I purchased Jordan 14s and received a damaged box. I reached out to them and they asked me to send them back for an exchange pair. I sent them back and two weeks later receive the same damage box I was sent before. Highly unacceptable and to pay over $200 for anything I want to receive it in undamaged packing. All sneakerheads know the box matters. They didn't make good on their word and I won't be purchasing from them again.

Ordered a Stone Island sweater online and got it yesterday, shipping took almost a week but considering I'm on the East Coast that's to be expected. Very happy with the item and it was a great price! EDIT: Ordered another sweater because I liked the first one so much, and then got a cancellation email two days later citing stock issues. It seems I’m not the first person to have this problem and it’s totally soured me on shopping here again. If you want to be a high-end clothing store sort your stock out!!!!

What was shaping to be a poor experience turned out to be a great example of customer service in ecommerce. I was gifted a pair of shoes for Xmas, they were purchased three weeks before I received them. They ended up being the wrong size due to incorrect sizing on their website. After exchanging a few emails they agreed to a refund which I was both surprised and pleased with. Would shop with Stashed SF online again!

Honestly, my bad review is due to their structure during Sneaker releases. When you arrive at the store, let’s say an hour before opening, there are at least 20 chairs chained up, or roped up together for groups of people sitting in their cars. Most of the chairs are ghost chairs where people are not sitting in them. Sometimes there’s one person with five chairs, and upon the store opening at least 10 people cut in front of the line. I wish things would go back to raffles to avoid these scenarios. In the future, I will update this review for when I do an in-store purchase.

I placed an order last night, for two hoodies and two pairs of jeans. They canceled my order and responded to my email saying my order is similar to fraud orders in the past so they’re unable to move forward with my order or any future orders. I have never shopped with you before and I’m banned for placing an order. These guys are ridiculous.

Terrible company that does not accept exchange or refunds. I ordered an Astros baseball cap and realized I ordered the wrong size by mistake. Contacted stash about making an exchange and they said all sales are final. What reputable company doesn’t offer exchanges or refunds. Never again will I purchase from them. They say to protect the integrity of the product? The hat is new and unworn. I can send the product back first for inspection before you send out a new one. But that option was not offered. A company with service like this, I can almost bet will not be open for long.

Have ordered three pairs of shoes a month ago with free shipping: good deal and smooth transaction. A week ago, I ordered four pairs of shoes with reasonable shipping(15 dollar shipping). Waiting for five business days and got an email stating that there are another 40 dollars extra cost for this shipment to get ready to ship out. I have been shopping online for years. This is the first time after the order is confirmed and get asked to pay more to get the products. It feels like you have an agreement with them, and later on they ask more from you to let you get it. STASHED, that is not how you do business!

Will never order again. Purchased Chuck Taylor’s for my daughter for Christmas. Paid $59.50. Shoes arrived and were too big. Inquired about an exchange and was given a curt reply that Stashed would NOT honor an exchange as the were “on sale”, which I do not believe they were. I was not asking for a refund, just an exchange for a smaller size. Not an ethical business, would not recommend doing business online with this company ever.

Great staff, one of the premier boutiques in the city. Great collection of articles and accessories but doesn't appeal to the layperson. It takes a unique and keen eye to appreciate the nuisances and specificity of this shop. Over all, I shop here when I can but it's usually seldom

Like I said in my first review that I will definitely shop here again,big mistake. This is an update review about my experience of this retail store. I was rushing from work to shop before they close at 7pm. I didn't know they lock the door now. A young guy came to open the door and was looking at me like what do you want. I was still wear my uniform because I just got off work. I asked if they were still open. The worker was like yeah. But he still wouldn't let me in. It was embarrassing. I told him I'm here to shop. He finally let me in but I was already embarrassed. Some you lady sitting there just hanging around was laughing with him. This is not the way you treat customers. I will never shop at this store ever again.

The best store in the city. Employee's welcome us with a big smile! Very polite & helpful. Overall really great sneaker store.

I live in the Bay Area and I found a pair of common projects online. I called them to make sure they had the shoe in my size before I went over. The guy that I spoke to on the phone confirmed that they had it, etc so I told him I'd be by in just a bit to pick it up. My wife and I jump in the car and cross the bridge $7. We get there and he said there was a mix up and my size isn't there and there's a different shoe in the box. Like okay? This is why I called to confirm you had it so that I could avoid stuff like this. The people working there were nice, but I'd rather have competent over nice. The store looks really cool and they have a great selection of Rhude, John Elliot and a bunch of cool shoes and hats. I might go back, a little salty though.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Stashed SF as a birthday present for my friend. They sent me the wrong size so I contacted them within 48 hours. They get back to me 2 weeks later and tell me they will fix the mistake and send me a return label. The birthday had already passed at that point so I had already bought another present for my friend's birthday. They won't give me a refund and now I'm stuck with shoes that don't fit me because they made the mistake. It's about doing what's right and they won't do it. It's bad business. AVOID SHOPPING AT STASHED SF.

Customer service seems to be nonexistent here. Placed an order for some shoes online for in-store pickup. Their websites quotes about a day turn around for in-store pickup. After a few days, it became evident that my order was delayed. This is fine - independent business during the holidays can get busy, I get it. I just found it impossible to get a hold of anybody regarding my order. I wanted to make sure that if the order was ready while I was out of town that they could hold it until I got back. No response back to emails and nobody seems to pick up the phone. I even sent a couple direct messages on their Instagram (after seeing a comment from them helping another customer over DM) and these messages were just ignored.

I purchased an item from them & was not satisfied at all with the purchase as soon as I received them. I sent them a message saying I will be returning the shoes & they proceeded to tell me that they have a no return policy regardless if they were unopened or not to my satisfaction. Then they went on a diatribe about Mega Corporations & blaming them for my request to simply return an unopened un satisfactory item. Don't recommend their shoes or location at all. Accountability goes a long way.

This company has a 7 day return policy for online purchases. They request that you email them for a code. Unfortunately, they do not return emails or phone calls. Their customer service is nonexistent. I do not recommend buying from this company.

I am here to change my review. After having an issue with my online order. Customer service was able to contact and let me know personally what happened and how it was unavoidable. I commend that level of effort and Customer experience. I will definitely be shopping here for all future releases

They need really need to control the fcfs releases. There is always people cutting the line and the employee instead of telling them to go back of the line, they just starting talking to them and let them cut the line. I like how they randomly drop something and post 10-15 min before store opening, but when they announce the release on IG couple days before, same people always leave the ghost chairs and store doesn't not do anything about that

Fuck this store.... placed a online order just for them to cancel it. I know a whole bunch of people who bought this shoes but they said its only one per customer but yet they sold in person more then 10 pairs. Don't shop here

Cool store with cool stuff. Focus is on "cool", "elite", "hype" and profit is #1. Wouldn't return new items with tags. Shady. I won't be spending any money there again. Sorry manager you are incorrect that was a different purchase

I bought a pair of Cloud Vista Men Frost Parakeet shoes online for 178.62 on 01.5.2023 I had to email this company 4 times for the tracking number on 01.13.2023 I received the wrong pair of shoes I called that day advised the manager of the issue and he sent me a return label and I took the shoes that same evening to UPS and ship them back. I was told they would ship out the correct shoes the following day which did not happen. T store will get the wrong shoes back on 01.19.2023 I sent them another email requesting the tracking number for the replacement shoes 01.14.2023 and I called 01.16.2023 and 01.17.2023 still no email or tracking number or phone call. All I want is to get the correct shoes shipped I felt the store should have shipped over night since they made the error and have taken so, long to ship the item as well. Very poor customer service I wouldn't recommend buying anything online from them at all.

I needed some new shirts and found good quality amazing designs and just cool stuff overall. The staff was amazing and helpful.

I came to the store right after Don C visited. This place is soo cool! Décor of the store is on point and its crispy clean! The design of the store is cool to! Had very good shoe items and clothes items! For the street wear lovers this spot is a must go to see in the city of SF

Bad service, didn't help when I needed. I bought an item and they told me to pick it up a few days later and never emailed me. They have pretty good deals but shit service so it doesn't make me want to come back and deal with it.

***Just a disclaimer I ordered online. I don't even live in San Francisco, nor can I afford to.*** Not a long review. Or a good one. But I ordered some pieces that were out of stock from the brand's online store, and it went smoothly. They called me a bunch of times to let me know my stuff was on its way. I didn't pick up because, you know, robo-callers. They then e-mailed me to ensure I knew. And then texted me the tracking number. Came to my house super fast and they even threw in a cool tote shopping bag. 5 stars.

Stashed might be my new favorite store. As an aspiring streetwear connoisseur, trust me when I say this place is high quality and exceptionally well curated. The scene doesn't have the snooty upscale environment many places have when you walk in. The staff is so friendly and extremely knowledgable about every item in the store. Tiff helped me, and she was wonderful - the girl knows her denim! The interior and design of the store are on point as well. The place is sectioned in a way that makes sense, and everything is so organized. It felt like a real boutique. When you go here, they help you realize that you're investing in pieces not just buying clothes. Left with a fantastic piece and despite the price, I didn't feel ripped off at all - in fact, it was 40% off. I mean who can turn down Human Made that's 40% off? Shout out Marie Kondo because this jacket sparks joy! Will be back soon - once I recover from my most recent shopping haul.

Yo this store is for the culture the vibe the Pieces the crew all dope. This store got a lot goin for it shouts out to the team running it for outstanding customer service I am the bay and this place ties in perfect if you not from the bay you won't understand but that's okay they will get you up to speed if you slide through.

Cameron, Tiffany, and Anthony are some amazing individuals. Yes the store is a little more on the high end side, but these three team members of the store help cultivate an amazing shopping experience for the consumer by conversing gently, not being pushy, they don't judge you, and they go above and beyond to create a personal time for you. They're some great individuals that'll take their time getting to know you, accommodate for you and inform you on any product that's in the store. If you're stopping by Stashed ask for any of these individuals and they'll take well care of you.

Wow. Ordered the Gold 49er Starter jacket and it did not disappoint. I have been looking for a gold (not that funky spicy mustard gold you see on some of these new jackets) Niner Stater jacket for a long time and usually they are sold out, so gave Stashed Sf a chance and they delivered! Got the package 2 days later and the customer service was on point. Highly recommend.

This place is fantastic. Worked with Cameron, who really knew the background on all the items I was trying on. He waited patiently while I tried stuff and gave me his opinions, even if I wasn't feeling it for a few pieces he gave his honest thoughts. All the staff are friendly and willing to talk to you. Came away with several pieces and I didn't feel ripped off. Quite the opposite! All the stuff I happened to pick were marked down so I came away with quite a bit of great new items to wear. Adidas NMDs, Y-3, #FR2, and Drole de Monseur. Will definitely be back very soon!

service is not that good, could be way better. they need to respond to phone calls and emails. been calling and never picked up the phone. it seems like they are ghosting their customers

The item was showing as in stock online and Anthony was able to verify that the store had the item. He went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and that I was taken care of! 5 stars on astounding customer service.

Great store! Came for a couple shoe drops and have had great experiences. They also have an amazing collection of street wear including newly added human made! The staff is always friendly too! Thanks to the two ladies that helped me enter the raffle.

I came here looking for sneakers to wear with a suit and the staff were all incredibly helpful figuring out the best options to wear. Definitely one of the best shoe store experience I've ever had.

I was able to do more shopping here in 1 hour than a week in Tokyo, it was so well curated to my taste, literally wanted to buy everything in the store, and not just because they were playing Future the entire time which also was awesome. Tiffany had so much product knowledge, felt like I was collecting art not just buying clothes. My uniform is track suits so I'll be here often. New favorite store in SF. Magical experience.
