This was my first time to the Starbucks location. And it is my favorite in the area. It’s a large open space with plenty of natural light. There’s a long bench with tables for sitting with a laptop, for having a conversation. There are several other areas for gathering, including a long farm style table for a large group, and a few other four or five seating tables for other gatherings. The food was consistently delicious as always had the Cielo coffee in a mug and it was very good. The service was exceptional, the barista were very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy. The only disappointment, was there were outlets along the bench seating, but none of them worked. But I will definitely return to this location.

I come in to grab a delivery order, and the order is just sitting on the counter not packaged up. They start packaging it and are just talking nonchalantly amongst eachother instead of packaging the item. The guy wipes his nose on his hand and continues packaging the item without washing his hands. Great service. I would never eat or drink here if i was starving

As a frequent customer of this location I am definitely recommending to everyone! It's always a great laugh and friendly service. Never fails. Drinks are amazing and they have the 30oz if you're a fan of refreshers like me! Drive thru is a bonus. Quick and easy is always better. However, if you prefer walk in. They have a clean business as well. There is lots of parking and conveniently located next to a chase branch for banking if needed after or before.

this zesty employee with a beard dehumanized me by saying i couldn’t get a free water without buying anything. he was also very unprofessional and took at least a minute to acknowledge me standing there because he was talking with his coworkers

I would suggest not going inside and ordering. Just go through the drive-through. I placed my order at 8:42 am. and didn't get it till almost 20 mins later. As you can see, I got back to my vehicle at 9:08, and there were 2 others waiting just as long..... drive through is definitely favored as I kept seeing cars come and go even after I ordered. Don't understand why this is an issue even when the worker rolls his eyes at me when I politely ask how much longer for my drink? It's definitely not a place to revisit

I'm just nit picking my experience but combined it makes it hard to forget. They don't put your order together or in the boxes they have on the counter. You got to search for your name and cups and food. Would it hurt to just put them together. Who cuts the beagles? I think they need practice. Is it there goal to try and ignore you when you wake in. I got a fork instead of a knife. No cup holder.

We have enjoyed coming to this location for the past few months, so much that we drive 25 minutes to have our drinks inside where the vibe is awesome. But today I can’t say our visit was as enjoyable due to the fact that a few customers were allowed to bring there non service dogs inside with them as they waited for o their order. One dog kept scratching himself as if he had fleas and was only a few feet from where my wife and I were sitting. I believe it is still illegal to have non service dogs allowed where food and beverages are consumed.

i own a taco shop in azusa called taco king on 246 n azusa ave, i put my heart and soul in my customer service but let me tell you that my man AUSTIN is giving me a run for my money in customer service and satisfaction, not only did he help me in helping me find the snoopy collection but he did so with tjr biggest smile and positive energy. Shocking Experience - Are Children Not Welcome at This Starbucks? I had a deeply upsetting experience at this Starbucks location in San Dimas when visiting for breakfast with my wife and two-year-old twins after church. My children ( younger than 2 years) like many toddlers, were briefly unsettled and cried for a short period. While I was actively trying to calm them, a young manager approached us and cited a "code of conduct," stating that our children needed to be quieter due to complaints and sounds like we need have to leave. I was shocked when she described my children's crying as "yelling and swearing." Despite my efforts to manage the situation, the manager's response made us feel incredibly unwelcome. To make matters worse, another customer who was clearly bothered by our presence allegedly made an offensive gesture towards my wife as they left. Based on this experience, it truly felt as though young children are no longer accepted or tolerated at this establishment. The lack of understanding and the incidents we encountered were very disappointing and surprising. Kindly, when you hire your kids to work in a place make sure there is someone a adult, someone with manager skills with a customer service skills to manage the team and know the difference between kids, crying and yelling or swearing because kids are crying is not yelling and is not swearing

I've never been to this Starbucks, we are from out of town stopping by to get a drink, first they don't have the peach green tea which is the only thing I wanted has to order something else when given the drink I was basically given a shot or water cup as a tall drink now.. that was my final straw with Starbucks.

My husband wanted me to give high praise to Grace for being so patient with him on his last visit. He mistakenly left his money clip in another bag at home. Grace patiently waited while he contacted me so I could send him the info to pay for his coffee. She turned his embarrassing moment into a good experience with her kindness and understanding. Update: two times in one month that I've gone through the drive-through at this location, and when being handed my drink, the lid came off and hot coffee spilled all over me and the inside of my car pay attention to how you were handed the drink and grab it with both hands. This is getting to be very expensive with having to get my car detailed. absolutely love that this one is now a drive-through! It used to be across the street and very inconvenient. So when you pull this one up, please know that it is now directly across the street with a drive-through and they are quick and efficient. Inside can get a little noisy with the machines and the music and the people but they do have a nice outdoor area with covered seating and chairs.

I came through the drive-thru and wanted a large ice water, they said I had to pay for another item to get a a water. I said it's okay, then I had to wait in the line to leave, since I'm thirsty and on the road I decided to ask for just a little tiny water cup, and the woman had to call the guy who spoke to me initially and he couldn't even give me a little water cup, with his snarky little attitude. Super dumb.

Barista hoes need to stop leaving inappropriate little notes on the cups. "Yummy ;)" on our husbands cups seriously wtf is wrong with you? It's not cute. How many fights have you started when couples pass through the drive through or men you think are single? Not only that but I order a lavender latte it's my regular and I wish I was joking, 50% of the time someone hands me a matcha drink. At no time in my order do I say "matcha" I have to actually specify NOT TO GIVE ME THE MATCHA DRINK when I order that now come on pay attention.

This Starbucks has the worst employees. First of all the guy with the beanie who worked the drive through was so rude, get him off the drive through line with his horrible energy. I asked if they had a specific cup that I could clearly see from the window, he says "idk you can come inside to check" ok rude but whatever. So I go inside, pick the cup off the shelf and go to the register. I stand there for at least 5 minutes before anybody acknowledges me, finally they do only to tell me sorry they can't sell the cup??? Ok sure.

Any Starbucks you walk into will be a reflection of the manager, shift supervisor and of course the DM. I managed a Starbucks for years. And also have been an avid dedicated customer for well over 10 years. Every person that works here - it seems like they don't like their job. Dismissive , no eye contact , absolutely no warmth. I'm sure not any of these baristas or shifts even know Starbucks mission statement. I had to also ask for a few things more than once - sriracha for my egg bites - and a spoon. When i asked for a nitro lid for my drink, the barista had an attitude. Just terrible for business - I sincerely understand life is hard and can be heavy - whoever is running this particular store. It's obvious they don't give AF I won't be back here - way too many wonderfully tan Starbucks to choose from. Sending this location love and light

This is an alright Starbucks location, not the best. Their music is super super loud so it is hard to study or get any work done. I ordered two drinks. One was a blended refresher and the other was a water with peach juice and dragon fruit pieces. At previous locations they were able to make my drink with no questions asked and the total would come out to about $1.20. Unfortunately when I was ordering the guy charged me $4 for the drink, for a water with peach juice. So I asked him after why it was that much and he said because they need to make it a "custom tea". Not once did he say he could not do that when I was ordering. So I asked when I asked him for a partial refund of what I was overcharged and I was basically told that it is not possible. Really unfortunate customer service...I would go to the other location on Bonita avenue.

One of the main reasons why I specifically go to this location, is for their crew members. Saylor, Jake and Andrew are just a few names of MANY, that are amazing, SO incredibly kind and personable. This location did an outstanding job when hiring the best employees. If you want stellar, friendly service and good drinks, this is the Starbucks to go to!

I think I might have found one of the best Starbucks to just chill at. Most locations have really toned down there size and focused on the drive thru. This location was open across the street with no drive thru and took over this old Burger King building. Super spacious and plenty of parking. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered a sugar cookie almond milk latte. It was my first almond milk latte. It was good - I'd get it again. Staff was friendly although we were like literally the only people there late on the Sunday before Xmas and not many cars in the drive thru either. I will definitely find myself coming here more often when I just want to chill with my drink.

This starbucks is my daily coffee fix. I have one closer to me but I refuse to go to that one. This starbucks the staff is friendly but Drake always is so helpful has great customer service. He helps my needs. He knows my drink and always is very helpful and friendly. Thank-you!

The service for the Starbucks on lone Hill and arrow Highway is very poor. last Friday I go thru the drive-through and I inform the manager Nick that I received a gift card and when I uploaded, it says zero if they were having problems! he says no and there's nothing he can do about it. I would have to call corporate. I literally go to the Starbucks Monday through Friday before work for a coffee and breakfast. I've been there 81 times since September and he couldn't help me out with my $15 gift card.

Came to buy some gift cards for this holiday season and nothing but stank attitudes and faces. If you don't like your job that much there's the door. The cashiers here have the attitude that they're better than you and they see you waiting there in line and keep chatting with the manager laughing. Waste of time.

Man oh man. Two for two this week on messing up entire orders in the drive thru. Aside from being super slow, which normally isn't an issue cause I get it, you're making drinks and I can be patient, but 45 min in a line is kinda over the top. I was also hoping for a less aggressive "the screens gonna ask you a few questions" during my transaction since minimum wage has increased to $20 now... but nope. I don't mind tipping at all... but it feels defeatist when I've waited 45 min for the wrong drink order on top of it. Send help.

Can the volume of the music be any louder? I suspect that they intentionally play the music loud because this store has a lot of drifters coming in and out of the store. Perhaps this is one way to prevent people from lingering too long inside.

I wish you would take as much pride in your restrooms as you did your decorations. I can't believe an employee walked out of the restroom right before we went in and said please don't go in I'll be right back to clean. I went in there with my 4 year old after sitting in the drive through for a while. I'm grossed out and not sure I want to even drink my coffee...I hope the rest of the place is not this dirty.

This review is specifically for their manager Nick who handled a difficult situation professionally. I was inside drink my coffee when a difficult customer came in yelling at the poor female cashier. Nick the manager stepped in and diffused the situation, kept everyone safe, and professional at the same time. Good job Nick, I felt safe and cared for when I was there.

Just had a disturbing interaction at this Starbucks. My girlfriend and myself went in for a coffee, as we walked in I saw that there was a few people eating and others being served. When we got to the front of the line AUSTIN, told us he couldn't serve us and we had to go through the drive thru. What bothered me is that everyone who was served were white, my girlfriend and myself are not. I thought it was odd but we went through the drive thru anyway. When we were leaving the drive thru we realized that they actually were serving people in store even after us, but they were all white. This is the craziest thing that has ever happened to me at a Starbucks. Upset, my girlfriend went in to confurm that people were being served and sure enough everyone was being treated like normal customers except for us. She asked Austin for the corporate number and he refused to give it to her. You just lost another customer Starbucks!

Nice and clean location! The associates were polite and professional. This location moved across the street to a nicer and bigger place with a drive thru. There is plenty of seating inside and plenty of parking outside. This cafe is located near TJ Maxx, Target, Trader Joe's and a smart and final. They had a decent selection of mugs, cups and tumblers.

The most disgusting cafe I've ever been in. There's currently only one working bathroom and the one bathroom that is operational had pee on the floor, no toilet paper and no soap. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. When did restroom checks stop being a thing????

I ordered a Frappuccino with an extra shot of espresso and the drink I got was absolutely disgusting. It was as if they added an extra shot of syrup times a thousand. There was no coffee in the drink and the sweetness of this frap was beyond anything I've ever had. It was gross. I literally am dumping the whole thing in the garbage. It's upsetting when people pay for food / drinks and it has to be thrown out bc of how gross it is.

First of all, no one told you to work at Starbucks or in customer service for that matter. If you do not like your job, get a better one somewhere else. It's that simple. But don't come work at an establishment and spread your entitles millennial attitude. Get a job walking dogs, if you hate people that much! This short little blond guy with a mustache has the worse customer service. For off, when I drive up to the order window, he greets me with a "I'll be right with you". Not a "hello, welcome to Starbucks, I'll be with you in a moment" So already, rude. Then they are out of two different drinks that I wanted. First, I'm a dummy for not knowing that the pistachio latte is out of season even though I just got it at the target La Verne Starbucks a week ago but damn me for not knowing then when I tried ordering a cinnamon nitro cold brew, they were out of it because it's "so popular" instead of staying in stock for a drink that is clearly in high demand. So I then had to settle for a old milk espresso (something) idk. So then, when I drove up to the window to pay, he didn't even greet me. Not even a simple hello. We all know these kids can't even engage with humans anymore. he then was automatically annoyed that I had a different form of payment than he assumed. I was going to pay with Apple Pay opposed to the Starbucks app. As if Apple Pay is not common. He then passed me my drinks, and as I set my drinks that he gave me in my cupholders in my car, he then hollered out "you're welcome." I had had just about enough of his rude and dismissive behavior that I turned around and holler back at him, "I would have said thank you if you would have even given me a chance to." He must be so used to not getting a thank you, but did he ever figure that it's in return of his terrible service? Who is hiring these people? And who is clearly not training these people? Get a different job Joe!

This is my 3rd time coming to this Starbucks in a roll. The 1st time I was almost refused service because I didn't place my order on the mobile app, but she agreed to take my order as a walk up,, then 2nd time I didn't have no issues... Now, the 3rd time, is a MESS, I will never come back to this Starbucks again. I get a small Cappuccino and just look at the picture to see the amount that was given, basically filled my cup up with whip cream, the cashier didn't even ask me if I wanted whip cream. And I didn't drink none. IM SO IRRITATED.

This is one of the few stand alone Starbucks locations in the area. Most of the other ones are located in stores. Terrible parking lot. Only 1 way in. Parking spaces are small and the turns are dangerously tight. The lot was packed. Inside was really busy but I got coffee so I was in and out quickly. Grande Pike - $2.45

My drink tasted completely watered down. Threw it out and a waste of my money. Starbucks majorly lacks standardization across their locations. Drinks taste vastly different at each location. More times than not, my drink tastes weak and watered down. I only went to 1 in the past month that actually made a high quality drink.

Then there's an attitude from the employees when you ask them to fix the drinks they've made wrong! Disappointing. At least there's plenty of other options for coffee shops.

First and last time here. This place sucks. With the new variant, there's constant change in how things are operating; I get that. I tried ordering ahead, but the app wasn't giving me the option to. No big deal, I'll just order in person. Right? Wrong. I walked in and realized all the tables and chairs were rearranged. An employee informs me they're only taking mobile orders. But, what made me give them a one star rating was the attitude by another employee who actually cut off the employee that was already talking to me. She explained how I need to use the app and proceeded on telling me how to use it. I walked out without ordering. I already know how to use the app, I wasn't asking how to. I used to say all Starbucks locations are pretty friendly, but not this one.

Ordered two drink and both did not taste good. The brown sugar shaken espresso did not taste sweet and had a lot sediment? I have not experienced this before with this drink. The second cold brew caramel foam did not taste good either. Again drinks i have had before What is going on?

If there was a 0 star, I would give it to this store. I ordered a Venti shaken espresso with milk. They gave me 1/2 cup of ice, 3/8 cup of foam and 1/8 of espresso and milk mixture. This store is a joke!!!

One of the worst starbuck, they hate people to ask them. Even the status of their order. Other location is a bit better, only few are bad, nut this location mostly bad, it's used to be a burger king, so the floor plan is good, but if you want to be treat as a customer, drive a little farther, there are few within a mile.
