Starbucks

I purchased 2 days in a row at this Starbucks location and even tiped the barista. After talking a call and waiting for my cab to arrive. The staff member Ciara asked me to step out and wait outside. I walked to the counter to ask for her name and she walked inside the kitchen. She was very rude, ignornant and unpleasant. There wasn't anyone inside the coffee shop only myself. I think Starbucks should provide training to their staff on how to provide an outstanding customer services.

Was really nice getting served by Quay this morning. She was very polite and attentive as a Starbucks employee. I’ve had Starbucks employees just shove the pastry still in the plastic wrap in the paper pastry bag. Quay asked if I’d like the pastry warmed. Thanks Quay, you’re greatly appreciated. The rest of the staff was pleasant as well. Today you guys won!

Three male employees gathering around a manager engaging in hostile and aggressive conversation when customers are nearby. Just not suitable for a healthy business environment, and Starbucks shouldn’t tolerate such behavior at the workplace if it wants its business model to remain competitive

The coffe specifically frappe taste so disgusting here I don’t know just this location. Total Waste of money

All my mobile orders are on point & the staff are courteous. Starbucks is the best :)

I don’t really review Starbucks as one is the same as the next. Not here if you ask for the cup to be full it always has at least an inch to go - yesterday I bought three tall pikes and was able to fill two of them (to the brim) and have an inch left in the last cup. I assume it’s a directive from the manager as it doesn’t matter who serves you it’s always the same - just by holding you can feel it’s light Fill your cups up!

SHOUTOUT TO TY she made my birthday drink sooo good and she was literally the sweetest person. It was really busy so I could tell it was stressful but she was so welcoming and was so awesome. This chai made this sad rainy birthday good :)

Rude staff with an attitude, that look like don't want to work there. I waited about 30mins for a coffee and a drink, boty which were prepared poorly.
