We spent one night here while in Colorado Springs with our two dogs. I was surprised at how quiet it was compared to most hotels. The room was modern and clean and we appreciated having the little kitchen area. Each staff member was incredibly friendly. Every time I came into eyesight of the front desk staff, I was greeted even though I was just passing by. There’s plenty of parking. I would definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Tempted to switch from a loyal Marriott member to IHG, after this stay. Whoever sees this review - choose this hotel, and you’ll understand why. Absolutely GORGEOUS inside and out; from the outdoor seating areas to the rooms themselves, way to be, IHG. Perfectly tucked into a quiet area among the most beautiful Mountain views. The staff even feels like folks you’ve known your whole life! Jordan checked me in, and he was incredible. Made me feel like we knew each other. Made sure to find me a room ready for early check-in. Was super helpful and engaging - I enjoyed connecting with him! He was truly invested in making my experience as great as it could be. The manager (I’m spacing on his name) was also very kind and fun to talk to. Definitely works hard, and somehow manages well under pressure - bravo. Rooms were beautiful, modern and cozy. The beds and pillows are so much better than Marriott’s! Thank you for the best nights rest. Dove products are provided, thankfully! I didn’t have to worry about getting or bringing expensive hair care products. The outdoor pool/hot tub here was DELIGHTFUL! Spent virtually every afternoon here. The grilling area was great too - made some bacon wrapped fillet’s and grilled veggies, yummm. The gym was awesome too, has so much equipment. FREE laundry - yes FREE. The dining area leads back to a GORGEOUS balcony with a large fireplace overlooking the mountains. Very romantic for you couples. Coolest part though? The snack hour M-W from 5:30-7:30pm. Served in the same area as their delicious breakfasts, it was something I’ve not yet seen at a hotel brand before. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and very highly recommend this hotel to most others in the Springs. I come here often for work, and WILL be choosing this hotel exclusively from here on out. I was here for business, but Staybridge felt like a vacation.

We were hesitant to book here after a pretty negative experience at another Staybridge, but this location completely changed our minds. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome. Our stay was quiet, safe, and surprisingly peaceful considering it’s in a more commercial area. There’s a lovely view from the hotel and some nice walking trails nearby, which was a big plus for us. Breakfast was better than expected…fresh fruit, cereal, and several protein options, which we really appreciated. And the location made it easy to run errands or grab anything we needed. This was such a pleasant surprise and exactly the kind of experience we needed while traveling.

We stayed here for 8 days. Lovely suite overlooking the mountains. Room was well equipped, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok although the I didn't think much of the fruit juices on offer (very watery). Plenty of parking at the rear of the hotel and easy access from the car park to the lift. ||The tiles in the pool need to be sorted out as many are coming off and pose a risk of cutting peoples feet.||Would happily stay here again when visiting my family in the area.

From the moment we were checked in by General Manager Scott Duarte, we were made to feel most welcome. Scott personally escorted me next door to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites to make sure we had access to their pool and hot tub while the hot tub at the Staybridge Suites North was being repaired. This personal touch and family atmosphere was apparent throughout our 4 day staycation here as other staff members Racheal, LeeAnn and Jordan also treated us warmly and like family. We desperately were in need of peace and relaxation during this staycation and we definitely got both during our stay here. The Mountain View of Pikes Peak and surrounding mountain scenery is serene and brilliant and perfect for anyone looking for such peaceful escape in Colorado Springs! We HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this absolute treasure for a getaway!

Google
We booked this hotel because we are IHG members and have stayed in several Staybridge hotels. Plus the reviews on Trip Advisor were very good. The outside of the hotel looks very nice and the pool looks nice. The keys to our room rarely worked. The front desk staff had to come several times to open our door for us. The room itself was okay. It was very dark. The lighting in the bathroom was inadequate. We were on the main floor with windows facing the front parking area. Bushes blocked the light from coming in the windows. The air conditioner was extremely loud when it would go on. The TV in bedroom did. not work. The room was clean but definitely needs updating. The breakfast was typical free breakfast. |The best thing I can say about this hotel is the front desk staff. Everyone we dealt were professional and accommodating and extremely pleasant!

Google
What a great place to stay! We arrived from Missouri at another hotel just to find out booking.com never completed our reservations. I walked in this location and spoke with GM Scott Duarte and he took care of us like family. The room was very accommodating for our family. Very nice, and clean hotel our kids loved the pool and breakfast. We will be returning to this location!

We stayed for our 15 year anniversary and took our 18 month old puppy. The room was slightly smaller than I was expecting but we were fine. The staff was amazing, everyone was friendly and we were always greeted. The kitchen was great for us, we ate in most of the time so we were able to shop for simple food and prepare it in the room. There is a trail that is accessible for walking behind the hotel. You can walk for miles, our dog loved it. I would most definitely stay there again. We love going to Colorado so this will be my go to hotel.

Yelp
Internet - 5/10 Cleaniness- 9/10 Staff friendly nature - 8/10 Laundry and fitness room are available. Decent breakfast options - includes boiled eggs, waffle, scrambled eggs, variety of breads, parfait, fruits. Check in process is easy. Dog park is there near side entrance but not maintained well. There is a trash bin but no grass at all. Good things, some grass patches near the hotel. Plenty of food options nearby. Overall decent stay

Yelp
Not great, not bad. I wish it was cleaner. We had huge moths in our room and on the cookware on multiple nights. It was very dusty as well. They have laundry but u have to purchase soap.
google avatar

Kelli T.

Yelp
Rachel, the front desk manager, went beyond excellent customer service when I changed my mind about changing rooms! Housekeeping was very accommodating as well! Great location; printed info about the 31 restaurants within 5 miles; many of them walkable. Also provided is map and listing of things on to do and see while visiting. Delicious breakfast this morning and looking forward to the dinner tonight; they provide it on Monday-Wednesday! Great outdoor pool and spa with a view of the mountains. Luggage storage area provided in case you want to do some hiking or sightseeing before or after checking in/out.

Yelp
WOW! is all i can say this is probably one of the best hotels that i have ever stayed in. plenty of parking in the lot. inside the hotel it does say that bears can frequent the area or get into trash cans at night so if you are out and about at night just need to be cautious. staff was so so friendly and helpful. They chatted with us and answered our questions. Also on our check out day they held onto our bags for us as we were going hiking and i mentioned that we were scared to leave them in my car due to thefts happening all over the state at trailheads. They were more than happy to accomodate us. Our room was clean and absolutely beautiful! We loved it and we were so so happy! It had a stove and a fridge, very nice beds, a cozy couch. It was roomy. It did have a nice free breakfast. We loved our stay and would definitely come back! Thank you staybridge for being so absolutely welcoming!

Yelp
Stayed here during our Colorado springs trip! Hotel was rather difficult to find in the night time as it shares parking with another IHG hotel. We were quickly checked in, Room was just ok! Bathroom has seen better days! Futon bed is a twin size, we booked this room for 6 people and they gave us this room with smaller futton. Luckily my kids are tiny so they adjusted. Breakfast was decent same as any IHG hotel. All in all if you are looking for budget stay for night cap and breakfast this is your place.

Yelp
This was our second visit to this location. We ran into a few problems like our room stayed over 80 degrees because the AC did not work. However, management was amazing and helped us change rooms. This Staybridge has the best staff to help their customers. The hotel is kept clean and well maintained. Twords the end of our stay the started to remodel the food area. The management made sure to still provide excellent breakfastst and wonderful customer service. This location has a pool outdoor dining areas, and several places that you can BBQ. They also have a confrence room that is well maintained. I cannot wait until I can visit again and see the remolded area. This by far is the best Staybridge I have ever visited. If you need a hotel in Colorado Springs this is your best choice and destination.

Yelp
After a less than stellar stay in Cañon City I had to redeem myself with my family. We spent our last night in Colorado at Staybridge Suites and it was amazing! I booked a two bedroom suite at this location a few hours before we arrived. We had two full bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen. The suite was exceptional for my family of five to spread out a bit. The mountain view from our room was an added bonus. The hot, free, to go, breakfast was something I haven't seen since pre-covid days. They had everything from waffles, that you make, to pre-made egg sandwiches, and fresh fruit. The free self-service laundry was an added bonus here. The location is very convenient to many sites around Colorado Springs. Employees here were very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

A Y.

Yelp
Rooms were very nice and clean. Very comfortable. Another important element for me when picking a hotel is the breakfast. They had a great breakfast selection from fresh fruit to scrambled eggs to Belgian waffle stations and drink station. One thing I didn't like about this hotel is parking. Even though there are lots of spots but it's very full and the width of spaces seems to be narrower. Had trouble trying to park my Ford Explorer in a spot. However, I would definitely stay at this brand in all my future travels!!
google avatar

Yelp
The hotel is good, but dated and needs refurbished. The staff above and beyond. Breakfast is sub-par, out of lots and things are watered down (waffle batter, juice, oatmeal). Laundry is free so yay!!! Super pet friendly. We would stay here again. Stephanie at the front desk super nice and helpful

Yelp
Drove to the hotel after seeing they had many different options of rooms available on their website (I added a screenshot of what was available on their site at the time). Front desk woman wouldn't open the locked sliding door or acknowledge us standing there. When I used the intercom phone to tell her we wanted to book a room she rudely said they were sold out and hung up. We assumed she was just in a bad mood, so we went to the car and booked a room on their website. When we came back a few minutes later the sliding door was open, and I told her I had booked a room online. She started rudely laughing and asking why I would do that. (??) I told her about all the rooms on the website and she said they were all out of order. After being unbelievably nasty and at first refusing to cancel the reservation, I grabbed her manager's card and told her I was going to film her behavior. AT THIS POINT SHE OFFERED TO CHECK WHAT ROOMS SHE HAD AVAILABLE LOL! We told her there was no way we were going to stay there and I started calling the hotel's 877 number so she finally cancelled the reservation. Had we just booked a room online and told her we were checking in on the intercom phone, there would have been no issue whatsoever. Mind blowing.

Victoria L.

Yelp
The manager of this hotel contacted me. He was very professional and stated he would address these issues immediately! I would like to say that the manager and the front desk staff was outstanding! Professional, friendly, etc. I fully believe they will make these changes to improve their hotel.

Yelp
A big Aloha to Scott !! Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality and experience in our stay there !! Everything was Excellent !! We look forward to staying with you guys on our next trip through !! Merry Christmas to you and your staff !! I highly recommend this place !! Mahalo !

Yelp
I won't be coming back. Our pull out bed in the couch had dried blood on the mattress, so we had to get it changed. Then the heater in the room gave the whole suite an awful smell. It made us literally nauseous. They don't have a pool, so if you want to swim you have to go across the street to the holiday inn hotel. Please; don't stay here, go to Embassy or somewhere else

Daniel J.

Yelp
I usually avoid Holiday Inn Express due to all the fragrances they pump into their rooms and stinky detergents. Candlewood Suites are usually much better so I decided to try using my free night at Staybridge Suites. Bad move. Not a good nights sleep for anyone with a sensitive nose or chemical sensitivity. Both the air and the bed made my nose run. On the positive side, breakfast bar uses washable plates instead of styrofoam! Nothing going to a landfill.

Kirsten Michelle G.

Yelp
DISGUSTING ROOM! I can't even begin to explain. I don't know what room everyone else is staying in that reviewed. Our remote had black gunk all over it, hadn't been cleaned ever I'm sure. There is greasy handprints across the room. The toilet paper was not replaced or even ripped off from the last guests. There is empty bath product packaging in the bathroom so it wasn't cleaned. The nightstands are cabinets sitting on ottomans. The couch looks like a cat was scratching on it. The thermostat from before I was born. You can tell this room hasn't been actually cleaned in a long time. It doesn't stop there. The hallways have so much small garbage and you can tell haven't been vacuumed. It's not a day or even a few days of dirt. There are holes in the walls and ceiling and so much more. I spoke to the front desk and they only sent a new remote which doesn't even work with the tv and tell me I can check out early. There's no other hotels available due to it being MDW. RUN to another hotel.

Yelp
We arrived so much later than we hoped (around 11pm). We started unpacking our luggage and when the front desk realized we needed more room they immediately issued us new keys to a bigger suite with no extra charge. Wow! The breakfast had lots of freshly prepared fruit and multiple GF options. The beds were comfortable and the staff was incredibly accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Kristi H.

Yelp
Young lady at the front was super nice, welcoming and entertaining. Fully explained the amazing breakfast and dinner that is included. Room had fully stocked kitchen, dinner table, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with 3 queen beds. So nice, so clean, so friendly.. Love it!!!
google avatar

Mike C.

Yelp
Great place to stay! Stayed here while on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised. I thought it would be of a lesser quality based on the low price. Large, studio style rooms with full bath, full kitchen and very nice amenities. Free breakfast included in room fare. Actually a VERY GOOD breakfast it was.... Close to several restaurants and services. Overall very good...
google avatar

Nicole S.

Yelp
I haven't taken advantage of most of the amenities here but there's a pool, outdoor barbecue area, gym, free breakfast, laundry and coffee bar (I've used the laundry and coffee bar almost daily). My husband brought his fancy gaming computer setup and has no problems with internet. Unlike most hotels, the internet doesn't kick you off after a short period of time. I have interacted with most of the staff as I'm going in and out as well as bringing my dogs downstairs so they can use the bathroom. Kudos to the manager, Scott, for running a clean, and comfortable hotel. Jason and Natalie at the front desk are professional and super kind and will take care of you. I forgot my whisk and they kindly provided me one. We have a one bedroom with a kitchenette and it is reasonably priced and the location is great. 20 mins from the zoo and 5 mins from garden of the gods. Whole Foods and Starbucks are right down the street as well as a phenomenal Thai restaurant and other eating options. There's a small pantry downstairs stocked with various things you might need but forgot (such as nail polish remover). Plentiful free parking in the back of the hotel. Easy access to freeway, and the rest of the staff have been so helpful. Don't forget to tip the nice ladies cleaning your room!
google avatar

Yelp
Great place. Breakfast was fresh, all staff was very friendly and helpful.
google avatar

Adam B.

Yelp
The rooms are clean and the full kitchen is great. The staff has been extremely helpful and has helped us with everything we need. The location is convenient and quiet. The breakfasts are better than the other places we've stayed at. The pool and basket ball court are nice and parking is convenient.
google avatar

Yelp
Awesome little place looking up at the Colorado Springs mountains. We stayed in a King Suite which was so roomy and had good views of the ranges. The rooms were very clean & tidy and had that homely feeling about them. All amenities which you would require are in your room. The hotel offers free laundry facilities, breakfast and gymnasium. The biggest problem with my stay was that I couldn't stay more than one night on this trip. Next time I visit Colorado, I will surely try to make this one of my stops (hopefully for more than one night next time).
google avatar

Sean D.

Yelp
Great place to stay. We have 18 people in youth group and they will do everything possible to accommodate us. Only a few problems, very small like lights not working or small cracks in the dry wall but nothing to major

chris h.

Yelp
We needed a place with a kitchen that was pet friendly so based on the four star rating made a reservation for four nights at Staybridge Suites. The first room they put us in was underneath the lobby and the noise from foot traffic was constant and deafening so we asked for a different room for the second night. They moved us to another room, but unfortunately this one was even worse. The room had significant wear and damage. The air conditioning unit was very musty and moldy; we couldn't use it. The whole room was musty including the pillows and showed signs of water damage. There were bugs and ants. The window did not open much and was missing a screen. The dishwasher did not work. When we asked for another room they said no, we have nothing else. This room was unhealthy so we had to leave which was very inconvenient. Maybe if you don't have pets the rooms are better but this was by far the worst stay I have ever had.

Meyer G.

Yelp
Nice clean hotel. Staff helpful. Nice daily breakfast. Please note that dinner is provided Monday through Wednesday.

John D.

Yelp
My wife and I stayed here recently while in town for a weekend. This place was everything we wanted and more. A facility that is Nice, clean and quiet with an attentive staff made the entire experience terrific. The only issue we had was the driveway is shared with the Holiday Inn, so the hotel isn't really visible from the street. When you pull in from thjust continue down the driveway and turn into the lot. We had a great breakfast. There is a restaurant in walking distance and a gas station on the corner for fuel and supplies. Easy on and off the freeway. We will make a point of staying here again.

Yelp
Great hotel with lots to offer. Beautiful views of Pikes Peak and a great buffet breakfast as well as evening dinners Mon-Wed.'s. Very nice clean rooms and good cleaning service for the week we stayed there. The elevator is small and warm inside and is very slow. The outside pool and hot tub close in October, which I don't know why the hot tub would close. That was a little disappointing. All in all, I will return.

Hisako C.

Yelp
This was a great place to rest after being evacuated from our APT do to a fire. very nice room and it felt like a mini Apartment with a mini kitchen and frig. nice view of the mountains and a beautiful and yummy breakfast bar
google avatar

Yelp
Its a nice clean hotel, they have a nice breakfast in the morrning, they even have different items on the breakfast bar daily. A nice "great room" with a fireplace. pool outside, a small workout area, and a place to do your laundry. there is a great hike/bike path right behind the hotel it will take you to the Air force Academy or downtown. The rooms are nice and big they have kitchenettes so you always don't have to go out to eat. they also provide dinner three times a week. You should try to get a mountain view they have a great view. Easy access to the highway and shopping.

Yelp
Stayed here for 5 days. The complimentary breakfast is good. Your typical cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, eggs, bacon, waffles, etc. My family and I were booked on the first floor which seemed to be the one out of the 3 other bedrooms on that floor. Every other room were used for storage or the electrical room, so it was a bit busy but not too loud. When the staff cleaned the room on their daily routine, one day they left a towel that smelled like cleaning chemicals on top of our bed, something that should definitely not be missed. I did like how they had the $10 coupon on yelp on any of their pantry items. That coupon helped my family and I score some free late night snacks and little necessities we forgot to bring on the trip.

Yelp
Arrived Sunday night around 6 pm for a 3 night stay. There was no one at the front desk, but a sign had been placed saying "helping another guest, be back in a few minutes. Dial 0 from house phone if immediate help needed". Waited for 30 minutes and still no one shows up. Of course, there is no house phone anywhere in the hotel. So I call the iHG customer service line and get an excellent representative who tries locating the desk person via cell phone and other means. Nothing. After 60 minutes, the desk person shows up. A curt "apology" and that's it. The customer service rep on the corporate line calls her back and bitches her out and finally the front desk lady apologies and adds 10K points to my account. Personally, I think she fell asleep in a room somewhere. We looked for her on every floor for an hour never did see a guest that she was involved with. On night number three, we returned to the room to find the cleaning people had not closed the door all the way. Fortunately, nothing was missing. The front desk person had also TYPED a 2 line apology and slid it under the door. Not even a human signature. Also, the air conditioner in the room did not work. Fortunately, we were out all day and the nights cooled off so we just opened the window. So why not 1 star? The rooms were clean, the location is convenient, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast is free and reasonable, the wifi is free and they have a nice clean pool. I would have given it a 3-star if not for all the other crap. Rachel, the front desk person, needs to be removed. I get the feeling this place is going to go south quickly if the management doesn't step it up and take care of the little issues. iHG should get some new management in here that CARES about its guests and runs a tighter ship.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my stay here. I was just passing through Colorado and decided to go see the Garden of the Gods. On my way there, it was already dark out and it was snowing a lot, so I decided to stop and go on the next day. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The nightly rate was a little expensive, but this hotel was nicer than the Holiday Inns and Hampton Inns that I had stayed at in the past days. Overall, if I'm ever in this area again, I'd stay here again.
google avatar

Tiffany B.

Yelp
First thing... DO NOT STAY ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR... there are mice on the bottom floor... and there was at least one in my room... Mind you I'm in the middle of the mountains... But I told the staff there and proptly moved me from the room... and even helped with with my stuff... They were very apologetic and made sure that I was comfortable for the rest of my stay... which I really appreciated!
google avatar

Zoe Z.

Yelp
The rooms are clean, spacy, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room includes a nice breakfast buffet each morning and free wy-fi. Even though the hotel is situated between the interstate and a railroad the rooms are very quiet at night. Second time we've stayed here. Great place for an extended stay visit.
google avatar

Jess C.

Yelp
Had a great stay here over Memorial Day weekend. Everything was clean, our room had a great view. We got a suite with 2 bedrooms to accommodate ourselves and 3 kids, and it worked out great! Put them in one room and my hubby and I had the living room to ourselves for a few hours before bed. Mini kitchen made it easier to avoid too much fast food. The breakfast was great and staff friendly. You get to use the pool and hot tub at the Holiday Inn next door, and I have to say-AVOID THE HOT TUB!! I skipped the hot tub, but everyone else who went in ended up with a nasty, painful rash and the littlest ones had swimmers ear. Definitely not a clean hot tub!! Otherwise, this was a wonderful place to stay!!

Yelp
Amazing! I'm very particular about picking a hotel for our vacations. It took me a month and many nights of research to choose a hotel and holy moly am I ecstatic with my decision!! If you are in a dilemma about hotels, look no further. This hotel is so clean and adorably decorated. They placed our room right next to the door for our dog which was perfect! The room has a mini kitchen with a fridge, stovetop, sink, utensils, bowls etc. and a small sectional comfy couch! I've never seen a hotel decorated like that(only Disney World). Great location, friendly staff and beautiful outdoor patio overlooking mountain views(and so was our room!). I'm so impressed and will now look for a Staybridge everywhere we travel! There is an outdoor area to run your dog if you'd like too!

Yelp
This is a good hotel for long term stays. Full kitchen and option of studio or 1 bedrooms. Recommend 1 bedroom just in case you cook something and you don't want your sheets smelling like pork!

Yelp
Very nice extended stay. We were there for a week. Nice room and great breakfasts. The dinners on Monday thru Wednesday were nice too. The staff was super friendly. We did not take advantage of the pool next door.

Michael And Lin D.

Yelp
My favorite general living hotel. Great weekday dinners, morning breakfasts, and my favorite waffles! The rooms just got a renovation recently and added nice wooden flooring, new furniture, and really nice decor. Hide pool and hot tub with a full basketball court right next to it. 5 stars all the way.

Yelp
My husband and I are in the middle of a move and decided to stay on this property because my household goods won't be delivered until next month. We loved this property and enjoyed the staff, to the point that after a long stay on this site, I decided to stay one more night because I had the extra points and I wanted to rest. I kept being disturbed by house keeping that morning, which had not been the norm of my stay. They came by 3 times and each time opened the door, even though I told them through the door that I didn't need services. Each time, I was scantily clothed, which created an awkward and uncomfortable situation for me. Each time they invited themselves in, I grew more and more frustrated because their intrusions kept disturbing my rest. The third time that housekeeping invited themselves in, the housekeeper asked me what time I planned to checkout. I thought it to be a rude question, but I informed her the next day because I had made a reservation for an extra night. The interruptions died down for a few hours after I had this conversation with housekeeping and I was able to get a few hours of uninterrupted rest. Later that evening, I heard my hotel room door opening. It startled me, because my husband had gone out of town and I was not expecting any guest. Thank goodness, I had gotten out of bed and put some clothes on 20 minutes prior to this particular intrusion! It was front desk stopping by to inquire why I hadn't checked out. I explained to them that I made a reservation to stay an extra day online. He apologize and left. In that moment I became angry and felt unwelcomed. Do they not update the rooming list daily? As a guest that had stayed on this property 17 consecutive nights, I felt front desk could have given me the courtesy of a phone call to clear up any rooming misunderstanding prior to the intrusion. I felt like everyone that intruded that day treated me like a customer that was trying to steal an extra day from the hotel rather than a customer that had earned an extra day. I fumed the entire night. I was so angry and so uncomfortable that I got up at 1:30 a.m, finished packing my stuff up and left by 3 a.m. I went to spend the rest of the morning in my empty house. My furniture had not yet arrived, but I was able to sleep with the peace of knowing there would not be any unexpected or unwelcome intrusions. In saying all this, I enjoyed the property the 16 days prior to the irritating experience happening. I still think the breakfast and social hour dinner, free use of Stay Fit Gym, free washer and dryer, and restaurant discounts are a great added benefit to staying in this particular hotel. I still think that the staff, for the most part, is courteous, kind, and helpful beyond words. I still think that Chenel's bubbly personality is a great way to be greeted when entering and exiting the property. She absolutely rocks! I would still would recommend this property to family and friends due to the all the great amenities and safe location, but with the added caution to use the security latch to ensure that the only time their door opens is when they decide to open it.

Yelp
THE GOOD: The staff is friendly and service oriented, especially both Rachels at the front desk. Suites have a separate bedroom, ideal for Air Force Academy cadets during parents weekend and other visits. Breakfast is above average, it includes brewed coffee, omelets, non-instant oatmeal, and lots of fresh fruit, plus you can dine outside with a mountain view. Also, the Sante Fe Trail, great for hiking and biking, is right behind the hotel. Free laundry room too. THE BAD: Not much. Our room had old CRT televisions and tired furnishings, but I'm told a complete update is in progress. The telephone push buttons were grimy and covered with what appeared to be hair clippings. THE UGLY: Staybridge offers guests a bounty--a chance to win 10,000 Priority Club points--if they post a review on Tripadvisor. This is unethical. The best incentive for great reviews is great service--not priority club points.

Yelp
Great hotel!! We were traveling with three adults and two children so we booked a two bedroom suite. It was a very nice room with a kitchen. My boys loved using the basketball court. They offer a light dinner and a full breakfast buffet in the morning. The breakfast is amazing!!! Very nice staff. The property does allow pets, which we didn't like too much because people are not good at picking up after their animals outside. Be careful where you walk so you don't step in poop. There was dog poop all around the grass where my kids played basketball. The hotel offers bags outside to pick up poop but people aren't using them. However, we would definitely stay here again!

Yelp
Wonderful facility, great friendly and attentive desk staff, housekeeping, and maintenance. Food prep is outstanding and different nearly very meal. Fresh salad on the three evening meals, and hot buffet every morning. Pricy , but that has a lot to do with the Taxes. Stay 31 days and the taxes come off. Highly recommend !!

Yelp
We like to stay at Staybridge Suites when our family gets together for a vacation, so we have stayed at several. This location was the best of all we have seen. Everything was spotless. Our suite was spacious and design was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful--let us store 4 road bikes during our stay. The breakfast and week night meals are also great. The staff don't rush you out the door after designated hours. Pool is a good temperature as is the hot tub. Views of Pikes Peak and surrounding mountains are fabulous-enjoyed a wonderful sunset on their patio. Would highly recommend.

Yelp
Great stay! The hotel seems like it has been recently updated. I had a chance to see two rooms: both were amazing! They had all the amenities of home ready for you! There's a free dinner buffet during the week, which makes for an option if you want to stay in. Fitness center was tight, but they fit a lot of equipment in there regardless. Hopefully you get to work with Sarah--she will bend over backwards to make sure you have a pleasant stay.

Yelp
We moved here from the hotel next door holiday Inn Express which smelled horribly of smoke. This hotel is clean and new. the food is ok, the food staff seemed more concerned with a long conversation what I figured to be a long term guest. They were on a first name basis. Beds are good, room is fine, had a great view of a little river out back. There is a running trail by the train track but you'll need to fiord the little river to get there. Watch for the snake in the bush at the top of the rise, and watch for the bear. He was raiding the dumpster at the Holiday Inn the night before and comes from this area behind Staybridge. Really terrific deck with an unobstructed view of the mountains. Breakfast area inside or out is a nice spot to sit enjoy a cup of joe and look at the mountains. Close to Garden of the Gods where we horseback rode, close to the Air Force Academy where you need to see the chapel. You can walk to restaurant Old Chicago with good selection of food and beer. THIS HOTEL DOES NOT SMELL LIKE SMOKE LIKE THE HOLIDAY INN IN FRONT OF IT. One snafu. I made the two night reservation for a two queen with a sleeper sofa for me, my wife and our 3 kids. They had us in a king with a sofa. Um that wont' work and they were sold out of the room type we needed. So after the previous nights bad experience I said F-it and booked two rooms, didn't have much choice at the time. They cut me a bit off the price.

Yelp
Everyone, including the front desk people, cooks, and housekeeping were all very friendly and accommodated all of our various needs. We will always stay at Staybridge Suites when on vacation. They are the best and we highly recommend them.
