Starbucks

We were passing through and needed our afternoon pick-me-up coffee. Google brought us to this location. The store appeared to be new. The restroom is clean, and the staff is pleasant. They were busy on a Saturday at 3:00pm, which is expected with the outdoor temperature in the low 40s. The drinks took a little long to come out.

Well I go to a number of Starbucks so I'm going to assume that this notification from Google maps is for the Starbucks in Jackson off highway 40. This is a very clean and very neat well organized Starbucks. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient being right off of highway 40. Just as an FYI there's also a waffle House Burger King Taco Bell Jack in the box McDonald's Arby's Dollar Tree and a food King and a number of other stores right here at this intersection.

Love this Starbucks! I was traveling through and stopped in quick. The ladies working were fantastic! Super friendly!! My drink was made pretty quick and tastes perfect!!

Very pleasant experience on the way back home. Stopped for a coco, and they were really really nice.

Stopping through on a road trip and it took 25 minutes to get one drink and a sandwich, and both were incorrect. They had me pull around to the mobile area where it took longer and they still messed my drink up and gave me a burnt sandwich. Worst service I have ever received at a Starbucks.

A bit more expensive than I like to spend, service was great. Also glad to see all the product the donate weekly to our main soup kitchen in Madison county in Jackson Tennessee.

20241001 The baristas here are so welcoming. I forgot to order with soymilk. 😱 no wonder it tastes lighter and after the 2nd sip, I tasted cow milk. 😩 oh well... soymilk definitely tastes better.

Very unprofessional, unorganized and dirty. Horrible service
