffee every morning. Truly blessed it's right beside my house. Keep up the good work love you guys

Friendly staff, super fast service! Can't ask for a better Starbucks. All the employee to understand your order and look to learn your previous order. Ordering via the app is also super easy to pick it up, via the drive thru or inside store. Not writing a lot here since it's a fast food store and nothing special! Menu is the same all around the country.

One of my worst Starbucks experiences ever. Crew was not tuned in and my order got lost. Can't understand how they could be so incompetent. Won't be back

What a beautiful, new Starbucks! Very cool design and easy access right off I-65 south. Very friendly staff and they made our coffees perfect! We will add this to 'must stop' list anytime we are trekking south!

You know I love SBucks. I mean there are other good coffee bars but none so convenient. If you're on the go or in a hurry this is the choice. They try their hardest to get the drive thru and mobile orders out first but I usually go inside to pick mine up. It is one of the busiest SBucks in FL outside of Disney but give them credit. They do a great job.

We've had a few bad experiences at this Starbucks but tonight was the worst. A dead pincher bug was in my wife's coffee!

I'm not sure if I've seen a more well designed and aesthetically pleasing Starbucks than this one. They have a beautiful patio outside with a privacy screen and the inside has ample space between the seating. One big table, a couch area, private areas, and a wall of small and medium tables. If I lived over here, this would definitely be a choice for doing work. The staff were all in a great mood and very helpful with my sleepy self. I opted for the pumpkin crepe cold brew and it was ready within a couple minutes. The area to order is a little tiny if a line does begin, but I think they move pretty quickly to mediate that problem. Also my grande cold brew was $4.50 - what a steal for Starbucks since I usually pay between $5-7 at other locations.

Really great service and employees are always super nice! The inside of this store is so clean and fresh and very welcoming! Would be nice to sit and have coffee once things are open again. Would definitely recommend this store.

Staff is very friendly and super helpful. I ordered a carry out coffee service for 10. (I think it is called the traveler). My order was ready right on time and included everything I needed.
