My husband and I stayed 9 nights in SPB in early June 2016. ||||The building of the apartments is great and cozy. It contrasts with the place. We were informed that most of the buildings in Russia works the same way_ they do not care much to the exterior but the interior is nice. Upon entering the apartment it looks like we're in a completely different place. We stayed in apt number 6 - separate bedroom and living room. All new furniture, new equipment, making it a very pleasant atmosphere. Doors and windows soundproofing. Very quiet, we have never heard our neighbors.||||Bad appearance at the entrance of the condominium - the area of children's toys was with high grass and on the right an old and not well maintained building. The apartments are in the back and the parking lot has 5 abandoned cars which compromise the appearance.||||Subway station is about 1 km away but the subway network is very good and makes it is easy to go everywhere.||||Split air conditioning in the room.||Very clean - my husband walked barefoot and his foot went still clean||Large fluffy towels and bathroom toweling mat ||A big box with good shower (good water pressure) ||Large bed and firm mattress – excellent sleep||Good washing machine with free liquid soap sachet||Medium size refrigerator but with good freezer||Supermarkets nearby - SPAR, Netha, Prisma and several smaller grocery stores||Nice and helpfull staff. They booked us a taxi to take us to the train station on the day we left SPB||||To be improved:||There is no dishwasher||There is no English instructions to use the washing machine and microwave to use despite having responded that instructions had in the apartment when asked - had to search the internet||There is no toaster||There is no coffee maker||There is no telephone||||I have been informed that the room would be cleaned at every 3 days. On the third day changed sheets and towels, but the next cleaning nothing was changed. The soap was not refilled, neither liquid laundry soap and I had to buy toilet paper (the quantity left by the maid was not enough for the long stay)||||However my husband and I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel location very near to subway and local eateries. A bohemian vibe to the area with beautiful architectures near by to explore. Walking is convenient - not short but great exercise to nearby attractions and the main shopping street. Our room faces the Main Street yet quiet. I had the large family room . Hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. Room amenities & Breakfast is decent but really nothing to complain about. It’s like staying in someone’s home as they really kept the halls and everywhere clean. Only downside is it’s not very convenient for lugging big bags as they need to take me to the lift behind the building.. Offers good value for money. Will recommend the hotel to anyone.

I can recommend this hotel for a stay in St.Petersburg . This is a reasonably well priced hotel. Friendly service at the frontdesk. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable and curtains don't let in any light. I had a great night's sleep. The room I stayed was clean and tidy. The hotel is in a decent location not far from the main attractions ,historical buildings, museums, theaters and restaurants. ||Breakfast: nothing spectacular, but not bad - decent ,limited selection like ham,cheese,fruit… The wifi works perfect. ||There is no bar or restaurant in this hotel and lobby area is very small.

Despite the several complains I read against this hotel, my experience was not bad. Except for the noise from the street, the rest was good. Maybe I'm not that demanding, but c'mon it was 200Eur for 5 nights, breakfast included. If I want more I go to a 5 stars hotel next to the Hermitage. It was clean, staff was nice and really helpfull, bed super confortable (I didn't want to get off) and breakfast delicious. It is located 20 min walking from the Hermitage and most of attractions. I would recommend it without doubt.

We spent 7 nights in this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast various from cereals to cheese and ham. Well situated near the bus and metro stations. Rooms large and clean. Great value for money.||Thank you to Zhanna at the reception for all the help from check in to check out.

Good location near Pushkinskaya metro station. To get in, need to press security button to open gates. Intermittent quality opening. Sometimes fine, sometimes 3 or 4 goes to get open. Minor issue though. Reception friendly and helpful. Reasonably comfortable room. Only complaint would be the time it takes to get hot water running in the shower. Once it arrives, its fine. Good fast wifi. Breakfast basic but ok. Be aware that on weekends, breakfast not available until 9.00am.

Hotel is small. That means you not going to be bothered by large crowds.||Room is clean and serviced everyday even if you are staying for 2 (two) nights.||Breakfast is ok - no complaints but nothing special. ||Overall: great value for the money and conveniently located!||2 small things to change:||1. Pillows are too firm||2. If you order a cab put Gorokhovaya st., 70 instead of Zagorodniy Prospekt, 39 cause otherwise you might end up walking to your car which is gonna be waiting for you around the corner in the rain.

I stayed here for two nights and had a horrible experience. The room was dirty, incredibly noisy, and uncomfortable. The staff tried to take advantage of me by saying the hotel was in the complete wrong area on the map, sending me on a wild goose chase. They encouraged me to use their "discount" taxi service, which ended up being twice as much as it was to get one one my own. Also, they played stupid when I tried to get them to register my visa, as all foreigners need to do. It was only after I explained that the hotel would get in trouble if they didn't, when they finally did. ||For the money (which is completely overpriced) I would go somewhere else. The location is not walking distance, unless you want to walk 30-40 minutes to the Hermitage and main attractions.||I would not stay there again.
