StayEasy Cape Town City Bowl

Had a brilliant stay here in a very well located hotel right in the city centre. The room was compact but adequate with a good sized bed, desk and tea/coffee making facilities. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day and the all the staff were amazing including those on reception, housekeeping and in the restaurant. Special mention to Sasha on reception who is a great asset to the hotel and was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a good option in the city centre. There is also the added bonus of being able to use the gym at the sister hotel next door which has stunning views and excellent gym equipment.

This is an urban core property which offers a convenient base from which to explore and experience the beautiful city of Cape Town. The hotel is modern and clean. Staff are helpful. In spite of the limited size the rooms are finished to a high spec, offering a safe for your valuables and a tea/coffee station. The room rates are affordable. The city's security personnel give one a sense of security. You can walk the city streets safely. There are a host of quality eateries in the neighbourhood. Worth a visit and highly recommended.

So far so good. The aircon seems to struggle a little though. Cool people at reception. Parking no issue. Well situated. Had dinner in the past and it was on point. Will give it a try again later

Brilliant location. Booked 2 rooms at an excellent rate for 3 nights, we were travelling with our grand-daughter. Hotel has a great location , we had rooms on 12thfloor with great views, security good, felt safe. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good for us we are light eaters in morning and what was on offer met our needs more than adequately. Rooms were perfect for short stay visits and we had no complaints. All the staff we interacted with were friendly respectful and professional. All in all , would revisit without a thought Thank you

We recently spent three nights at the Stay Easy Hotel located in the Cape Town central business district, as part of a tour group.||We were impressed with our room (1141) which had overlooking views towards the port. The room was clean and modern, a bed comfortable and a nice sliding door shower. The room was serviced daily and I was impressed that the supervisor checked daily to see if we were happy with their service. If we had to nit pick, we would love to have two free bottles of water supplied in our rooms daily. It all hotels and resorts we have stayed in across the world, this is the norm but there are vending machines located in the foyer. The rooms have tea and coffee supplied but it would be nice if they stocked a little more as we ran out of tea and their milk tetra packs daily. The hotel staff though, were quick to resupply on our request. Breakfast is served daily on the mezzanine floor and supplies basic hot and cold food.|The hotel is in a great location for eateries and other tourist attractions including the Hop On and Hop Off bus booking office.||Next door to the Stay Easy is their sister hotel - The Southern Sun, where you have access to their pool and gym. On the 14th floor is the sky bar which overlooks the city of Cape Town. Great views and affordable drinks too. They also have an excellent restaurant on the ground floor called Vigour & Verve (V&V).||We return again for one more night next week before we make our way to Johannesburg and we can’t wait to stay again and see the smiling faces of the hotel staff.||Overall a great hotel to stay in.||Cheers, Paul & Caroline M

Nice and comfortable hotel at a convenient spot. Rooms have good views but are a bit small. Cleanliness is pretty ok. Breakfast is a bit basic. Staff is very helpful and polite. In general, a VfM option at the city center.

This is a fairly basic hotel but the rooms are decent and clean, staff helpful and location good. If you are looking for a decent place to sleep at a good price then this is a good option. In terms of location it is pretty central and is on the fan walk to the stadium. The breakfast buffet is adequate and the food tastes good.

Great location, with some close by bars and restaurants. We stayed when a hoard of school children were there for some sort of sports tournament. It was a struggle at breakfast & using the lifts due to such a large contingent staying there. |Staff were friendly & helpful. Rooms were small but comfortable and modern.
