I visited the location on Hanson and Ft Greene pl today yo pick up my mobile order. My order was ready when I arrived. However I asked for 6 pumps of classic syrup in my drink. I tasted it and it had none. I asked the young lady working the cold beverage station if she could add it because there was none in there. She rolled her eyes a little and asked me to remove the lid and hand the cup to her. I did so and she proceeded to the back counter to add it when I noticed the bottle was empty. She pretended to pump syrup in the cup and handed it back to me. I didn’t want to make an issue so I took my drink and left. I thought about it and wondered if this was how she treated people when spend their money all the time. She needs to be coached. As a manager myself I wouldn’t want anyone on my staff to intentionally deceive a customer

My work's office recently moved to the area. I commute in on the LIRR. I order in advance with plenty of time (8:17 am, and arrived at the Starbucks at 8:38 am). I have made an order 2 times and the drinks haven't been ready. What is going on? The first time they didn't make my order until i arrived and asked about it. Today they claimed someone else must have taken it. Better service please.

Found my recent experience very disappointing. I asked for a water with fruit inclusions and was asked by bar staff"what am i looking at?" Then to be told to redo my order and get charged for a tea when it was not a tea. I didn't work at starbucks to get beat in the head for an extra 3 dollars for water with inclusions that i already paid 3 dollars for. Won't be coming to this location again. Rather make the walk down to Hoyt.

Most of the time the employees aren’t very friendly. Today 11/11 around 10:45 am the two employees were slammed but were so friendly and kind, it made my day. I wish I would’ve gotten their names, I will definitely be back!

I ordered a Vanilla Iced coffee and it tasted so bitter it was un drinkable. Not only that, but they left like 20% of the cup empty which is unacceptable. I threw it out, what a waste of money, don’t ever come here.

Barista on sms next one writing some, third person don’t see you and the best is to e void them ! When you pay minimum tip is 2 box , question is FOR WHAT ???????

They are the worst I order my drink waiting at least 5-6 mins people come after me and get there drinks. So I say I'm I invisible the guy says I take the tickets as they come ok so you skip me and took other people. NOT Going back

I came to the mall to return some items and was pleasantly surprised to see that a Starbucks had been put in the spot where the old bagel shop was. Usually I would have to go all the way over to the barclays centre the other side of the mall or upstairs and target, which can be a hassle when I'm going to the other side of the mall. Also some of the employees at the other locations in the area can be pretentious or crabby. So it was a fresh experience coming into a new location with super chill employees and good drinks. When I came in, it was all smizes and greetings. Good sign... The cashier/barista Herbie was super nice, as we chatted about my shield, likened to the Mandalorian and Daft Punk, lol. Before I knew it, he had whipped up my favorite, a flat white with pistachio sauce, iced and ready to go! I will be sure to visit this location going forward. It's refreshing to have a pleasant Sbux experience in these parts.

This is my go-to Starbucks! It is never super-crowded and they always finish my order in record time. The staff is great as well!
