I’m visiting Chiang Mai and have been to this branch twice during my trip. The staff are very nice, helpful, and friendly. They recommended the drip coffee, and it tasted amazing. The atmosphere is cozy, with charming northern-style decorations. Highly recommend!

I’ve been fortunate to travel many places in this beautiful world and have visited countless Starbucks locations, and one of the things I’ve always appreciated about Starbucks is the sense of familiarity it provides—no matter where you are, you can expect great coffee and friendly service, often with staff who speak excellent English. However, this particular Starbucks in Chiang Mai stands out in a way that few others do. From the moment you step inside, you are met with the warmest, most genuine kindness. The staff here don’t just serve coffee—they make you feel like a truly valued guest. Their smiles, attentiveness, and friendly conversations create an atmosphere that goes beyond excellent service; it feels like being welcomed by old friends. Every interaction, from ordering to picking up your drink to simply sitting and enjoying the ambiance, is made better by their warmth and hospitality. It’s rare to find a team so consistently kind and caring, and I would be completely remiss if I didn’t take the time to recognize them. Best Starbucks in Chiang Mai. The staff are very nice, helpful, and friendly. The way they make the brewed coffee is different than usual and the coffee tastes great. Highly recommended!

Very nice location. The biggest Starbucks I've ever walked into. It was a bit cold I'm there and didn't know to bring my sweater with me. Overall, it was a good atmosphere and very vibrant. I would return here again in the future👌🏾

The best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! It’s calm, beautiful, cool, and with fast, friendly service. I spent a few months in CM and came here almost every day - despite so many great coffee shops in the area, I just couldn’t resist. I honestly really miss this place!

Great Starbucks location with plenty of space and great natural lighting. The service is excellent and the staff even came by with samples of seasonal coffee! This is a great place to come and catch up on work while in Chiang Mai.

To be honest, I'm getting tired of Starbucks coffee after enjoying it for so many years. However, I keep coming back-it's been 8 years-because the staff here are incredibly kind. I've visited Starbucks stores in several countries, but this one has the friendliest service by far. The manager and staff here truly deserve praise.

Disclaimer that I'm not a Starbucks fan. I gave it another try again here because the location looked nice and I wanted to know for sure that there's plant milk. It really is a nice place to sit and the staff are very nice. I ordered a hot Houjicha Latte w soy milk, no sugar. The drink was more on the warm than hot side, not very flavorful and really sweet, maybe sugar was added? Also really big size even for smallest order.
