I would think to thank all the wonderful staff, who made my stay such a remarkable experience. From the time I arrived here everyone had made me feel so welcome. On my birthday the reception staff gave me a birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday. I’m now sad to be leaving for I’ve made very great friends here. I would highly recommend to everyone that this hotel is outstanding, the price per night was a very reasonable price. Loved breakfast, fresh coffee ever was cook fresh.

Excellent middle class/ business Hotel. Modern and clean rooms with kettle, water, tea and coffee. Located right infront of Levy Mall. Breakfast is OK, staff pretty helpful. The hotel has no real foibles, at least none that I took note off. Stayed there for 3 days in June 2025.

Don't let the other reviews mislead you. Charges like a 3 star, works like a 1.5 star. Pros: Good staff, clean linen, hot water for shower Cons: Wifi is slower than a grandma's walk, the showerheads belong to the 80s, the room keycards should be replaced with physical keys, the room heating doesn't work in the peak of winter.

You get what you pay for and more.. it's not a 5 star..but the shower is like a 10 star..warm and powerful.. the staff is like a 20 star super friendly...what am I saying..it is budget friendly.. don't expect the posh fancy new carpet and spanking new room smelling likeva spa... the hotel is dated, but it's comfortable, you are safe and the staff is helpful. You are in close proximity to Levy mall with ATMs , shops and super market... Enjoy the people, enjoy the vibes, respect the people, respect their culture.. oohhh Yango, Lusaka version of Uber sucks, you have to negotiate price..but it's still cheaper than most taxis.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in in Africa. Large room, spacious bathroom, TV, lighting, cleanliness, service. Only problem is that the wifi is weak and the magnetic key card was blocked all the time and needed to be re-magnetized.

Dear Charles. I don't need an apology response. Please explain to public what changes you have made to improve your customer service that is lacking. Theres a proud lady that stands at the breakfast area either Manager/ General Manager needs to support her staff and have hospitality manners. Breakfast area staff are very rude and unhelpful, it's the manager that needs to be blamed because of her unethical behaviour. In the evening there's a guy that serves drinks and coffees and assist ordering your takeaway meals. His very accomoditating and always go the extra-mile. I prefer him being the manager, he has good manners. I hope StayEasy executives make some good changes to avoid loosing future customers. I'm a business man that travels frequently to Lusaka, Zambia. I hope you can give me and disappointmed customers some confidence in your improvement or changes.

A new favorite ! Clean, modern, Very affordable with breakfast and lovely coffee. Very welcoming, safe parking with night security. Everything I needed, I will be back

I think the service of stay easy has become worst. We are frequent visitor and never faced issues with regards to charges for rooms and payment. Today we called and we were asked to come the rooms will be available. But to our surprise members charges on web site different, normal customer charges different, on the board at receiption the charges different and online through booking.com different. At the counter when we asked they had no answer. So we booked the room through booking.com. After showing the confirmation also we were asked to wait. If this is the service what you give to the frequent visitors. God help the new customers. If you donot check on internet you land up paying more. Finally after all the confusion we checked in and in double occupancy room only 1 bathing towel was given. We called the reception got the towel but it was smelling. Room had lot of mosquitoes. We even took the picture and showed to one of the staff.
