Starbucks Coffee Company

I was with my family and the manager decided to close the restroom. It was 6 pm and they close at 9 pm. I asked him why he was closing it, and he said it was his decision. Someone was coming out of the restroom, and I asked them if it was dirty or anything, and they said it was fine... What's the reason for denying this service to customers? The only solution he offered was to tell us to go to another place to use the restroom... It's a shame this happened at Starbucks.

The drinks that the young lady made us was delicious and exact to what I asked for. The doors and windows were also noticeably very clean, which is something that always catches my eye not just at Starbucks but any place I’m going to consume food and beverage. I definitely like the fact that I was greeted which makes it easy for me to leave a review.

This Starbucks location was truly disappointing. The restroom was unbelievably filthy—an unacceptable standard for any public place, especially in NYC. Furthermore, the seating area was far too cold due to constant, uncomfortable drafts. It made enjoying my coffee impossible. Management needs to address the cleanliness and temperature control immediately.

The young man who served me was extremely rude. It was, without a doubt, the worst service I've ever received. He prepared the coffee with an inappropriate attitude, as if he were doing me a favor, when in reality I went to the establishment intending to enjoy their product. The experience was very unpleasant. He kept spilling coffee while preparing it, and communication was poor. In conclusion, this place doesn't deserve even one star. They should ensure they have trained staff with a suitable attitude, as employees like this ruin the experience of enjoying a good coffee.

I've been pretty hard on Starbucks. I've been complaining for years about how it had turned into a fast food restaurant with no seating in some locations, or uncomfortable/awkward seating in the rest. I stopped going all together a few years ago. Well, what a difference! At least, in this location, which has been renovated to the new design that I heard a lot about. I love it! They have added the comfortable seating again, condiment bar, cozy atmosphere, warm, inviting lighting, and a real coffee house feel - just like it used to be, and what I grew up on. It looks terrific! Hopefully, all locations will be re-designed into this model soon. All that remains, in my opinion, to make it the Starbucks we knew and loved is the little glass bottles of toppings (chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg sprinkles) and soft jazz music. Otherwise, great job overall, and thank you to your hard-working staff at this location!

The coffee is ad you could expect it. There are restrooms for customers only, and the staff does not want to give the code away - instead they walk you to the restroom and open it, which is s bit awkward if you ask me.

If I could leave zero stars, I would possibly some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. The girl with the red hair was having the most nastiest attitude because I asked her to remake a hot chocolate, it tasted nothing but pure, thick milk. They also decided to close the restrooms at 7 PM when they close at 9 PM and they told us we could walk across the street to use the other café‘s bathroom. Never again.

Any way to turn the heat up in this place? It is ridiculously cold in this location. Inside I have to wear a jacket, hat and scarf and it’s still cold! I overheard similar complaints from other patrons. I understand it’s winter and all but the temp in this location is unreasonably cold. It’s very hard to enjoy your experience when you’re shivering. You might need a few space heaters . Please have some consideration for your patrons and address this problem .
