StayEasy Lusaka

Me and my aunt were very disappointed with our stay at StayEasy Lusaka. The service from the staff, particularly the waitresses, was unhelpful and unprofessional. They showed little cooperation when we needed assistance, which left us feeling undervalued as a guest. The towels provided were not clean, and we had to call reception to request larger towels, which was inconvenient. Basic amenities like fresh towels should be readily available without needing to ask repeatedly. The lack of attentiveness and poor service made our stay far from enjoyable. We expected better from a hotel that promises comfort and convenience. Unfortunately, cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Great Location and excellent service. This hotel is just in front of the well known Levy Mall and also has a good breakfast spread. The staff are friendly and helpful, the city market is also nearby. There is fast WiFi and enough parking. Unfortunately the restaurant at the hotel offers only breakfast and we have to walk across the road to find some eateries and cafes. Good place for a stay of two or three days. There is a swimming pool but it is not maintained properly

Friendly staff, clean rooms, enough amenities, electric kettle, hair dryer, mini refrigerator. Power converter sockets available. Not many option for breakfast. No restaurant available for lunch and dinner on site. Very small swimming pool. Clean bright toilet, shower-box (not convenient for big sized people. The Levy Mall is just across the parking lot. Very convenient for shopping and accessing food courts.

Nice hotel. But the receptionist cheats me about money. I sent mobile money for the room, but they asked me to withdraw charge k200. Room.was k2860

Great hotel. Staff and the service there was very good. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need. Breakfast offers a great selection of hot and cold food. When we checked in, there was a problem with our shower and they fixed it immediately.

Excellent location, spacious rooms, good breakfast and fast WiFi, Levy mall is just in front of the hotel, and the city market is at a walkable distance, however there are huge power outages and the city becomes dark after 6.30 in the evening, a bit unsafe to walk alone. Take all necessary precautions while travelling alone. There is no facility for lunch and dinner at the restaurant so we have to go out

One day visit in Lusaka during our holiday at Isenge village. Hotel is very fine, staff most friendly, but this was the last time I book the rooms through the Booking.com. Better to do all by yourself!

The customer service is poor, the breakfast is not hotel standard. This not about being overly dramatic, it's basic customer service that is lacking. It is a glorified lodge. Would not spend a night there or advise anyone to go have breakfast there.
