It was fine, staff was friendly but the drink was not on par with other Starbucks.

Super helpful, friendly, and patient staff. The Summer-Berry Lemonade Refresher and a Pink Drink were both made perfectly!

I really like this starbucks. Manager here is super nice and polite and remembers everyones name :) everyone there in general are very smiling and nice to talk to. Good coffee good vibe!

Service is a bit slow. Otherwise it was an average Starbucks.

5 star people, but overworked at times. These things happen and you can't really have more than 5 employees behind the counter working their tails off. The star was removed because unfortunately it took 30 minutes for a coffee during the morning rush. If they keep this one and open the new drive through I think this one would be the perfect neighborhood relaxed coffee joint. Accuracy and employee friendliness was on point despite being crazy busy!

All the baristas were super friendly and happy to help. But there's something off about their inventory or brewing schedule because only Pike's Place was available in the carafe so I got a blond americano instead. I was happy with my americano, but if someone is very particular about their coffee brew method, they might not be so excited.

I really do love this Starbucks location. The staff there is really truly the best. They have always treated me with respects and kindness and enthusiasm. My only complaint is that they don't keep the restroom all that too clean. This sets up for them a bad image that can hurt their sales. One day I walked into a restroom and it was so dirty that I just walked right out and left the store. I suffer from a major illness, and I need clean restroom facilities.

If I could give 0 stars I would. As of recently since they changed to compostable cups, they have been serving my drinks almost HALF WAY. I had been coming to this location since it opened up until now, maybe the olive one is better because they get my drinks wrong every time, not to mention the quality of the drinks are horrible.

Stop here on our way up, staff was friendly and bathrooms were clean. Tried their lavender foam with a drink and it was pretty good! Bring a Reusable cup- they charged me a .25 cent cup fee for not having one!

This Starbucks is not to bad the line isn't bad at all the lady who did our order was on task and a good worker got our drinks correct I recommend this place if your down in ukiah might be one of the best Starbucks in the world maybe not it's nice here though I do recommend.

Just your typical Starbucks that can be located anywhere and as much as I would prefer a local coffee shop, at least the service was good and the facility was well maintained.

Coffee and a Sandwich ... 20 minutes. I could have gone to a sit down diner and had faster service.

This review is for Angel (either Asst Manager or Manager) of this Starbucks. It's a hit and miss with service here, but consistently over the last week in the morning, I've watched Angel and his service dealing with the morning rush. First - a great manager. He supports each person/job and stepping in when he is needed. He doesn't come across over-powering but rather just steps in and when it appears the person is on track - he goes to the next. Second - he acknowledges every customer waiting. How important that step is when you have a line of 5+ customers waiting for their order. We are not ignored, and just that simple recognition and acknowledgement on where our order stands, is critical. Angel, keep up the good work!

The SB location in REDWOOD and OLIVE has got to be the filthiest Starbucks I've ever been in. It's always dirty the counters are filthy like they never ever wipe them down during the day. The employees don't care about it either obviously. The floors are disgusting like they've never been mopped, and nobody cares. who is the manager or the owner of the REDWOOD and OLIVE location Starbucks, next to TRADER JO's?? it's disgusting. The tables are disgusting. The chairs are disgusting. It's filthy! Every single time I go in there it's the same mess. I'm gonna stop going there. I can't take it.

Poor Starbucks. They are struggling. And so are we. It seems like completely different employees when you come in now. I ordered 2 drinks. One was ready in 10 minutes. The other took an additional 25 minutes. You can see the crazy in the staff. They are like bumper cars behind the counter. It's just a bad time for everybody.

My friends and I used to frequent this Starbucks over by Trader Joe's in northern Novato a while ago and stopped because the drinks were so bad. I should have known better but I went there today and ordered a cappuccino. It was absolutely the worst cappuccino I have ever had. So I went to another coffee shop nearby and ordered the same thing and could I actually taste coffee!!! I dumped my watered down milk that Starbucks sold me and enjoyed my a cappuccino from a real coffee shop.

The bathroom were clean. That's really about it. The tables were dirty. They didn't call the name of the order when it was done they just set them aside you have to get up and go check to see if it was your order or not. If was a bunch of teens working there a lot of cursing.

I have over 36 years in customer service and know what it's like to deal with customers. Went into this Starbucks with my wife. Ordered 2 coffee drinks, sandwich that I grabbed and my wife ordered a bagel to be heated. Coffee drinks were good. Sandwich was very stale and not fresh and after 15 minutes of not getting the bagel my wife ordered. She politely asked and the girl said it would be ready when it's ready. The store was not busy. She finally got what she thought was a bagel but was something else. We gave them a 30% tip when I initially paid regret it Starbucks managers!!!! Is this ok? Your star ratings is mediocre.

These guys do an excellent job ever time! They're always extremely friendly and helpful! I usually come in early in the morning and they never miss a beat. I host a monthly Planes and Coffee over at the airport down the road and they are always such a tremendous help with getting the coffee taken care of for my patrons!

I'm not usually at Starbucks for myself. However, after so many check-ins here, I thought it was time to write a review. My Granddaughter is addicted to this place. The staff is ALWAYS polite and efficient. I appreciate that they look at her, and ask what she would like to order. Many businesses forget that children are consumers too, and they overlook the very capable and informed child in front of them and only converse with the adult. A few people here remember her order and name. Great service and staff.

I only go there once in a blue moon. I went there yesterday the table we sat atvwas dirty. I understand why they don't let you put your own milk and Cinnamon in your coffee but the barista should offer that when you order. I do wish they would shape up because I am grateful there is still a Starbucks near where I live.

This is my neighborhood Starbucks so I go here whenever my kids want it. When we order online there is rarely any mess ups or problems except for a select few times my order has been messed up or they forgot to add something. When you go in store.. its a hit or miss. Sometimes when I order the line moves fast and I get my drinks within five minutes. On other days I will order and watch everyone that was behind me in line get their drinks before me! One time I waited 30 minutes for a single Frappuccino! My only other problem is how the store is always so hot and they either don't have A/C or they just choose not to use it but in the summer sometimes it is literally colder outside than it is in there!

The cashier an older lady no name tag wiped her nose with both hands then started to prepare the customers coffee in front of me and I stopped her and asked her to wash her hands before starting to prepare their food/coffee and explained that I watched her wipe her nose with both hands and didn't wash at all before starting to prepare the order ,....she then scoffed and gave me a dirty look and went to the back where she could not be seen hopefully to wash her hands when there was literally a sink right next to her ,....i was completely disgusted by this employee,... I asked another employee to speak with a manager and she said there was no manager there but offered me a comment card to fill out if I could put a no star review I would put a -3

I like the new changes to the seating and barista area, but the one thing that throws me off is their is ALWAYS one homeless looking person bathed in URINE that will absolutely absolve me from sitting in the store. In addition, just outside the store is a haven for smash-and-grab in your car. Don't leave ANYTHING in your car, even for just a minute! It takes a few minutes to order and receive a coffee...it takes seconds to smash a car window and grab what looks good. Perhaps these two items are connected??

The location nearest Costco was absolutely packed so I needed to find an alternative nearby. Fortunately there are Starbucks spots on just about every corner so it was not hard to find a location with an empty seat. I ordered the hazelnut latte since it's a cold day and it came out quite tasty. The syrup was free since I'm a Gold card holder now which saved me $.50! Now I've just got to figure out if I can get refills on those. While this location was a bit smaller than most I've been to and the service a tad slower, the dog-friendly patio area was huge. It's more cramped at the tables so I recommend the bar next to the barista as a place to work from. Besides the comfy location, you get a great view of how your drink was made! Food: 7/10 Service: 6/10 Price: $ Atmosphere: 7/10

The best Starbucks Staff I have had the pleasure of seeing everyday. Fantastic management, great flow and very conscientious employees that give their best each day. They make the location feel like home! Samantha, May, Geremy, Anna, Nick, Kelly, Jenny, Sid, Adrianne, and the past employees... Sadie, Chloe, Miles, JT, Dylan and many more... staff is nice, watched the barista mess up both the drinks in front of me then gave me a nitro cold brew WITH ICE. Maybe don't have the new guys making drinks by themselves until fully trained? Nice location

One of the better Starbucks I've been to. Clean, updated and stocked products, and the service was friendly and I did not feel rushed. It's more of a local Starbucks so you get your regulars in there who sit and shoot the breeze for hours in an overly loud tone that unfortunately everyone in the shop has to listen to, but it is what it is. You won't get any complaints from me and I will definitely pop by again if I need a caffeine fix before or after shopping at TJ's.

I don't understand what's so hard about following an order. It's so frustrating when you have to pay for a non-dairy alternative because of lactose intolerance and they still use dairy! This location consistently gets orders wrong for me specifically mobile orders. Two days in a row they have made my drink the wrong size and with dairy, which completely disrupts my day. The company either needs to train their workers to follow directions or schedule more people so they're not rushing and screwing up orders. I only go to this location because it's the closest for me, if there was another location closer I would never come here again.

This used to be my go to spot every morning right as they opened at 5am and now I go and they're always barely getting ready to open like if you guys aren't going to open when you say you are then change the time and another thing they don't listen I asked for light cream and had to go back and tell them it was basically cold with all the cream they put in they replaced the other people that were on there game and now it's jst bleh

Starbucks is always a hit or miss for me with baristas attitudes and whether they even read how you would like your drink made but KELLY ais a bit of of sweet and bright sunshine and always makes my GRTL perfectly! There were 4 people behind the counter and only two waiting for their drinks no orders to go but it still took about 15 min to get my coffee. They were more focused on humoring each other than serving their customers. Also, I asked for an Americano. They always fill the cups way too high. I asked the woman behind the counter to pour about a quarter of it out. I asked if I could have a little bit of cream. She proceeded to fill the entire cup back up with the cream! So now I'm stuck with a cold Americano! Why don't they have the cream dispensers out? The entire experience was horrible and I will never return. I've had this problem before but this time I needed to voice it!!!!

This is the most unorganized and slowest Starbucks I have ever been at. For a place with 6 employees, only ONR is taking orders. And typically only one making drinks. The rest are just talking and standing around. I need to start going to Peet's or the other Starbucks! The management really needs to improve the service at this location.

Starbucks coffee (with the exception of the Pike's Market location) is like box o' wine - yes it's espresso, but any real coffee drinker will never be satisfied. Starbucks is a process and a watered down experience - nothing like the idea it was founded upon. I can walk into any Starbucks, over pay for a latte, and get too much caffeine and not enough flavor (so at least it's consistent). While I give the coffee itself a 1star, I happen to like this location. Why? The Staff. They have personality. They are well equip with Snark. They have even been known to argue amongst themselves on occasion. But that's what I like about this place - it's not exactly like every other Starbucks in....well anywhere. They actually take the time to have conversation with you. Some people complain about being ignored (maybe they're the kind of people that deserved to be ignored - I dunno). This isn't everyone's place and they don't try to be. If I want real coffee, I'll go elsewhere (no fault of theirs - it's a company problem), but if I want to be entertained, relieved or otherwise have a good chuckle, I go here. No matter how crappy of a day I've had, I've never left this location with anything less than a smile. YMMV.

Very crowded, but a good number of tables to sit and sip your brew. Standard Starbucks array of munchies and accessories. Very efficient barristas and they know what they are doing and can do it fast, so the line wait in tolerable. Trader Joes is in this new shopping center.

Not playing with a full deck today. I ordered online, nitro cold brew, got a message on my phone that it was ready. Drove down to the store, got in the order pick up line. Was called up, told them my name, then was told "we don't have cold brew do you want something else?" I asked why they would place my order as ready but not tell me it wasn't going to be fulfilled. The gentlemen speaking with me looked perplexed....didn't seem to understand the question and answered "I marked it out" I mean I don't speak starbucks so can you talk to me in layman's terms? Customer service was pretty poor....they don't even say hello or look up to see who has entered their store here. This place needs help.

I did post a horrible review before. Honestly It had so many typos because I was typing angry. Lol BUT it looks like they have hired more people that put care into there jobs and things are getting better. I think they still could be a little faster but I am now getting my drinks with no mistakes.

The coffee here is very light. I don't know if they aren't putting enough beans but was very disappointing. I usually get " Pike Place" and it is a very strong tasting coffee but this time it was very light.

Needs more electrical outlets. Open adequately late. Plenty of seating. Wifi seems to work ok.

Never have mobile order ready. Last 5 times it's taken longer for a mobile order then just standing in line. I'd rather drive somewhere else's alway understaffed.

Yesterday while getting my coffee I was happy to see the sign that you could not use your own cup for rear of coronavirus contamination. I always thought it was gross touching somebody else's possibly filthy personal cup then my cup without washing hands was gross. But she explained she was a regular, didn't like waste... and the manager approve the request? She had everyone wash hands after handling... except that didn't happen all the way thru. Gross and dangerous! Plus it caused a huge delay. I will be posting on corporate website.

This Starbucks is definitely my favorite in the area, although its not perfect, which is OK. I visited on Monday, September 11 in the afternoon (around 330 PM) and both baristas working were incredible. They helped me with my decision on my drink (Venti Carmel Frap with an Extra 2 shots as it had been a long day) and were incredibly friendly and energetic. I come into this Starbucks quite frequently as I live just down the street and this was the best experience I have had. Most times are good, but I have never felt so comfortable and with a smile on my face as I did on this day. Both men were obviously comfortable with their job and if they weren't, one couldn't tell. My drink was made fantastically, as it usually is and everyone that came in, and left, they greeted and sent off with such great remarks. I love this Starbucks as every person makes you feel at home. The only reason I do not give them 4 stars is that sometimes they are quite busy and do not open a second register even though they have it and I have had some staff that has not been rude but has not seemed as happy about their job as these two did. My hat goes off for them and I will continue returning to this Starbucks, no questions asked.

Coffee! Peppermint Mistos~I am so hooked on this coffee flavor! I am totally hopeless!

I've been to hundreds of Starbucks in my travels and I've never seen one fall into such a sad state of decline as this one. The place has been an absolute mess every I've time come here and it's very unpleasant. Like the day after a frat party unpleasant. Clearly the management at this location doesn't care. If every Starbuck's was like this I'd be done with them. I'm certainly done with this one.

This place is so disorganized. Needs better management I wasn't happy with the drinks I got. They made them super sloppy. Entire staff needs to get proper training!

Came in this evening after my long run around the beautiful China Camp Park. Ordered my usual iced, treinta, soy, caramel macchiato (with extra caramel)... but when I asked why I was given a Venti... the barista told me that they don't make "trenita" drinks!!!! What. Sinceeeeeeee whhhhennnn ? Why didn't the cashier tell me that when I ordered it lol. I wouldn't of asked for the extra caramel... wahhhhh! ;((

I came in and asked for a coffee. The woman at the register said they didn't have any coffee and offered to make an americano because the coffee machine was broken. I walked out frustrated and confused...then I thought to myself what about a pour over, so I walked back in and asked if they could do a pour over and she said yes...I then purchased a pour over and a yogurt. I walked over to the condiments station and there were no spoons so I went back and had to ask for a spoon which I now remember is always given to me whenever I purchase a yogurt. 2 strikes for customer service. As a business owner myself I would be furious that my employees are telling people we do not have coffee at a coffee shop and not offering them the exact thing they were able to make because it is too much work for them. It really seems like work at all is too much work for this woman. 1 star seems adequate.

There are some harsh critics out there! Yes: this Starbucks -- due to it's location at the heart of Novato -- has more locals/regulars than other locations like Vintage Oaks. Yes: they can get slammed with a bunch of people at once and it's always fun (not really) to see the line wrapped around as you come in the door on a Saturday morning. No: they're not rude to the non-regulars! I feel like some of these reviewers must head in there, pout/throw a tantrum, wonder why no one joked with them and then take to Yelp to vent their frustrations. See a counselor. Even if there is a line, it always moves fast and you'll be right out of there. And contrary to the people talking about high school kids (which Starbucks are you going to?), a lot of these people have been there a while and certainly know their stuff. Ask for a recommendation to switch things up and you'll see for yourself. It's always a relief to return to this Starbucks after traveling and visiting other locations.

If I was able to give zero stars I would this place is filthy the trash is all the way up to the trash bin, the restrooms so filthy there is feces on the toilet seat I will not be coming back here the staff is rude as well.

A decent Starbucks. Clean inviting cafe.Staff is efficient and friendly. Parking can be challenging depending on the time of day. Stop in for a brew before or after shopping at Trader Joes.

Service is hot and cold here - just like their drinks! Usually you'll be greeted at the register with a warm friendly smile from someone who truly enjoys the work that they do. Other times you'll be surprised at the look on a barista's face as you wait to give your order. The drinks seem to turn out fine every time so at least their employees are trained. The store is generally clean and parking is available seeing as how the lot is attached to a Trader Joe's arena. Try hitting this spot up after a quick grocery jaunt.

Sarah, boy is she a delight, NOT. Thought Starbucks was known for their impeccable customer service, guess I was wrong. Maybe add learning how to smile to the barista training. I think it would help the company overall.
