Nice smaller Starbucks. Very clean inside. Staff is friendly and coffee was fresh. The line moved Quickly as well. Not too busy in the afternoon as well so good place to stop in, warm up, and do a little reading or work. Stop on in!

Elizah was very rude and don't know how to talk to customers. My order i asked for extra CARMEL instead got extra attitude which I didn't pay for. She needs more training in customers service of she has to do this kind of job.

Needs a restroom for customers, staff are kind about it fortunately. I don’t know why there’s no restroom. This Starbucks is very small. One small room really. But always like 60 people at once. And needs to provide slightly better service.

Absolutely love doggie friendly and have puppychinos!!! Depending on staff they can fill your drinks differently. But there's a lot of garbage , possibly clean things out sooner.

Given it is downtown Brooklyn and it is very busy but they usually have a decent amount of staff to get drinks done in timely manner… oh the drink will come quick but the drink will not be done properly or have some odd flavors as if they started with one syrup and ended with another. Then several occasions I asked for a double cup because I ordered my drink extra hot, and they want to give me attitude about the extra cup.

This holiday panini was gross! They gave a very tiny increment of stuffing and way too much meat. One dried cranberry as you can see🤦🏻‍♀️. I love some Starbucks but this we can do without. Such a dry sandwich! Overall the staff are all friendly and they work very quickly and efficiently! That location is always crowded and the staff handles it very well.

Compare to other Starbucks locations, I never satisfy my order at this location. I used to drink Americano and I felt like I am drinking water from this location ( no aroma as well) . Not only once. I am not sure this location use different coffee or less potions for what I ordered.

Staff does an incredible job moving things along in this high traffic area. Pleasant employees who are conscientious.

Small with 3 tables and a window counter. Many coffee places in the area makes it a hard decision to choose. No bathrooms but you can enjoy a croissant- which they warmed up and charge your phone. Also the only Starbucks I ever encountered that asked a person to leave unless they purchased. Usually people sit here forever using free Wi-Fi.

Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher - I always make a stop at this location. It's clean, fast, and my order is always correct, even during the busiest times. Today, before my class, I decided to try something different than my usual. The order was made perfectly couldn't ask for anything more.

Lavender cream Matcha ...First try... lavender is light but you can definitely taste it. I didn't need additional sweetener... it was warm, sweet, and perfect.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever had the displeasure of ordering from. The staff is rude and overly strict. I order a tall ice coffee with no ice and paid extra for cream foam. First time the manager made me pay a double fee (huh?? Why?!?). I paid it and kept it moving. The last time they gave me a half full cup because how dare I order an ice coffee with no ice?! Am I trying to get more coffee?! I don't think so! I would never patronize this Starbucks again! I rather walk a little farther to the one on Schermerhorn! Two stars because the woman handing out the orders was annoyed too. It makes no sense.

Is good. I always use the app to order my drinks. I like to add a lot of things, so its easier to used the app. They are very fast, usually in the morning rush the wait time is less than 10 minutes, which is great counting the volume of people getting their morning coffee. Once you order just go to left corner and tell them your name. Sometimes the staff are nice and friendly, somedays annoying and grumpy, I guess is a very stressful job if you work during the morning.

October 7 2024 noonish. The cashier was nice, polite, and friendly. But, the person warming the sandwhichs and making the hot coffee was just miserable and even gave me a dark roast instead of the Milano Luna I asked for. I was too far away when I tasted it to go back so, that is money wasted. The young barister who made the cold drink was truly an amazing individual who was super courteous and showed she valued her customers. Nothing can ruin a moment like taking a sip of coffee that shocked your tastebuds.

when my friend asked for a straw, they patronize her and made it seem like a big deal, but it really wasn't because it's just a fucking straw and it was rude

I was at a doctors appointment downtown Brooklyn so I was extremely happy to find Starbucks yes. I usually do not indulge in flavored coffee however today I decided to have crème brûlée iced coffee yummy for the tummy. It truly tasted like a dessert which I appreciated since I was yearning for something sweet. I was ecstatic to observe all COVID-19 protocols were in place with social distancing as well as everyone was wearing masks thank you Starbucks.

I used to come here all the time a long time ago, so I felt pretty comfortable coming through to pick up coffee before a show last week. I ordered through the app and my drink was ready when I arrived. The barista was quite comical with a very unique name embroidered into his apron. He assured me my drink would always be right if he is there, lol. Despite mixing the milk into the espresso before the ice it still tasted OK, a little watery, but still decent. I'd come back.

Horrible Experience at Court Street I come here pretty regularly and today was such a bad experience that I may not come back. Placing the order was fine. But while waiting in line, a homeless person screamed at the top of his lungs "Does anyone have a dollar for a homeless vet?" While I am sympathetic, this is the third or fourth day this person has been there and every 2-3 minutes he screamed out the same thing. Then while waiting for our order, in addition to the screams, another person came up to us and asked for a dollar to get a metro card. The barista then put two Trenta frozen drinks up without saying the name, and since we did not order frozen we didn't say anything. But then we looked and my partner's name was on the drinks. When we explained to the barista that we didn't order frozen, she rolled her eyes at us and made us feel stupid so we took them. Then we saw the labels and they did not say frozen!!! This really bothered my partner who turned to me and said, someone yelling for money every 2-3 minutes, another person coming up to us asking for money, and a barista giving us attitude because she made to order wrong; we're not coming back here again. Horrible experience.

I'll just cut to the chase, Didn't have any sugar free syrup, the person behind the counter didn't know anything of what I was asking for. For someone who doesn't have sugar, i was totally disappointed not having my fave chai tea, I usually use the SF dolce syrup. But besides SB not having the syrup, the worker need to be more informative.

Not sure who decided to hire literally the rudest people they could find but they truly accomplished the task at hand. Coffee always good though.

Inside of the Starbucks is Packed and Very Dirty..... :( it smells very bad I think they need a reservation inside. Around 3:30pm, it's packed by School kids and more crowded. there's No bathroom so please Don't stay there for long time. If you just need to buy a drink to go, ok but don't try to stay at this location. It's packed!

I was having a rough, wet morning, but the cheeriness of the staff brightened my day. Running errands via MTA during inclement weather isn't fun, but they made my commute worth it. Huge kudos to the team here. Got my fave drink, so now I'm ready to conquer the day!!!

The worse Starbucks in the city. They don't have a "customers' restroom". Really? They probably only serve passing by strangers.

Came here after fasting for my doctors office appointment to break the fast. Coffee is good and service is friendly at 11 AM on a Friday morning. However there was no half and half at the condiment bar and music is still loud AF. I like Beyoncé as much as the next person but do I want to hear "Upgrade U " blasting in my ear NO LOL. Also it was hard to log on to the free WiFi but maybe for the better as I have had issues with people hacking my phone and credit cards.

Order was ready promptly. Line was semi long when I arrived but pre ordering my drinks with the app paid off. Thanks for making my drink an experience a pleasant one.

I had a great experience here today. The music was really good (kind of loud) not an issue but if you want to do work that you need to sound (like a meeting) probably not the best (I was also here later in the evening so). Anyways not what I'm here for lol. I just wanted to say that the staff was great, friendly and helpful. Darius was helpful, accommodating and just had a good attitude. That's always important to me in customer service or any type of hospitality. It really makes all the difference in the customer experience. The place was all clean and spacious. So yeah it's 5 stars for meeeee

I can't rate this Bux as highly as others. There is no restroom. Sometimes, the clientele is a bit gruff. But the customer service is definitely there. I appreciate that they always get my drink right. They have cold brew but not Nitro cold brew. You can sit a while, but just watch your bag. It's located so conveniently on the corner of Joralemon and Court. So I love grabbing a drank and hopping on the train.

This place is always packed whether you go during the morning or lunch time, however they have a really great team of workers. They all help each other in getting the orders out quickly. This was definitely the most efficient starbucks I have been too. I have gotten 4 drinks from here and all times my drinks have been amazing !! Only thing I would say is that they don't make drinks in order that they were ordered, they do easy drinks first like (cold brew, regular coffee ) and save the "harder" drinks for a little later. Which is annoying when you're waiting there.

Had a pleasant experience here. I saw a reusable hot cup that I really wanted ( was super cute). Informed the cashier that I wanted to purchase the cup along with a Hot Chocolate. I was informed that the cup was out of stock. Instead of leaving it as that, the cashier offered to sell me the display cup and sanitized it for me. This small act of kindness /customer service really made my day. Thank you sir (forgot his name).

I used to love this Starbucks b/c they were friendly, made your drink in a timely fashion and the location is great. Well, that was 9 months ago. They've closed down a couple of times this year and every time they reopen it gets worse and they seem to have their best people. There are only a couple of people that seem like they want to be there. The baristas move like turtles with the drink orders and a drink that should take less than 10 minutes to make takes 20 minutes or more. And when you ask about your drink, they just don't seem to care half the time. This morning was the last morning that I'm ever going to this location.

At six in the morning, this place is a machine. Most of the baristas know me by face and have my "venti iced coffee, sweetened with soy, no ice" drink ready before I've even whipped out my phone to pay with the app. They know how I like it, and for that, this Starbucks is one of my favorite places during the wee morning hours. But move forward into the day a little and you've got lines. Lines everywhere. When people don't know to whip the line around the pole (and this happens often), the queue can even go right up against the entrance, which makes for an uncomfortable wait. There's hardly a quiet period here at this Starbucks; I've been here at all odd hours - eight, ten, noon, after work - and it always seems to be bustling (precisely why I try to take care of my caffeine so early in the morning, when everyone still has their head on). During the busiest hours, someone will come around the line with a headset in an attempt to feed the orders through a little faster which then helps mitigate the wait...but as a general rule of thumb, expect to spend about ten minutes for your order.

I am not a coffee drinker but needed a pick me up to get through some homework. The girl at the desk helped me choose which drink to get. She also let me try the nitro cold brew to help make my decision. The staff was really nice and the black girl with the pixie cut making the drinks is the bomb!! All the drinks I ordered came out perfect.

The barista moves the line quickly during peak hours and my order is always right. The seating is cozy and the warm lights makes this location so comfortable for good company and latte. Wait no one mispronounced my name today when my latte was delivered. In fact no one's name was called at pick up...did I miss the memo?

Staff is always professional, there just a little slow. My drink orders are always correct & I have no other complaints.

My favorite Starbucks probably because it's the one I've been in the most and the staff is very EFFICIENT. They have a really good morning time team which includes one person who takes drink orders by the line so all you have to do is pay at the register. This means that your drink is most likely finished by the time you reach the waiting area. Only con is that there are less seats than most Starbucks and they are pretty busy at all hours so it's not the best place if you're looking for a quiet work environment.

I had a horrible experience here today. I have come to many a Starbucks and been able to receive refills on my beverage after having left the premises (including this one on Court & Joralemon); however, for some reason today, the good folks at the 50 Court location decided -- for a seemingly arbitrary reason -- that I was not eligible for a refill. No rhyme or reason. No rationale, just a "rule" that apparently had never been enforced any of the previous 100 times I have gotten refills at Starbucks. Like the back of yo head... RIDICULOUS.

An Angel works at Starbucks in Brooklyn On the morning of Friday, March 1 I decided I would work from this Starbucks following an errand I had to run across the street. Fridays are my work from home day, and I decided that for a change of pace, I'd work here instead. This it would turn out would be a most fortuitous visit, thanks to the entire team at this store but in particular, due to your Partner, Charmaine, who I have come to feel is an angel here on Earth (which I do not mean in the religious sense, but the broader spiritual sense). I cannot fully express how much joy she brought to me yesterday, and for many many days to come. I wanted to share it with you because of how strongly and positively I have been affected by Charmaine and by extension the entire team at the store yesterday. The story does not even contain our continued interactions over the next few hours when I asked her a question, and then later when she came to check if I needed anything else. Even as I write this on my phone as I ride the subway my eyes are filled with joyful tears, there's a lump in my throat, and immense love in my heart. When I entered the store there was a wonderful energy in this location. I approached the cash registers and was called over with a "good morning sweetie, how can I help you?" Charmaine had a smile on her face and she started dancing to the music a bit. "I love your dancing," I exclaim, and joined her in dancing to the music. She told me I could call her "charming" and she totally was/is, so I did and will. She took my order, wishes me a wonderful day, and says "let's walk it out" and we continued dancing as I leave the register. As I sat there with my coffee, working away, she continued to welcome everyone with similar joy and enthusiasm, but conscious of each person's energy which she met appropriately. She also brings this to all her colleagues behind the registers and counter. I couldn't help but smile and feel warm fuzzies. Of course, so many Starbucks employees are joyful and welcoming, but she certainly rises to the top. Charmaine made my day! I have shared this story with my friends, family, and colleagues, and am encouraging them to start each day with joy, a spring in their step, and a smile on their face. Of course, I know it not always easy, but I hope everyone finds their own Charmaine when they need them. Starbucks is, of course, a business with a strong brand, and a company that must ultimately be concerned with the bottom line, but I sincerely hope that you will always treasure your Partners in your stores who are the reason so many loyal customers come back over and over. I know you are a company that provides great benefits for your entire team, and it is evident in how Partners treat customers every day. As an aside, I have always worked in youth and education nonprofits and institutions. While I love my career and typically really enjoy it, as you might imagine it can be challenging and heartbreaking at times. Finding angels in unexpected places can really make a huge difference, as it can for anyone just having a bad day or dealing with tough, challenging situations.

They get my drink wrong .... every single time. I even went there yesterday and they managed to get it wrong. Why am I paying nearly $6 for a cup that's half ice and has extra ingredients (which I didn't order) that completely change the taste? Honestly this location makes me hate Starbucks and never want to go back. Every time I go there I feel like I threw money in the garbage. The people making your drinks honestly don't care about what you paid for and make the drink they feel like maik

I asked to put a $20 on my card and handed the guy a $100 bill. He said he has no change unless I​ put $40! Mind you, its the middle of the day! You haven't​​ sold enough coffee's yet to break a hundred?? I call BS! If there is the ​policy it should be a note in a visible​ place​ so people can see it before standing​ in line. Otherwise,​ it's​ your problem, not mine. I gave it 2 stars and not 0 zero they deserve because the barista wasn't rude. It's not his fault he doesn't have an access to a petty cash, but he should have called for someone who does.

This is one of the slower starbucks in this area, and I usually will go to the one a few blocks away on Fulton. Even when ordering ahead, I've had to wait a little while to get my order. I've even come in the middle of the day when it isn't too crowded or busy and it's just slow. 3.5 stars because my drinks are always made well, so worth the wait.

This store is my favorite location, just a block from the nearest bus stop, where the Borough Hall subway station is. I went there for around one year and service feels the same. However, sometimes they may prematurely forget my orders. Suppose within 10 minutes tops should be enough, Like someday, after I've waited 10 minutes for my order, have to bother pushing the servers to complete my order. If you want my rating to go up to at least four stars, hiring more workers would be a well appreciated tactics, to make sure everyone got their orders, no exceptions! The "exception" is threatened to leave this store, thus turning down the popularity at least a notch in this store no matter the peak hour. Hence, we the customers want our orders to be completely complied because these are our money we paid for! Also, so far I haven't see a bathroom around the store. In case customers want to potty, this store gotta have a bathroom for each gender. This improvement being added is even more better.

I'm mainly a fan b/c -They do not take a 1/2hr to make my beverage like the one near my house. -They make drink right. -It's pretty clean when I go in. -No one is in my 3ft of space when on the line. and -I can get it jumping on or off the train. HOWEVER... they still spell my name all types of wrong.

Friendly service on a Saturday morning. Nothing extraordinary at this Starbucks but good, speedy service and reliable food is enough to bring a smile to my face. They offer ample space for strollers and a decent amount of seating. Thank you!

Updated Comment 05/24/2018, in case I already commented this store before This store is better than 6 Metrotech Ctr at Jay Street and Myrtle Ped walk, near Tandon NYU. I kept seeing homeless guy begging for his privacy last Saturday. To keep from being distracted by his concerns, I rather try the Court St, get flawed by increment weather. Service in this store is okay, plus they knew my name since I have made frequent entrance here than at Jay street. However, they may forget to call people that their food is ready. Now here is my scenario when they did not notify me that my order is ready. As I glanced at the bag, it is at mobile section. I stroll nearby the Mobile section, I wasnt sure if that is for people. Neutral news is, neutral between good and bad, my oatmeal is there getting cold. Otherwise, worse; what if I took fellow's order?

It's always crowded because it's very convenient ! Near all the transportation . Best time early or mid morning ... Got a table !!! Yeah

Came for a holiday gift card, the line looks long, but it moves fast.

Two stars because, where are the outlets?? I mean its a good place to work if you want to write or stay for a short while, but this place has literally no outlets. Definitely would not recommend to laptop users. Staff is quite nice though, and I don't think that its incredibly nasty, so... three stars from me.

No bathroom! What a travesty. I was passing through on my way to work in Red Hook and needed my daily dose of caffeine. I stopped in here and used my mobile order tool to grab my quadruple espresso con panna, only to be greeted by a friendly young woman who takes your order at a smaller counter before you reach the register. OK, then. Can we just use the mobile order? I have only been here once and probably would choose the other Starbucks located a few blocks away because they have a bathroom. But this one is above average, where service and cleanliness ate concerned.

Not enough seats. A bit pricey for their historic sandwiches. Quite a few miserable characters hanging out inside. Recently renovated so the restroom was designated now off limits to customers. On the plus side the cookie frapichino iced is excellent! The presentation was magnificent. They will get an extra star when the add more chairs, expanded and bring back the restroom.

Visited this location, unfortunately they made my coffee with spoiled milk. The manager insisted that it was not spoiled, because she looked at the date on the carton. Tried with 2% and Whole, both had a spoiled taste. It may have been their refrigerators weren't cold enough. But that milk was definitely spoiled.

Customer service is great, but they don't ask your name anymore. It's quite spacious, with places to sit down, no restroom though.

This is the most efficient Starbucks I've ever been to. I walked in to a very long line, so I thought I'd be there a while. Nope. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. I don't think that was natural; they must have manipulated the space-time continuum. Do not go here if you if you can't handle your mind being blown.

I like coming here. The baristas know my drink and are always polite. This location has the distinction of being the busiest Starbucks in the area. Starbucks have a loyal following and this location happens to be located near the court building, Borough Hall and the municipal building. They're getting hit with a lot of coffee drinkers. I think the baristas do a great job handling the large number of customers coming into that location. Just keep in mind that their busiest times are at 8 A.M. and 1 P.M. Also know that you cannot access their restroom due to numerous issues they were having in the past, as I was told by one of the baristas. So if you want to go to a restroom, the nearest one would be the Barnes & Noble (second floor next to the children's book section) which is two short blocks away next to the Regal movie theater. And you will not be able to charge your phone since they had to remove the outlets. But keep in mind this store has had to deal with a lot of recurring issues. Their quality service makes up for a few removed amenities.

The service was horrible! Never been to this location and never going back. The barista made my coffee wrong and it was not complicated, all I say was an xtra shot of espresso and I saw she didn't put it, brought it to her attention and she said:-" I am only one person". I ask for a refund sense I realized the sandwich I order was cold. Worse experience ever!

This location isn't open. walked all the way here. Shouldn't someone keep track of this? Could've gone elsewhere.
