I was pleasantly surprised of how nice, big, and friendly this place was. I was received with a lovely and warm smile from RANIM and HAKAM the receptionist. She was so lovely, caring, empathetic and helpful, I told her my experience with the competitor hostel I left. HAKAM took over for the long transition to his hostel and made it comfortable and a very pleasant experience. They both went above and beyond to accomodate me in a nice and quiet 6 female room. I got to my room and exceeded my expectations. Room was so big, so clean, the smell of fresh sheets, a big bathroom, a big locker, AC and Heater, so quiet and the bed so comfortable! And the price was better than booking.Com. I absolutely will come here again and recommend it to everyone! . The breakfast🍳☕🍞 is of great quality and worth the extra €15 euros

The hotel is a hostel, so if you go with this mindset, the room is ok. Has a good size for 4, but there isn’t place to put or luggage and there was jo hangers. It was clean and smelling good, but the walls needs some painting or cleaning. The bathroom is ok and the walls could be cleaner. When we shower, the floor gets pretty wet. But the good points: they clean the room and change the towels every day. I jad a problem with the shower and they fixed right away. But the best thing in our stay was the breakfast!! It’s prepared on demand by the chef and it’s so good and fresh!! Overall, it was a good experience. The location is also good. Close to the shuk and 20 min walking from Jaffa gate.

Great place to stay! Great devoted staff! -Be mindful Checking in on Thursday or on Friday when Shabbat starts early;can often be a hassle, due to them often hosting very large groups on Thursdays leaving - Friday morning. High chances for things to be missed while switching over. This isn’t always though. Definitely great place in the center of the city close to everything you’ll need. The Manager Ahmad, was very helpful if any problems came up.

The rooms in itself its ok and bed has curtains. The guests who stay there more problem.. inconsiderant will spray the whole room airspry/hair spry and talk on the phone all the time..and talk loud or on speaker while others sleeping. in general its not common that in hostels people talk on the phone in the bedroom especially if others sleeping there is many lounge area in the hostel. and be careful with your things somethings dissappeare and the girl left fast in the morning before you notice.. don't leave your bag alone even when you go toilet or shower.. especially younger girls..

We stayed at the hotel for one night and checked out on Friday around noon. Later that afternoon, I realized that I had accidentally left my expensive Chanel perfume on the shelf in the room. I immediately called the hotel and asked them to check, but no one got back to me with an answer.||I called again, and I was told that new guests were already in the room. I asked to check with the cleaning staff, since after every checkout the room is supposed to be cleaned thoroughly. I was then informed that nothing was found.||This leaves only two possibilities:| 1. The housekeeper found the perfume and decided to take it,|( its value is higher than the price of the night we spent there )or| 2. The cleaning was so poor that a large perfume bottle was left unnoticed on the shelf, and the room was given to new guests in that condition.||Both options are unacceptable and reflect extremely poorly on a hotel that claims to uphold professional standards. I requested to speak with a manager and have been waiting for two days with no response.||Terrible service. I will not return and do not recommend this hotel.

This is a great place to stay with wide range of pricing options (from beds in dormitories to appartments) right in the heart of Western Jerusalem in front of the Old Knesset building at King George street. The staff is always very helpful and speaks a good English on top of their native Hebrew, Arabic or Russian. Buffet style breakfast option is available for some additional fee. There are air-conditioned common areas to relax, communal kitchen with fridge and some free tee and coffee. The hotel is well accustomed to guests with children, even offering a selection of children books and board games to borrow. The hotel is equipped with an elevator. The building is older, but with some modern touch. Facilities are generally good, but some minor wear and tear can be seen in the dormitories. This is no Ritz, indeed, but in the increasingly gentrified centre of West Jerusalem, where many traditional facilities recently closed down, this is an important place of refuge for a modest budget-traveller.

I loved this place! Is near to the old city, you can get busses to all areas easily, or even you can walk to the old city if you want to, the manager Ahmad is a really good one everything i needed he helped me to resolve it, you can receive a good customer service from him really professional, the hostal have good amenities as well, cold water, coffee by free, in the second floor is the kitchen, and a social area it's a good place to stay for a good price

I enjoyed staying here on a suggestion from a friend. We felt comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. In fact, I was hungry when I arrived and the front desk receptionist even offered me some of her lunch. It's kept clean and always had clean towels. Our room was small but it worked great for our stay and the beds were very comfortable. They even have a room for larger luggage in case you need to check-out but will still be site seeing around the area. I would stay here again. I felt safe and welcomed. Great location too.
