Excellent stay! Right next to the west gate so location is perfect to explore the town by foot. Alley is nice an quiet at night. The courtyard is cleaned all day long. Our room was on the second floor and it was beautiful. I wish I could import hardwood to my house. Owner and hosts are super nice!

Incredible place with an amazing view. Stayed for 8 days and was a real home away from home. Lovely hosts and the animals in the garden are incredible. Lovely to be able to have a drink sitting in the bar in the garden. House keepers are brilliant and very friendly. Coffee is amazing. Very close to the market and a wonderful restaurant just 50m up the alley. Loved every minute of it!

All of their rooms have same pricing so you want to make sure you get a good one! The top room is the most beautiful room I have stayed in throughout my travels through SEA. I could even smell the flowers from the trees outside. The owners are extremely lovely and I feel very sorry for cancelling last time! Convenient location, night market, good thaimassage and close to town. Can highly recommend staying there.

Such a nice guesthouse! The staff was really friendly, we got bananas and coffee for breakfast and there are many restaurants and cafes around. You walk one minute to the Tha Phae Gate, where many red cars will take you through the city for 30 Baht. Or you walk through the gate and are in the old city! We rented a scooter for 250 Baht via the guesthouse and had no troubles with that. We could book a trip to an elephant sanctuary too. The highlight is the little fluffy dog that welcomes you at the reception!

I love everything about this stay! 😍 A green & quiet place which is located in a good area. Close to Tha Pae Gate & Love cooking - my favourite restaurant. The surroundings are interesting for a walk at night. There is one 7eleven & phramacy near by. The owners are cheerful & they love Jazz.

Lovely little family-run guesthouse with a cool garden, offering a breather from the urban surroundings. We had to hang around for an airport cab and they gave us a tasty complimentary coffee and played jazz. Very relaxing. The dogs are first class- a fluffbag and a growly, silly little teddy.

The staff is the reason for the 5 stars. They are so friendly and do everything they can to make you feel at home. The beds are what you pay for and the lack of AC makes for an uncomfortable night if you’re not good at sleeping warm. Location is fantastic, and they’ll order bikes for you if you want to rent.

I found this charming place in Tha Pai Soi 6 while sight seeing in Chiang Mai. The bar is set in a quaint romantic garden setting where you can enjoy a quiet drink with music in the background. The accommodation is set in an original Thai dwelling, and although I didn't see the rooms, I can imagine them being comfortable and cosy. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. Being in a wheelchair does have its limits while travelling, but I could manage to use the toilet. Definitely a place to look at.
