The Starbucks, which is across from another Starbucks and a quarter mile from yet another Starbucks, was the subject of a viral joke in which Black opined that he’d found the end of the universe in Houston. Have been in this Starbucks a couple of times since this visit. Bought a Pistachio Cream Cold Brew. Tastes great! Enjoyed. It's quieter than usual. Sat in for a while. Everything was great! 😃👍🏼

Efficient & Fast, friendly. Made my custom drink PERFECT. Watched the staff through the drive-through window and how they worked together and made my drink right and so quickly. It was like an assembly line. I absolutely love to see it and the cashier's friendliness and smile. I had to pull over and put this review because people are always quick to give negative feedback but never think to give good feedback. Props to the team. Went through drivethru in less than 5 mins that was impressive. Visited on Thursday 8/1/24 at 8:55am. God Bless this amazing team!

Starbucks, of course, is the corporate behemoth of coffeehouses, and anyone who follows my reviews knows that I prefer small, independent, and eclectic places to franchise outlets, But I've got a weekly appointment in the River Oaks area, and I'm a bit stuck with this location if I want to get in some remote work. That being said, this Starbucks has the best atmosphere by far of the half-dozen in Houston that I've visited personally. The staff is always friendly, the bathrooms are immaculate, and of course there is a full array of coffee options (at prices that, unfortunately, seem a bit on the high side).

Upon ordering a drink with no ice, the barista refused, citing store policy. What was particularly disheartening was the tone in which the refusal was delivered, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. While I understand policies, the manner in which they are communicated can greatly affect the customer experience. I hope the cafe addresses this issue to ensure all patrons feel valued and respected. Also, I ALWAYS got my coffee with no ice so I NEVER heard of that policy that she made up.

Used to like this location, but their serivce has deteriorated. I orderd a beacon,sausage egg wrap today. First, they made it without any beacon and sausage. So, I requested, and they made a second one but it looks no different from the first one.

Tables were dirty, skipped orders to take care of other employees in the middle of a 10 person line. At one point no one was making coffee as they were just joking. Will not be coming back.

It is always a pleasure to come to this specific location. Always smiling and welcoming faces along with the atmosphere. I love the manager and every last one of their baristas. Customer satisfaction is well above average, and service is a set priority at this location. Especially the morning crews that's on duty when I come visit, and it's almost daily and weekly.
