Super cute place! From the outside I didn’t think it was anything, but once you go I side, it’s very pretty in there! So artistic and the things they sell are made from artists. Some stuff is a bit expensive but I got earrings which I think are really beautiful. They also have ice cream in there with flavored cones. The ice cream is really good! And the cones were nice and crunchy, not soft at all so you know they were new. Will definitely come back here again to see if they have any new earrings!

This was a unique and fun place to visit. Not only do they serve ice cream, but they are a clothing store with a room for dress up! There is a very eclectic style to the place which is perfect for the Savannah area. Bring your phone because it is a great place to take photos. (Not like you wouldn’t have your phone.)

This is such a cute boutique with so many fun items from local crafters! They also have ice cream and boba! While I shopped, my fiancé got an ice cream in a cute to go Chinese take out box! He said it was delicious! I recommend checking this place out for cute souvenirs, aesthetics and supporting local!

This little shop is EVERYTHING. I am SO glad my friend recommended this place to visit. It is so kitschy and eclectic. After you go up the fun painted steps into the pink house, you are met by an ice cream counter! Further in, the shop is filled with so many fun, random things. Jewelry, candy, shirts, boots, games, stickers...it's a cool spot if you need ideas on gift giving. This is a great place to stop in before grabbing a beer and hanging out across the street at Two Tides Brewing.

I find it both strange and bizarre that this place doesn't get more hype. It's a little bit off the tourist beaten path but you know what they say about the road less traveled. I like their flavored waffle cones which adds a new dimension to the taste experience. Had the apple streudel on a cinnamon sugar cone and was fabulous. Had one scoop which was a very generous scoop and left me very satisfied. It's a small place with only one person behind the register so if a big group gets there before you (fortunately for me they got there right after me) it could be a bit of a wait. They have a quaint store (bazaar) so you may end up spending dough on swag. Like I did

The products here are the creative creations of locals from T-shirts, earrings to greeting cards and candles. Come on a Starland first Friday and enjoy live entertainment on their back patio! I'll be returning for First Friday Fun!

If I were a shop, I'd be Starland Strange and Bazaar. Just as the name suggests, it's located in the Starland District which has quickly become one of my favorite parts of Savannah. This quirky little colorful boutique and ice cream shop truly embodies the vibe of this area and it was love at first sight! They carry goods made by some local makers, fun vintage pieces, funky apparel & accessories, and even home decor. I found some of the cutest Christmas gifts for my sisters while visiting. I didn't get to try the ice cream this time, but the waffle cones and flavors all sounds amazing! Also, parking is free throughout the Starland District which is a huge plus compared to the downtown area. This shop is walkable to so many other cool spots as well.

Starland Strange is not at ALL what I expected when we approached and entered the unique shop. On Instagram, all we saw was the Instaworthy ice cream sundaes but in the store was a shop full of quirky local products and items for purchase and perusal. The inside and exterior is also just super Instaworthy and sticks out in the neighborhood! That being said, after a quick shop around, we headed straight to the ice cream counter. The lady was patient while I decided on my order. I ended up ordering the Nanner Nanner Boo Boo - Banana Pudding ice cream topped with a banana cake, nilla wafer and cookie stick. Super pretty ice cream cone that melts FAST in the summer heat so shoot your photos quickly if you're doing it for the gram! Can't wait for my next Savannah trip to try some more ice cream sundaes!

I feel a little bad in the sense that this business sells a variety of different things, but I personally am not preparing for a bachelorette party, so I came for the ice cream. What disappointed me was that a variety of specialty creations that were on the menu on their website were not in evidence upon actually visiting the store, it was just scoops of ice cream and cones. The flavored cones are a nice touch, and the matcha was noticeably bitter and tea-like, but the limited ice cream choices they had didn't blow me away (no mint available), and my deer tracks was mostly just vanilla ice cream with too few of the mixed in peanut butter cups. For a hippie place, they didn't have anything in the vegan department either. At the end, there was nothing overtly wrong with my ice cream cone, but I felt like I probably walked by better food opportunities on the way.

Cute little ice cream place in savannah (id say better than Leopolds, and cooler :) ). Its located in the starland district, which is cool, and its in this cute little historic house. You can grab an ice cream cone, shop, and stop by their local music and events. they are very involved with the arts and community in savannah.

Such a fun and quirky shop! It's the perfect vibe for Starland District. You can't miss this place - the building is pink! The sidewalk leading into the shop is painted with vibrant colors and has cactus lined steps. As soon as you walk inside you're greeted by the ice cream parlor. They had over 10 flavors - I went with the cotton candy explosion. Their waffle cone options are amazing - lavender, cinnamon brown sugar, and red velvet are just a few. The boutique itself has walls of earrings and fun graphic tees. It's hard to leave without buying one of everything!

This place is so cute. You can get ice cream and shop strange and random things. I bought a dish sponge that says "f*ck dish shit" that I thought was hilarious. Things you definitely won't find anywhere else.

Love Starland Strange! It's a unique shopping experience. Well firstly they have ice cream! In a multitude of flavors. Also with many topping & cone options. And snow cones too! I love the cappuccino crunch ice cream personally. The store itself has so many items from local vendors and artists. I love supporting local. And Starland Strange does just that! You also get 20% off a Starland T-shirt when you check in on Yelp! The front of the store had a beautiful painting on the steps. It's bold and colorful just like the store itself. You walk through multiple rooms and see so many items. They got jewelry, clothing, art, and so much more!

I've tried their nanner nanner boo boo and beg your Parton! Both very good! I would want to try a banana pop the next visit! Go check them out! Such a cute lil gem in an adorable neighborhood. The colors on this building were breathtaking. It took me 15 mins just to get through the entrance as there was so much to browse and buy. The back porch is a music venue used once a month which i thought was PRECIOUS. So many cool clothing items, handmade jewelry, local artists prints & of course icecream.

What a cool place in the Starland District and trust me, you can't miss it from the street! Starland Strange is a pink house with mosaic painted stairs filled with the coolest, most random things! You will love the eclectic vibe of this place as you stroll through to shop and/or grab an ice cream cone to munch on. My friend and I payed this place a visit to to their Airbnb Dress up/photoshoot experience and boy, did it not disappoint! When we arrived, we checked in with Allise, who was our stylist, tour guide, and photographer for our experience. She was super sweet and walked us upstairs to the dress up room that was filled with tons of fun clothing in all sizes and designs. I mean there was literally something for everybody! I told her I wanted sparkles and bright colors and the outfit she picked out for me was perfect! They also have tons of accessories like shoes, jewelry, hats, and sunglasses that you can use too. In between try ons, they provide champagne and sweet treats for you and your friends to enjoy. The photoshoot part lasts about 30 mins. Allise took pictures of us in front of the coolest murals in the Starland District. It was fun to walk around and see all of the art. Once finished, you receive coupons to several of the other surrounding businesses. Within a few days, you get your pics emailed to you and you have the memories forever! This is definitely an experience you will want to try!

Starland Strange is the newest addition to the Starland District, located in an old historic house which used to be the old House of Strut location. This is the newest collab between Marguerite (Fete Chalet & Superbloom Sip Shop Make ) and Emily (Mamie Ruth). Super fun shop with a little bit of this and a little bit of that. I saw that they were syncing their opening to the De Soto Street Market, so I decided to pop in and check it out with my kiddos! - Parking - Street parking and thankfully, there is still ample FREE parking in the Starland District. - Vibe - So like their name suggests, this is not a normal shop and not strange in a bad way, more like a strange funky. The gals have done a great job at laying out the space and providing more of a retail experience full of small kitschy things to beautiful clothes and old school glass bottled soda, and the old house that the shop is in, is the perfect place for it. When you walk up to it, there is a huge cinema box sign welcoming you in with a rainbow doormat. I mean, what says Welcome more than a rainbow? Just makes me smile. When you walk in, you'll go through a series of rooms so that you can peruse the different things they have to offer. Each room has a different vibe to it. There are some couches in the entrance and a small bar top area with some stools as you walk in. - TLC - Customer service is consistent to what you would get at any of the owners' other shops. Everyone is super cool and chill and super helpful. Nice bunch of peeps! - Products / Eats / Refreshments - They have t-shirts with their logo/slogan on them with a 70s vibe, lots of jeans and jean jackets. You could build yourself a Canadian Tuxedo which, strangely, is a term my husband brought to my attention haha. I may or may not have been guilty of it at one point in my younger years. There's jewelry and also more funky and delicate pieces of clothing. All fun to see! The only thing they have to consume right now is old school glass bottle sodas, as previously mentioned, and a few candy dispensers that you can dispense to your heart's content in little Chinese takeout boxes. I highly recommend the Chili gummy. Sweet and then HIYA! Hits you right in the throat! LOL I've actually never had anything like it and it was pretty spicy for a candy, but strangely, I wanted more of it! - Kiddos - They do have some cute kids apparel and of course, if you want to load them with sugar, they have all sorts of candy as previously mentioned. Just be warned and don't feed your kids the Chili gummies like I said, or else I will pray for you for the aftermath. - Heads Up - It is in an old house, with steps in front to get into the store, so if you have a stroller or are in a wheelchair, it will be a challenge. Go check them out! It's strangely cool!

Starland Strange is the cutest store I've ever been to. And to make it even better, it's also an ice cream shop! The employee working (I didn't get her name) was so sociable and kind. The back patio area was so pleasant to eat ice cream at. There are also tons of photo ops! I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Savannah :)

Still amazing! They have so many neat trinkets and the most instagrammable treats! Currently they have a St Patty's limited edition float which comes with a "pot of gold" in the bottom of your keepsake green to-go cup.

I'm only leaving a 4 because it's truly strange and bizarre to me that they don't ALWAYS stock their chocolate fetish ice cream. It's probably the best ice cream I've ever had and I've only gotten to have it once in like 10 visits! We come a few times a month and love the ice cream!

Vibe- Trendy, in the quirky Starland area. It is bright and fun. Get yourself some Gen Z cool kid vibes with funky clothing and accessories and order a huge ice cream cone to stroll around the rest of Starland area Ordered- Butter pecan in a blue corn waffle cone- the perfect mix of salty and sweet. I rarely eat ice cream cones because the flavor is just not there but they make unique cone flavors and they are so tasty. I can't wait to try all of the rest. Additional Details- Theres lots of street parking in the area! You can also create a bouquet of fresh flowers at their flower bar.

This lovely gourmet ice cream, upscale vintage clothing shop is the kind of place you frequent for the experience. The ice cream selections are very yummy. And when you get a flavored waffle cone with your favorite variety with all the fixings, it's kind of a work of art. The pairs and details are perfect. The shop is much larger than you think it would be. There is a spacious outside seating area that has many little outdoor "room". Kids would love to explore here. It's a great spot for families or date night. There are cute small gift items or collectibles if you aren't interested in ice cream. There are vintage clothes and a nice selection of cowboy boots.

I'll say it, this was way better than leopolds. Anything with a fun flavored cone and amazing selection/toppings is amazing, but then adding a cute store to shop around in too is gold. 10/10 recommend

I came here to get ice cream for my son, and we wondered through to admire their selection of clothing and accessories. They had really cute items, and such a cute setup. Although they were out of normal cones, it absolutely did not disappoint. Great ice cream, fun creative store, and most importantly the kids loved the creativity of the ice cream display (topped with lots of fun things!)

Very cool place. Unique and has personality. A very minor complaint is there limited choices of vegan ice cream. If they expanded the choices, I would give them 5 stars.

Gorgeous interior and tons of fun shirts, gifts, jewelry, and ice cream! Was the perfect stop for us coming from downtown wanting something unique. I had a hard time picking out things I wanted because everything was so cute. Isabelle was our clerk and she was super sweet and friendly. We even saw they have little events like craft nights that we will definitely be looking into.

I absolutely LOVE this store! It has everything to offer including candy, ice creams and even clothes! This is my second time coming here and I am so happy I did! I fallow this store on Instagram and I saw they posted orange ice cream (which anything orange is my favorite) I immediately messaged them asking if this ice cream was going to be around or if it was just for their birthday celebration. My friends and I stopped by on a cold and dreary day but that wasn't going to stop me from having that ice cream. Let me just say that ice cream Definitely made my day! Everyone was asking me what it was and to try some. The lady who made it was super nice and gave us samples (not to me since my mind was already made up). I can not wait to go back and get more ice cream! I definitely want to go back and check out the store and get some flowers (we had plans and wasn't able to stay long but I can't wait to go back!)

What a cute place! Try the peppermint ice cream cone. Browse the shop, get a cute shirt and hang outside. Support female owned businesses, especially when they are this great. Way better than yet another chain or multi-site shop.

Todays trip: STARLAND STRANGE & BAZAAR Im not sure where to even start with this one. If my personality was a store...it would be this one. I was strolling by what used to be the old House of Strut the other day in Starland. I Immediately was taken in by "Strange & Bazaar" and "Howdy Stranger" on the marquee outside." Its a sign! I real sign!" I thought to myself. This is by far one of the coolest, craziest, funnest, happiest shops in Savannah. The minute I walked through the doors I started having nostalgic flashbacks.(My PSD is usually flashes of light, disco balls, roller rinks, jawbreakers... God I miss the 70's) I can immediately relate to most of the product in here... because this is all my heritage Y'all! They understand me! This place has everything... awesome denim, cool tees, bandannas (good for all occasions), Pineapple Fanta in glass bottles, retro candy, one of a kind oddities...and be still my southern heart...is that Moonpies I see? (More on that to come later) Think it can't get any sweeter? Well, it does...wait till you meet the owners Miss Marguerite and Miss Emily. You know that saying "Like a kid in a candy store?" well, its true. Ill have one of everything. Miss Marguerite was kind enough to give me the full E ticket tour. The design is cool and clean, except for the expolsion of color from all the colorful inventory. Every room has its own mood and theme. Can I get any giddier? Um, yes I can. Then she leads me to a private room in the back that can be rented out for private parties in the future. Bachelorettes, if you are looking for an original, fun, not your norm place to spend a special night with the girls, honey, this is the spot. The sweet spot. Need a shot of happiness and joy in your day? Well then, get your butt to the Starland district and head to "Starland Strange & Bazzar. Cool ice cream shop in a fun area. My daughter loved the shop and the ice cream. My wife and I thought the quality of the ice cream was top notch, and the prices very fair. This is the type of place that you want to succeed. Highly recommend!

Fun place --- we struggled to see how they make money as they didn't carry a lot of inventory and seem all over the map with their business plan--- art classes, frozen treats, buy art, buy jeans... that said, LOVE the Starland t-shirts and branding of the cowgirl themed items. Cute store, please find something to buy- want them to stay around, then take a photo out front and post it!

My friend and I came here for their Galentines event. They had a psychic in store and astrology readings, along with the opportunity to make friendship bracelets. While these are not regular offerings at the store daily, the rest of the store speaks for itself! So many cute gift idea for others...or maybe you can keep them for yourself ;) they also have a fun candy area in the front where you can mix and match candies of your choosing! Do yourself a favor, grab the big box and fill it with only the the chocolate covered coffee beans!! But make sure to save some for me ;)

This was a highlight of our trip through Savannah! Gal at the front was so friendly and helpful! We wanted to buy everything in there but settled for an adorable sweater, sunnies, and a bunch of cool stickers. Loved the selection of vintage mixed with new clothing. Lots of cool accessories and handmade items. Hope to make it back someday!

I went in this store yesterday for the first time. When I walked in there was awesome artwork being painted in store! I was so impressed! Each room has a unique feel. I've never seen another store like this. The denim room was my favorite, and they have awesome graphic tees. Not to mention all the candy and sweet treats offered. Awesome place, awesome vibe!

Starland Strange and Bazaar is the perfect addition to the Starland community. The space is located in the cutest historic pink house, decorated outside with cactuses and rainbows and punny signs. When you walk in you immediately begin to experience how cool this place is. The walls are lined with glass sodas and fun candies, they have popsicles and chocolate covered bananas - it really brings you back in time. Then as you go further into the house they have great vintage clothing and accessories, and lots of denim! Really cute graphic t-shirts with fun designs, great jewelry and a lot of pretty painted walls for cute pictures! They have held a few events at this space that have been so unique and fun. Overall this 60s/70s/western vibe shop is less of a retail space and more of an experience. The staff and chill and friendly and so helpful! If you are visiting the area this is a must see!
