Station Motel

The room was true to the images posted on the Qantas Hotels site, large, well appointed and clean,. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we got a great night's sleep after a ten hour drive. We had a very nice meal in their restaurant for dinner and a good breakfast. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful, making us feel very welcome. There were many contractor's vehicles parked outside rooms when we arrived and I regard that as a good sign that a motel attracts their business. They're always looking for high standards, being away from home a lot. Highly recommended and would certainly stay there again.

Station is a very good motel. Nice design, spacious rooms, good bathrooms. Basic facilities, but good value. Restaurant does a good job, even now with room service. Rooms toward the highway side will get some traffic noise, but that’s true for pretty much every motel in Parkes.|The managers are always very nice folks and very helpful.|I’ve stayed here regularly for a decade and it’s always my go-to,|Highly recommended.

Very satisfied with our experience at this motel.. ||We stayed 2 nights (weekend) and probably the only negative was that the restaurant wasn’t open - it only opens Tuesdays to Fridays - but not to worry, there are heaps of eateries in nearby Parkes CBD.||The room was large, beds were very comfortable, everything was neat and clean, and they even made up our room and changed our towels after the first night. There was no traffic (or other) noise at night. The TV was a challenge for anything other than the free-to-air channels - we fiddled and gave up. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk etc, plus microwave.||Parking immediately in front of our room. All in all we were happy campers.

Excellent rooms and beautiful location. Check was extremely welcoming and the rooms are beautifully presented. My granddaughter left a toy behind and my daughter was immediately contacted. Wonderful motel highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

On arrival the staff were most helpful and extremely nice. We were disappointed when walking into the room with the lighting,, there was one small light on the wall and one in the foyer and two small bed lamps. The carpet and curtains were very dirty. Walking into the bathroom we noticed that it was also dirty. Wall and floor tiles needed a good scrub at least every week. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed a good nights sleep. We would have enjoyed a comfy chair each to relax.

Late check in was a breeze and the room was very comfortable and clean. Host wee very eager to assist with any concerns very friendly. Would recommend to family and friends, would definitely stay here again when travelling the region. Location was great just far enough from town for quiet and close enough to restaurants.

Everything was excellent...the room design and comfort, the friendly and helpful management, the restaurant with it's warming fire and lovely food and wine. The location too suited me well, on the outskirts of town where it was quiet and rural. I hope to stay there again.

Greaty room, good facilities. The managers were very helpful. The motel is in a good location and the room was very quiet. Had dinner in the onsite restaraunt one night. The food was very good.|Check in and check out was an easy process. Would stay again.

My family and I have stayed here a number of times. The rooms have been modern, clean and well appointed. The attached restaurant, though, is outstanding. The food is excellent.
