Centrally located and within walking distance of a popular mall. The rooms are modern and clean. The staff are always willing to assist. Affordable compared to its peers. I will surely recommend.

Great stay at StayEasy Lusaka. The hotel is in a prime location, close to everything, and very convenient. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff provide excellent service — always professional and helpful. Breakfast was decent, but the variety was almost the same every day, and the coffee machine often had issues. Overall, a very good experience and definitely worth recommending. With a little improvement in breakfast, it could easily be a 5-star stay.

Nice hotel with nice rooms and staff. The location is also nice, just in front of a big mall. I would just suggest some improvements regarding safety as, for example, the vacuum cleaners are stored in the same wardrobes as the fire hydrants and extinguishers between them and the corridor (in case of a fire this can be very problematic). Apart from that, would recommend.

Everything was subpar until it was time for me to check out. I had booked three nights and had to cancel the third night due to my flight being at 2am in the morning. So I went to the reception the day before to let them know that I'll be leaving in the morning I stead of an extra night. They did not bother to change my reservation. Upon check out, I'm told I have to do it myself online. Why the clerk neglected to do it the night before, I don't know. I proceeded to change it online so that I could get a refund and they say we don't have any cash on hand. Since I paid a portion of the room with my card, I proposed that they use the card on file to refund me. They then said, "we will have to charge you a $30 fee for bank fees". Keep in mind the room night was $63. I have NEVER heard of this. They then said, we have to meet halfway since it's a loss... A loss? Clearly they were going to sell that room to someone else and wanted to keep my money to make double revenue. I'm disgusted by the way this hotel operates and their lack of transparency and honesty. They assume people don't know hotel policies. A refund can easily be done on the same POS which took the payment so I don't understand what they were trying to do. This is THEFT!!!!!! I want my money back in FULLL!!!! I do not recommend this hotel

Simply great. The staff are friendly and wilingly assist with issues that may arise. The location is also great within Levy Mall in the Lusaka CBD...the only issue is the floor is carpeted so if you have sinus issues/ dust allergies it might be appropriate for you.

Everything about the hotel was absolutely brilliant. The hotel is opposite the shopping mall and travel exchanges. Staff were professional, polite and friendly. The hotel was very clean everywhere. Our room was very nice, with the view of the shopping mall. Beds were comfy. We had a small fridge to put our drinks, a kettle, complimentary tea, biscuits and water. Our room was cleaned every day beautifully by a lovely lady called Getrude. Thanks Getrude for all your hard work. The breakfast was amazing and tasty. Lots of variety. The breakfast is inclusive of the price of your stay at the hotel. There's also a lovely swimming pool outside. So beautiful. The hotel also offers airport transportation. Collection from the airport is $30 per person. Hotel is great for meetings, solos, family and children. Definitely coming back for another stay😀

SrayEasy Lusaka Washington a good relief when arriving from a week in the Bush. Hot water, clean rooms and friendly service was a welcome change. The rooms were Quito small but you really dont need anymore, bathroom was also okay. The shower leaked a lot of water on the floor, creating a slippery floor. All in all a good experience. The downside however was that they were not able to assist us making a extra bed for our 6 year old, not crucial but the Main bed was a bit small. The WiFi was not stable, and the pool was very cold. Breakfast was ok, they had the essential servings, but nothing special. The coffee was quite bad. Location of the hotel is one of the best in Lusaka. It is close to almost everything. Recomended to stay here.

Don't let the other reviews mislead you. Charges like a 3 star, works like a 1.5 star. Pros: Good staff, clean linen, hot water for shower Cons: Wifi is slower than a grandma's walk, the showerheads belong to the 80s, the room keycards should be replaced with physical keys, the room heating doesn't work in the peak of winter.
