I wanted to take a moment to share feedback regarding a recent experience at the store, including both an opportunity for improvement and a positive example of leadership. I initially came in to return meat that was spoiled, despite having been purchased only two days prior. I had the receipt and tags for all items. Unfortunately, my interaction with the meat manager (whose name I do not recall) was disappointing. She appeared visibly frustrated by the return, spoke in a rude manner, and questioned why the meat was in a different bag. I explained that the original bag had been discarded, as I did not anticipate returning the item until my family and I noticed it was spoiled. During this interaction, she walked away while I was still speaking, which I found discourteous. While I considered escalating the situation, I was relieved when Alexis stepped in. She handled the matter with professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service. As someone who has been in management for several years, I was genuinely impressed by how calmly and effectively she addressed the situation. Her approach reflected strong leadership and a clear understanding of customer service. I would like to commend the store’s management overall, as both Alexis and Aaron have consistently provided our family with great service. They set a strong example, and I hope their leadership style continues to influence the team positively.

This store is absolutely better than the DayCreek location in all areas. Cleanliness, sanitation most of all customer service! Well Done!! However, I bought a pack of hot dogs and this was the result.. I only give it 3 stars due to this result of cooking this. These odd holes and white very small seed like it in some of the ones I chopped up. I don’t feel comfortable giving this to my kiddos.

Stater Bros store #208 on Haven Avenue is truly a standout location, and without a doubt, the best Stater Bros I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the difference. The store is immaculately clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the shelves are always fully stocked and organized. It’s clear that this team takes a great deal of pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail of the shopping experience. Compared to other Stater Bros locations, store 208 always seems to offer more—more product variety, more attentive service, and more care for the customers who walk through the doors. One of the first things you’ll notice is how friendly and helpful the staff are. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first time visiting, you’ll be greeted with kindness and professionalism. Employees are quick to offer assistance, even if you’re just standing around looking at products or trying to find your next item. They don’t wait to be asked—they’re proactive and always ready to help. That kind of service makes all the difference, especially when you’re shopping with family or just having a long day. The meat department at this location deserves special recognition. The selection is always fresh, well-presented, and stocked with a variety of options you don’t always see elsewhere. But what really sets the meat department apart is the team behind the counter. They’re attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. On more than one occasion, I’ve been approached while browsing the meat section, just to make sure I’m finding what I need or to offer help with custom cuts or recommendations. That kind of personal attention is rare and greatly appreciated. A huge shoutout has to go to Larry, the assistant manager at store 208. Larry is a true professional—he’s visible on the floor, interacting with customers, guiding the team, and making sure everything runs smoothly. He’s the kind of manager who leads by example, and it’s easy to see that the positive energy of the store starts with leadership like his. Larry is approachable, down-to-earth, and always ready to jump in where needed, and that sets the tone for the whole store. Lexxie is another shining example of what makes store 208 so special. She’s kind, patient, and incredibly helpful, especially with families. I’ve personally experienced her going out of her way to assist my family with a smile on her face the whole time. She has a calm, professional demeanor that makes every interaction pleasant, no matter how busy the store is. Her positive attitude doesn’t go unnoticed, and it’s people like her who make this store feel like more than just a place to shop—it feels like a community. Even outside the store, the excellent customer service continues. Jordan, a team member working in the parking lot, was incredibly helpful, assisting with carts and making sure the area was clean and safe for customers coming and going. His initiative and good attitude reflect the high standards that store 208 upholds across the board. This store is truly a 10 out of 10. Between the exceptional cleanliness, the wide variety of products, the high level of customer service, and the amazing staff—from Larry’s strong leadership to Lexxie’s kindness and Jordan’s helpfulness—store 208 sets the bar for what a grocery shopping experience should be. I will continue to go out of my way just to shop at this location. It’s not just a store—it’s a top-tier experience every single time.

Love Stater Bros!! This one opened 12.13.23. It's nice inserts. Nice big aisles. A bakery, deli, sushi made fresh, and a fresh fruit bar. It's always so clean in here. The staff is also so friendly and helpful. Please stop on in. I highly recommend you do.

I just visited Stater Brothers on Haven and was assisted by a wonderful lady in the meat department by the name of Pamela V. She was super kind attentive and made sure that all the machinery was clean properly before cutting my deli ham to my liking. thank you guys for employing such a kind, hard-working lady.

Probably the best and cleanest starter bros I ever been! Plus a great selections of sushi! Price is reasonable. Big fan of ready to go menu, lots of ready to eat options very convenient for travellers or a lazy holiday lunch. But the sushi and taco burritos doesn’t open till 10 am so no breakfast burrito for sure. Parking is spacious like Costco with gaps, but the way to get in is tricky, as they are at the corner of fourth and haven, best entrance is on fourth, with traffic light, unless you come from south to north on haven.

I don't live in the area but my mother dose and this new Stater Brothers has much more to offer and the price of their meats are unbelievable when a premium stake gose for upwards of $13.00 i got three for a little over $19.00, chicken Jerky dog treats much more affordable and it's and I can go on but you have to visit, I would drive from Monrovia again to get some fresh sushi 🍣.

By far the best stater bros I ve ever been to. Great location, full sushi bar, great bakery, wide selection of meats, spacious and full loaded stock aisles. So beautiful to see. I hope this store keeps this state of the art status forever. Friendly staffs, great selection of groceries, dry products, dairy, creams and organic product - I am very very satisfied by the level, layout, and almost everything about this supermarket. Especially Ontario location! Two thumbs up.
