I coulnt be happier with my purchase of the Open Road 6X - the product exceeded all of my expectations - great quality, beautifully packaged, and exactly as described (if not better). The staff at Starr Western Wear have shown that a lot of care and attention went into making and shipping it. What really stood out though was the exceptional customer service. From the ladies that answered the phone (Caro, Alejandra, and Damaris) to the gentleman that prepared the produc ( Tony) - I had a few questions and called in - each of the people that i spoke to were incredibly patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed and even followed up via text while my order was being prepared, to give me an update. When the hat arrived, I opened the box and it was in perfect condition! Starr Western Wear genuinely values its customers. You can find it at Starr Western Wear. Located in one of the oldest shopping districts in El Paso and near the Mexican border you might want to make it a point to visit.

They have a lot of associates. Three of them were on their cell phones. I wanted to buy a phone case. I waited for about five minutes but whoever they were talking to was a little more important. I finally went to the front counter by the door to see if I can get some help. Geez no wonder brick & mortar is dying.

I ordered white Larry Mahan 30x size 7-1/8 and it came on time as the tracking number says. It is beautifully wrapped and the hat is very nice and excedeedingly surpassed the picture in the catalogue. The one that led me to buy said hat from Starr Wedtern Hat is their price which is $200 cheaper. Their customers service staff, are very courteous and answered all my questions about this hat. Just ordered my 3rd and 4th cowboy hat from Starr , very happy with everything and a thumbs up to Pamela who helped me with my online order . Only negative thing is it seems there website moves slow , have IT guys look at that maybe . I do recommend this online Starr store

Yee Haw! Best largest western wear store I've ever been in. Hundreds of western shirts, almost too many as one is over whelmed. Racks of jeans and cowboy hats. Great prices. Real nice staff.

A great selection and terrific prices. Cowboy hats, western shirts and jeans. Every time I am in El Paso, I find this store worth the stop. This is a LARGE multi-floored store, there is even a basement floor. Vintage signage with wood floors and counter tops and a park bench inside. Fun to shop and lots of stock to look at. This store takes credit cards but if you planning on shopping in the area best plan ahead because most of the other stores in the area do not. Also, bring change for the parking meter and be prepared to parallel park. With all that said, it's worth it.
