The Room was large enough and equipped with the usual corporate hotel essentials. But the pillows are hard, possibly its just a personal thing. The Staff are excellent. Breakfast is good with choices. The Hotel is clean and well maintained.. I would stay again. There are a number of hotels in the locality to choice from. But certainly give the Station House a visit when in the area.

This hotel was selected as part of a holiday package with Newmarket holidays. The room was spacious and comfortable but the location being next to a busy road meant we couldn't have a window open at night so we asked for and given a fan. However our nights were still disturbed by noisy guests and once when at 3am we were woken by drunken singing somewhere in the hotel reception wouldn't answer so we had no choice but to put up with the singing.|The worst experience for us concerned the group dining where 3 outbof four of the main courses offered were either meat or fish and two veg, with one of the veg being mashed potato. Chips were offered upon request but the quality was poor. Dessert just consisted of one choice and no vegetation or special dietary options were offered.

We were holidaying in donegal for a few days and we choose to stay here and use it as our base.|Nicely located in the town and easy to find. The hotel was immaculately clean throughout our stay. The room was huge and hotel beds can be a bit hit and miss depending on type of bed. But our bed was just right and had no problems sleeping. Walkin shower was fine.||The only downside is we had to keep the windows open at night due to the warm weather but every morning a delivery truck would wake us up about 6am to sh reversing and then the workers shouting. Also the room had like a wheelchair access to the toilet (which is fine) but everytime you come in to the room you had to watch out for it as it is so close to the door.||Breakfast though basic in options was tasty. One morning it was a younger crew serving so they only asked us about tea and toast. Another morning an older more experienced crew were on so they asked us about porridge, Museli and scrambled eggs etc which we took them up on and it was lovely.||We had dinner there one of the nights and it was gorgeous. We got different dishes and no complaints about either.||The staff were all very friendly and professional in both their services and advice throughout our stay.

Stayed here for two nights - the staff are very welcoming and friendly with the exception of the owners/managers. Reminded me forcefully before breakfast that it was not paid for and when I did pay - no eye contact - no chat. maybe learn a lesson from their friendly staff about hospitality. The rooms were very clean and the food in the restaurant was excellent . However , the breakfast was freezing cold on both mornings- no eggs - no beans. It would seem they cater for coach tours and go all out to serve breakfast for them at 730am. we came down at 930 1st morning breakfast inedible. made a point of coming down at 830 the following morning- no eggs and food slightly warmer. Disappointing.

Staying here tonight with kids. Rang reception at 22:15 because of loud music can't sleep. They said there is a function in the hotel. When I questinod why we were not informed when booked the accomodation the receptionist said She told us when we checked in. When i mentioned that nobody informed us She just repeated the same that She said to us. Literally made me feel that i am liar. I would not book family room here if I know there is a function straight under our room.

I stayed here for one night in August 2025 and it was very comfortable. The room was nicely set out and I managed to fit in some work at the desk whilst I was there (work trip). Staff were lovely and helpful, on on site parking was limited but convenient. Breakfast was good but a more limited range than I saw in similar hotels in other locations on the same trip. But I would stay here again. The only issue was noise from an event in the evening - I must have been directly above it - but I never want to hear another bingo caller drone on so late in the evening ever again. But not worth losing a star over.

As a regular visitor to the Depot bar in the Station House, they've always excelled in quality and service. Lucas and his team go the extra mile, the food is amazing and we've never left disappointed. Highly recommend to locals and visitors.

Yelp
This hotel was in a downtown location and it was easy to walk around the area. The hotel had nice rooms that were clean and comfortable. As with most hotels in Ireland, this one was not air conditioned and the only option to moderate the room temperature was to open the windows. Unfortunately, there was a lot of street noise and we had to keep windows closed due to the noise. For Americans touring Ireland, it's important to mention that most hotels don't have air conditioning and that you need to open the windows in order to moderate the temperature. We stayed at this hotel as part of a 15-day tour of Ireland and Scotland with CIE Tours. This hotel was selected by CIE and was one of 9 hotels we stayed in during our 2-week tour. We had 31 people in our group and typically occupied 16 rooms at each hotel we visited. Each hotel provided a full buffet breakfast every morning and typically we had dinner at least once at each hotel. We were at this hotel for 1 night. We had 1 dinner and 1 breakfast in this hotel - both were very good. The breakfast buffet was a traditional Irish breakfast (eggs, ham, sausage, baked beans, grilled tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms and a nice assortment of pastries and cereal). The staff - both in the restaurant and at the front desk were very personable and very willing to help with any questions.

Yelp
There was lots to like about this modern hotel at the end of Main St in Letterkenny. It began with the staff, who were pleasant and helpful. It continued when we got to our room, which was clean and super-modern in design. My favorite part was the hardwood flooring, as walking over icky carpets always creeps me out. The free Internet in the room was great, too. There were a few drawbacks, though. The glass half wall in the shower made privacy impossible if you were sharing a room, and there is a HUGE step up into the bathroom. Of course, I completely missed it and nearly killed myself. Our group also had dinner in their function room. All of the food was enjoyable, although not especially memorable. Each of the entrees was cooked properly and the sauces and sides were praised as well. Plus (again), the staff was very attentive. Breakfast was standard fare, with no standouts.
