The Station House hotel is well situated with a car park to the rear. Bedrooms are a good size and very comfortable. Everything was spotless and the staff couldn't be more helpful. We were a group of 4 retired ladies and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Wednesday evening entertainment was a treat, great music and good singers. There's a lovely friendly atmosphere with plenty of chat from the staff. Breakfast was excellent, good value and plenty of choice. Staff were very attentive. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely friendly central hotel, super friendly staff, room clean and comfortable. |We were on a coach tour with breakfast end evening meals included, breakfast was great, evening meal wasn’t brilliant but edible, the best part was the desserts, they were lovely.|There was a bit of a smell coming from the shower drain, other guests had noticed this too.|Really could have done with a small fridge in the room, probably the first place we’ve stayed in years that there hasn’t been one.|Safe was too low to the ground to use.|And finally replacing the block of soap every day was very wasteful.|Sounds like I’m moaning but these were minor issues that the hotel could improve on but didn’t impact our stay. In general a great hotel in a good location.

A group of 32 golfers, up for a weekend. The whole experience in the hotel was top class. Rooms, food and have to say the staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Great experience. And the price for 2 nights B&B with an evening meal was a steal.

Quality-wise, I would rate this a 7.5. Clean decently spacious rooms. Convenient bar/resturant on site. Ample parking in the rear. Dunnes store directly across the street. Fairly priced.

Amazing staff, spacious rooms, and a good location for my purpose of staying. The restaurant was also very good and with normal prices. The road next to the hotel was a bit busy and loud, but I'm not used to traffic noise.

All-round excellent service — from front of house to the cleaning staff. Everyone was helpful and friendly, which is something that’s often missing in other hotels.|Our bedroom was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay.|A big thank you to Brian and his team for the warm welcome and genuine hospitality.||

Yelp
This hotel was in a downtown location and it was easy to walk around the area. The hotel had nice rooms that were clean and comfortable. As with most hotels in Ireland, this one was not air conditioned and the only option to moderate the room temperature was to open the windows. Unfortunately, there was a lot of street noise and we had to keep windows closed due to the noise. For Americans touring Ireland, it's important to mention that most hotels don't have air conditioning and that you need to open the windows in order to moderate the temperature. We stayed at this hotel as part of a 15-day tour of Ireland and Scotland with CIE Tours. This hotel was selected by CIE and was one of 9 hotels we stayed in during our 2-week tour. We had 31 people in our group and typically occupied 16 rooms at each hotel we visited. Each hotel provided a full buffet breakfast every morning and typically we had dinner at least once at each hotel. We were at this hotel for 1 night. We had 1 dinner and 1 breakfast in this hotel - both were very good. The breakfast buffet was a traditional Irish breakfast (eggs, ham, sausage, baked beans, grilled tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms and a nice assortment of pastries and cereal). The staff - both in the restaurant and at the front desk were very personable and very willing to help with any questions.

Yelp
There was lots to like about this modern hotel at the end of Main St in Letterkenny. It began with the staff, who were pleasant and helpful. It continued when we got to our room, which was clean and super-modern in design. My favorite part was the hardwood flooring, as walking over icky carpets always creeps me out. The free Internet in the room was great, too. There were a few drawbacks, though. The glass half wall in the shower made privacy impossible if you were sharing a room, and there is a HUGE step up into the bathroom. Of course, I completely missed it and nearly killed myself. Our group also had dinner in their function room. All of the food was enjoyable, although not especially memorable. Each of the entrees was cooked properly and the sauces and sides were praised as well. Plus (again), the staff was very attentive. Breakfast was standard fare, with no standouts.
