I am a Starbucks regular, but this was my first visit here, and probably my last.
My visit was on 12/16/15, around 5 p.m. .
Ordered with Starbucks card (so they had my name!), sat very close by, and waited, waited, waited. I walked to pickup a few times to check for my drink. Nada. The place was almost empty, so why the big delay? Third time I checked, the drink was set back on the pickup counter, as if someone forgot and sneaked it there. This isn't a big place, I was sitting within earshot AND view...
I remarked "oh, I wasn't called" and barista was right there...no comment.
My caramel hazelnut latte was lukewarm , foamless, and truly bad. And I am not that fussy!
So much for Starbucks getting it right. They knew they had dropped the ball and were serving an Inferior product, but sneaked it out WAY back in the counter probably to make me the bad guy. I truly wasn't. I had checked 2 times before, and it had NOT been there. They were probably too busy chatting and OOPS left that drink on the BACK counter...sneak it out and pretend.
I often get more than one thing, and my tip app was still open. You can bet they got no tip...plus I am a very dissatisfied Starbucks customer.
