Great spot for a warm drink on a cold day. The Tiramisu here was excellent — rich, flavorful, and a perfect pairing with coffee. The location is inside the Empire State Building, so it does get crowded, but the energy adds to the NYC vibe. One fun perk: you can take a picture with the Empire State Building portrait inside the same building for free (see photo for details). A nice little bonus if you're visiting the area. They offer free Wi‑Fi, plenty of charging outlets, and a clean, modern seating area when you can find a spot. The staff keeps things moving quickly despite the crowds, and the menu has all the classic Starbucks favorites along with seasonal specials. Overall, a convenient and enjoyable stop — great coffee, tasty desserts, and a unique location that adds to the experience.

Was my first time trying Starbucks and I am a much more tea oriented person. I explained this to the barrister who made me some recommendations and offered to craft me something to try. It was amazing and I would definitely try it again! He was even willing to remake it if I didn’t like it. The service was excellent! That alone will ensure my return to this spot.

I went here with my friends and my friends wanted a coffee and I wanted to pee badly. The lady at the counter was rude she said we have to pay first to get the code for the toilet which is 15678. I hope you will find this review helpful.

I came with two other family members and we ordered 2 coffees with coconut milk and a lemonade with Dragon fruit and mango; The lemonade was pretty good but the coffee weren't that good (maybe It's because I'm used to Italian coffee coming from there). We also had to wait 10 minutes for coffees because they were very busy with take away orders.The girl named Abby was very kind. In the store there are some seats

We aimed to have a quick Espresso Martini in the way home from dinner. Except for less than max. 10 people the whole first floor (spacious floor) was empty. Plenty of seats left. No queue, nobody waiting. But we were told there would be a waiting list of 30min and no available seats. Seriously, that's the time one could have had a drink already. Obviously there's no motivation of staff on first floor. So, may it be then.

Great service and friendly staff at this location. The coffee was made to perfection! We ordered the pistachio latte and it was delicious! Atmosphere inside the store is great. There are seats available so it doesn’t feel too cramped even when it’s busy. Thank you!

We waited 30 minutes, only for them to finally give us a table that had been empty since we arrived. They seated us, but then nobody came to take our order. The wait wasn't worth it.

Stopped at Starbucks not for coffee or food. My mother took a pretty bad tumble and as she continued walking she developed a lump in her leg. We were literally on our way back from eating dinner to get back to our bus so unfortunately we were not familiar with the area or where to find any medical care. We took a chance and stopped in Starbucks to at least grab some ice to reduce the swelling. My mom and I made our way to to the counter and explained the situation. Kendy, the manager jumped right into action and grabbed a sizeable bag of ice and even double bagged it. She sent us on our way with well wishes. The ice was everything! It provided my mom with some relief so she could make her way back to the bus and took some of the swelling down. Thank you Kendy 💛 your kindness was everything!!!
