Enjoyed my stay alot, clean very modern hotel. Only reason it's not getting 5 stars is the lifts is so full in mornings and you cannot take the stairs and there are two restaurants but yo have to go over the the other hotel in the same building to get to the other restaurant. Oh yes and parking is a bit pricey, I paid for 2 normal size coke cans R90 😮

Nice and cozy hotel! To be honest, I didn’t interact with many staff members since they seemed to be quite few 😂 The best thing about the hotel is definitely the location — super convenient and close to everything around. I never felt like I had to go far for anything. The room was very small though. I was with my wife and it felt a bit tight, and the bed was small too. That said, the room was clean and well-kept, no issues there. Breakfast was very simple, not many options, but it wasn’t bad either. Overall, decent stay mainly because of the great location.

I was disappointed because there is no complimentary water in the rooms when you arrive. There is no buffet, you have to order like you're in a restaurant. There's two hotels within the same building so when you go to the restaurant you have to use a different entrance that takes you to the parking lot which is hard to find because there is no signage. However, the staff is friendly and offer good service.

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel’s lack of compassion and basic customer service. I was admitted to hospital by ambulance with a fractured spine and in severe pain. My booking fell during the exact period I was hospitalized, and I immediately notified the property. Despite providing proof of my medical emergency and the fact that this was completely out of my control, the hotel refused any kind of refund or even a voucher. To be treated like this in the middle of a medical crisis is honestly shocking. Any reputable establishment would show at least a bit of understanding or flexibility in such circumstances. Their response was cold, inconsiderate, and focused only on money. I will never book here again and would not recommend them to anyone who values decent human treatment or customer service.

There was no wardrobe. The breakfast needed to be meaty and eggs scrambled only. I had no choice. Table was not cleaned on time. It was an experience. My expectations were not met. I had to cancel my December family booking. I don't want my family to experience what I have experienced. The location was perfect.

I had to delete my previous review that I made five years ago. I have requested an extra blanket almost three hours ago, nothing has come through. I have called more than five times, they promise that it’s on its way. It has been 3 hours and nothing. The weather is not favourable tonight 🥲

The rooms are small, weird pillows, checked in at 3 AM and someone started scratching at the wall or fixing something at 7, breakfast isn't great and gets overcrowded fast, I asked for a pair of slippers and I was told they don't "give out" those, was charged for printing a document and the reception staff was confused and had trouble finding some paper bags I left the night before in their storage even tho I had tags. Don't recommend.

I stayed at StayEasy Cape Town for 15 days and was really disappointed. In most hotels I stay at, breakfast usually includes a basic buffet along with a small kitchen or live station where guests can order things like omelets or other simple items, which I consider a standard offering. At StayEasy, the only hot option was a few fried eggs, and the rest of the breakfast lacked variety and care. There was just one type of cheese, poorly cooked oatmeal, and fruit salad that often included overripe pieces. Even simpler hotels offer something fresher and better thought out. The men’s bathroom near the breakfast area had two sinks that didn’t work the entire time and were never repaired. In my room, the shower door didn’t close properly, so water would spread all over the bathroom floor every time I took a shower. The card slot for electricity was broken, and despite reporting the issue, no one came to fix it. There are many better options in Cape Town, and I would definitely not stay at this hotel again.
