Stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. Very clean and very quiet. 2 minute walk from the nearest market and 20 mins to the train and metro. Great location and helpful staff. The apartment had a full kitchen and plenty of towels and a hairdryer. Beds were really comfortable.

The apartment we were in was on the 11th floor. The view was from all sides, but the view of the water was phenomenal, especially at night when there were lights. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a terrace and very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. The transport that is nearby is by buses and bus boat, which, however, are at large intervals.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is quite far from the city and not easily accessible by public transport. Parking was another letdown—on arrival, we were told we had to use their expensive garage, only to find out later that free parking was available nearby on Sundays. The lack of transparency about this was frustrating.

For a first time visitor to Copenhagen, I think we made an excellent choice for accommodation. The Stay Bryggen apartments are located just on the outskirts of town and give easy access to a number of popular attractions, such as the Den Blå Planet Aquarium, as well as being a 10-15 minute walk from the Fisketorvet Mall (which has all the shops/cafes/restaurants you need). The apartments also back directly onto a large park with great walking trails.|You can either taxi to the centre of town (and places like Tivoli Gardens, Copenhagen Zoo) in 15 minutes, or enjoy at walk for approx. 45 minutes.||All the reception staff were polite, friendly and very accommodating to all our additional needs. The 3-bedroom we rented was spacious, well equipped and had pleasant views. Bonus - the gym was outstanding!||Our only criticism would be with regards to the cleanliness - a little more attention to detail from the cleaning staff (eg. Under the sofas, on top of the hanging lights, shower curtains) would definitely go a long way.

Great spacious apartments, super helpful and friendly reception/staff, and central location. If you like modern minimalist Scandinavian design - this is the one!

Location is great, apartment big and with great view. Reception nice, good welcome. We have been here many times before, but we might not come back…||The reason is that we lovethe gym, and the entire family uses the gym. At the gym there is a coach named Martin, who went out of his way to act like a policeman. When arriving he told me rules that are not at the wall in the gym. He told me to clean everything that i used. I use everything in the gym, and spent one hour there. He was just sitting and watching me, and when i ended, he blocked my way to the elevator and commanded me to clean everything. I told him that I washed my hands before i started, and that has got to be enough. He insisted and came against me. I asked polightly if he would step away. He refused, and i felt threathened by Martin. Finally I managed to escape and ran away..?!? Wtf?!? I have never tried anything like that. If he is in the gym next time, then we find somewhere else.
