Stashu's Con Fusion

This place is great! Ive come here multiple times, every time I'm in Puerta Viejo. I've come with my wife, with my parents, and solo , and I've always received good service and friendly staff. I like that their menu options are hearty services. You can come in and get one platter - comes with an entree, sides like rice, fruits, etc - and have a very budget friendly meal (around $10-$15 USD). Or you can really enjoy everything they have to offer such as their spectacular cocktails and great desserts(around $50-$60 USD / person)! Definitely recommend if you're in the area. I'm already looking forward to next time

Are you tired of rice and beans? This is your place to visit! Asian touch of Caribbean raw material. To my despair they do not have any soup. Sweet background music, upstairs you do tot smell the traffic. A great place for dinner at this place with style.

This was SO good. The yellow tail tuna w guava green curry and chicken with tamarind curry were delicious! We met Stash the owner who is originally from Gayana. Highly recommend this place!

Six of us dined at Stashu's last night. We arrived just before the end of 2 for 1 happy hour and were about to take advantage of the great drinks available. The menu has an interesting mix of Indian and Southeast Asian flavors. I had the Shrimp in Peanut sauce and it was the most flavorful dish I've had on the trip so far (and we've had some good food). The wait staff was fun and attentive. Everything you would ask for from a dining experience with friends. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

We went for a dinner and wanted a break from gallo pinto. We were greated as soon as we walked in. They have live music and our waitress was so full of life. The drinks were good, but the food was one of a kind. Indian/thai/carribean fusion.......... we got the strip steak in the jerk fusion sauce and a tuna steak in a guava green curry. 💚 steak was cooked perfect, the jerk was unique and the plating was suppurb. The tuna was deep red and fresh. I wanted my food hotter so she brought me ghost peppers. Cleared my sinuses ASAP. After the meal, the owner, Stashu, came out and was very friendly and very cool. A must if you visit puerta viejo. My only complaint is i didnt get to try the whole menu. Thanks guys!

Unfualtably great you can sit and look out over the town. Food was awesome with veggie options that we had. Shared a brownie but it ended up a fight it was so delicious.

Delicious Caribbean food, amazing host (the owner, Stash 🤩) and wonderful service. Loved the mussels, pakoras, and butter chicken. You’re extra lucky if you have live music!

What an oasis of quality!! The ambiance was rich, the details of aesthetics really made it. Then, the service and care was awesome, the owner himself was taking care of us and his company was a delight. Then….. the food!!!!!!! Indian/thai/carribean fusion done so tastefully!! Such fun presentation, and huge portions. Meant a lot that he clearly had poured into each aspect of this place. From the food to decorations to service. This is top of our list for Puerto Viejo.
