Location was good, super clean. Breakfast was great as well. Everyone at the reception was lovely, the staff in the breakfast area however quite rude on both days. The amenities and rooms are old but perfectly fine for a long weekend in Milan. We walked everywhere from our hotel, took us about 30-40 minutes to get to the hot spots. Overall can recommend!

Great location, just a 5-minute walk from Lima station. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options. My room was cleaned daily and the towels were replaced every day, which I appreciated. The only downside is that you have to carry your luggage up and down around 15 stairs, as there’s no lift at the entrance (as shown in my photos).

Avoid! 🚨 On Saturday, December 6th at night, the lady at the bar seemed to charge whatever she wanted and did not show any prices on the menu. I ordered a bottle of alcohol and, instead of providing a price list, she asked me, “How much are you willing to pay?” What kind of service is that? Prices should be clearly listed and transparent. On top of that, her attitude was awful. Overall, this hotel does not seem to have any real customer service. I do not recommend it at all.

We stayed for 6 nights. It was a good experience overall. The breakfast was simply amazing. There was everything you could think of to make your day! From fresh vienoisseries to fresh fruit and juices to the hot options! It was a royal breakfast that we had every morning! The room had a decent sized window that we could open and the choice of pillows was the cherry on the cake! The hotel was situated just behind Buenos Aires road and was quiet with lots of restaurants and mini markets and shopping close by. Metro was just 5 minutes walk away.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They were very helpful when I was trying to determine whether to park onsite or on the street. They didn't pressure me with either option, but even had their staff come check out which street I parked on to ensure I wasn't violating any street restrictions. The hotel was very clean, nicely kept, and the staff extremely friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to come back and book again. Loved it here - and it was a reasonable walk to the historical centre.

The hotel is in desperate need of a proper renovation. And if it has been renovated recently, then it either became outdated very quickly or the work was done very poorly. The room we stayed in was clean, and I have no complaints about that, but every time you enter the room from outside, there is a smell of sewage. I don’t know if it’s the same in every room. We didn’t complain because we spent most of the day outside anyway, but this is definitely something that needs to be addressed. Another very strange thing is that there are only two power outlets in the room. None by the bed—only by the desk, where you can’t plug in two chargers at the same time. Breakfast was okay but nothing special. There was a very small selection of cold cuts as well as cheeses. It seemed to me that the rest of the breakfast options available were more focused on boiled vegetables, rice, and chicken, which in my opinion isn’t really suitable for breakfast. The staff on the floor, as well as at the reception and in the restaurant, were very kind.

⭐ 1-star experience 1. The moment the entrance door opened, I was really shocked. I had two suitcases and several bags in both hands, but the entrance had stairs that went down about one floor. A doorman-like staff member at the bottom of the stairs made eye contact with me but didn’t offer any help—just stood there watching while I struggled to carry my luggage down one by one. 2. I tried to pay the city tax in cash at the reception, but one of my €10 bills!!!! had a small tear (nothing major, just a slight rip). They refused to accept it and kept repeating that I should go to a bank to exchange it. As someone who works in banking myself, I know that any considerate staff member would have easily accepted such a bill. It was really frustrating. In the end, I paid by card, but the receptionist didn’t provide any basic information—just handed me the room key. I had to ask whether breakfast was included, and even then, he only said “yes” without explaining when or where it was served. The reception service was truly disappointing. In the end, I used that same €10 bill at another shop without any issue, which only made me more upset at the receptionist’s attitude. ⭐ 5-star experience 1. My husband went to return our rental car, so I came up to the room alone with the luggage. The room was clean, but it was filled with a strong, headache-inducing perfume smell. I tried to endure it for about two hours because I didn’t want to deal with the reception again, but it was too strong, so I finally called them. The maintenance staff who came up completely changed my impression of the hotel. He explained that the previous guest might have used a strong perfume, and that the smell can linger even after cleaning. He kindly changed my room and later checked again to make sure everything was okay. I was really grateful for his help. 2. The breakfast wasn’t extensive, but everything was fresh, neat, and delicious. The staff were friendly and quick to clear the tables. ⭐ Overall impression The front desk service was so poor that it made me not want to stay for the full four days, but the rest of the experience—especially the helpful maintenance staff and pleasant breakfast—made up for it in the end.

Updated : Dear manager, Our room is 116. We stayed from 24-27th October. The AC did not work. There’s no wind coming out at all. You may want to double check the AC of that room. 完全沒有冷氣,根本沒有啟動。 AC non era funziona. The location is great. There are plenty of shops , restaurants, bakeries, supermarket around the corners. 20 mins walk to Duomo. However, our room is family room on 1st floor. The AC didn’t work at all. It was so hot that we had to open the windows, but mosquitos came in. There’s a very strong urine smell in the bathroom!!! Someone had the same complain of bad smell in the bathroom in the previous review. it was so strong that my daughter couldn’t sleep in the night. Her bed was just next to the bathroom. Also, the room has very bad soundproofing. I can hear very loud flushing toilet noises. It woke me up several times in the night and I even wore earplugs. I hope the hotel can fix AC and toilet issues.

Yelp
Stop over from my long haul flight while on my way to Genova and beyond. Frank the desk agent was welcoming, pleasant and informed. Wish my stay at the hotel was longer because it is just my vibe. It is close to many places and the area is safe and fun with lots and lots of upscale shops. Plenty of food options and not too saturated by tourists. Walking distance to Milan Central (20 min) walking distance to metro (10) min plus other attractions. Pro tip: When taking a cab pull up the destination on your phone map and put the speaker on. Once the cab driver knows you are navigating the drive they won't take you all over town on the long route.

Yelp
Very bad experience with the receptionists at this hotel they all want to scam you if there is any change or addition to the reservations Be careful to ask your details and confirmation numbers otherwise the will be a high rise in your bill Very upset with their behavior

Yelp
Perfectly adequate business hotel. About 30 minutes walk from the centre where you can get the 73 bus for Linate, or of course you can get a taxi. Breakfast is fine. The staff are normally quite nice. Like most Italian hotels, the rooms are on the small side and you always get twin beds. The lifts are comically tiny. On the whole, though, it's one of the better ones, and makes an attempt to be quite stylish.

Yelp
This was the worst experience of my life. I don't say it to exaggerate but to say it as the truth. It didn't get more disrespectful then this and I am still shocked on how they kicked me and my family out of the hotel and we were left off the street because our reservation was in the morning but our flight landed at night. They didn't let us stay in the lobby when we told them specifically that we had nowhere else to go and were going to left on the street cold and homeless. We went back asking if we can sit in there lobby only for a couple of hours to know we are safe and not in a foreign country with all our luggage and they very disrespectfully kicked us out with no remorse. I've never felt more disrespected and hurt because I thought this was a great hotel but didn't even want to help us when we had nowhere to go and every other hotel was fully booked. We were walking around all morning looking for another place to stay because this hotel didn't help us. SO DISRESPECTFUL AND DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Yelp
Comfortable, modern, exceeded my every expectation. For €104, my boyfriend & I spent our last night in Italy together in a standard room. TV, bathtub, amenities, couch, closet with trouser steamer, great lighting. Fitness center with sauna & steam room were small but lovely. Our room was so comfortable & spacious, we didn't want to leave. 20 min walk to train station, 30 min walk to city center. Can't wait to come back. Breakfast was great & had a huge variety.

Yelp
Very nice hotel located just next to the popular Corso Buenos Aires, between the Lima and Porta Venezia subway stations. Rooms are spacious and well furnished, and the breakfast buffet very abundant. There are several meeting rooms that can be rented, and a computer in the lobby that can be used for free to surf the internet. Unfortunately the internet in rooms is not available for free and must be paid separately. I have heard good things about the restaurant, but have never tried it despite having stayed here several times.

Yelp
Great location! 15min walk to central Milano station and 25min walk to Milan cathedral and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II which isn't bad if you fancy a stroll to take in more historical sites. Location perfect for shopping along Corso Buenos Aires which has over 350shops. 25mins taxi drive from Linate airport. Hotel upgraded us to a deluxe room which we can't complain, no other room to compare to, so would still say small for a deluxe room. Breakfast nice and staff friendly all round. Would come back here again!

Yelp
Only stayed here a night because we were on a group tour, but our experience was GREAT! The room was spacious and very clean - had just recently been updated. Free 30 minute wifi in the lobby only - pretty typical in Italy. I had forgotten my Venice paintings in the room and didn't realize it until I was on the plane home. I emailed them and they promptly responded and I got the paintings within just a few days! The customer service was excellent regarding my communications about getting the paintings sent back and they really went out of their way. I was very surprised and pleased.

Yelp
The people at the front desk are extremely rude and unhelpful, especially if you are with a tour group. They will look down on you and treat you like you are a burden to them. The hotel itself is fine with descent sized rooms. However, you will want to avoid this hotel if you are looking for a pleasant and accomodating staff.
