I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this hotel.
I originally booked two nights, but due to urgent matters I could only stay for one night. On the evening before check-out, I called the front desk and received a clear confirmation that I would only be charged for one night. Based on that confirmation, I adjusted my travel plans.
However, when I checked out the next morning, the front desk completely went back on their word and told me that cancellations require one day’s notice. After a long discussion, they finally agreed that I would be charged for only one night. But later, when I checked my credit card statement, I found that I had still been charged for two nights.
When I contacted the hotel to resolve this, the manager responded with a very poor attitude, strongly siding with the staff and refusing to acknowledge the issue. This kind of contradictory, irresponsible, and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially from a so-called four-star hotel.
I will never stay here again, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values honesty, fairness, and proper customer service.
