The Station House hotel is well situated with a car park to the rear. Bedrooms are a good size and very comfortable. Everything was spotless and the staff couldn't be more helpful. We were a group of 4 retired ladies and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Wednesday evening entertainment was a treat, great music and good singers. There's a lovely friendly atmosphere with plenty of chat from the staff. Breakfast was excellent, good value and plenty of choice. Staff were very attentive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great service throughout our stay. Very friendly and engaging staff made us feel so welcome. Plenty of parking. Hotel at a very busy roundabout which was regularly backed up. With windows closed there was no noticeable road noise. Would definitely go back here.

We were holidaying in donegal for a few days and we choose to stay here and use it as our base.|Nicely located in the town and easy to find. The hotel was immaculately clean throughout our stay. The room was huge and hotel beds can be a bit hit and miss depending on type of bed. But our bed was just right and had no problems sleeping. Walkin shower was fine.||The only downside is we had to keep the windows open at night due to the warm weather but every morning a delivery truck would wake us up about 6am to sh reversing and then the workers shouting. Also the room had like a wheelchair access to the toilet (which is fine) but everytime you come in to the room you had to watch out for it as it is so close to the door.||Breakfast though basic in options was tasty. One morning it was a younger crew serving so they only asked us about tea and toast. Another morning an older more experienced crew were on so they asked us about porridge, Museli and scrambled eggs etc which we took them up on and it was lovely.||We had dinner there one of the nights and it was gorgeous. We got different dishes and no complaints about either.||The staff were all very friendly and professional in both their services and advice throughout our stay.

Great hotel centrally located in Letterkenny, County Donegal, Ireland. Room was neat, clean and spacious. Great room service daily. Restaurant has a good selection of food and drinks. Cooked breakfast is served. There is a pub in the restaurant. Warm and friendly staff. Not far from Derry airport. Car hire was essential for visiting surrounding towns.

My wife and I have been going to the station house every month for a number of years now, and this is the first time I can say I was extremely disappointed. They have alot of new staff and the ones at the bar would need to learn how to interact with customers. I requested 2 gluten free breakfast in advance. They brought individual items 15 to 20 minutes apart. By that time I was disgusted, and we ended up just having coffe, tea and toast for 12 euro each. To me it's fine down in service, and the entertainment was below average. After many years of an enjoyable stay I think my wife and I will be moving on and staying at Dillons hotel who get things right and in my opinion will be far superior.

Lovely friendly central hotel, super friendly staff, room clean and comfortable. |We were on a coach tour with breakfast end evening meals included, breakfast was great, evening meal wasn’t brilliant but edible, the best part was the desserts, they were lovely.|There was a bit of a smell coming from the shower drain, other guests had noticed this too.|Really could have done with a small fridge in the room, probably the first place we’ve stayed in years that there hasn’t been one.|Safe was too low to the ground to use.|And finally replacing the block of soap every day was very wasteful.|Sounds like I’m moaning but these were minor issues that the hotel could improve on but didn’t impact our stay. In general a great hotel in a good location.

Yelp
This hotel was in a downtown location and it was easy to walk around the area. The hotel had nice rooms that were clean and comfortable. As with most hotels in Ireland, this one was not air conditioned and the only option to moderate the room temperature was to open the windows. Unfortunately, there was a lot of street noise and we had to keep windows closed due to the noise. For Americans touring Ireland, it's important to mention that most hotels don't have air conditioning and that you need to open the windows in order to moderate the temperature. We stayed at this hotel as part of a 15-day tour of Ireland and Scotland with CIE Tours. This hotel was selected by CIE and was one of 9 hotels we stayed in during our 2-week tour. We had 31 people in our group and typically occupied 16 rooms at each hotel we visited. Each hotel provided a full buffet breakfast every morning and typically we had dinner at least once at each hotel. We were at this hotel for 1 night. We had 1 dinner and 1 breakfast in this hotel - both were very good. The breakfast buffet was a traditional Irish breakfast (eggs, ham, sausage, baked beans, grilled tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms and a nice assortment of pastries and cereal). The staff - both in the restaurant and at the front desk were very personable and very willing to help with any questions.

Yelp
There was lots to like about this modern hotel at the end of Main St in Letterkenny. It began with the staff, who were pleasant and helpful. It continued when we got to our room, which was clean and super-modern in design. My favorite part was the hardwood flooring, as walking over icky carpets always creeps me out. The free Internet in the room was great, too. There were a few drawbacks, though. The glass half wall in the shower made privacy impossible if you were sharing a room, and there is a HUGE step up into the bathroom. Of course, I completely missed it and nearly killed myself. Our group also had dinner in their function room. All of the food was enjoyable, although not especially memorable. Each of the entrees was cooked properly and the sauces and sides were praised as well. Plus (again), the staff was very attentive. Breakfast was standard fare, with no standouts.
