Fantastic experience all the way through. The steaks were incredible...arguably the best steak in Louisville. The croissant loaf was a great starter. The drinks are well crafted. I didn't do it on my first visit, but when I go back, I plan on getting one of the butter additions for my steak. Get the Baked Kentucky dessert if it is available. Simply amazing. My wife and I had a great evening and our server, Val, was wonderful and offered great recommendations. This is a premium restaurant offering premium dining experiences...it will cost plenty, but our experience was well worth the cost for an occasional celebration.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Bourré Bonne Steakhouse, and Kevin was a huge part of that! From the moment we were seated, he was attentive, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He made thoughtful recommendations, timed everything perfectly, and made sure our drinks were never empty. Kevin struck the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth — we felt genuinely taken care of without ever feeling rushed. His attention to detail and friendly energy elevated our entire evening. If you’re dining at Bourré Bonne, ask for Kevin — he truly makes the experience exceptional! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. Incredible service, the most delicious food (croissant loaf, lamb meatballs, filet—WOW—apple spice cake and cookies. I can’t say enough. I highly recommend the Lalo marg- incredibly smooth and delicious. We had the best night. Major props to Robbie, our server; we had the absolute best time. We can’t wait to come back!

Came here for Valentines day dinner. The food was more amazing than we could’ve imagined, definitely will visit again ! Our server Andrew was very knowledgable on all of the dishes and had an amazing attention to detail throughout our entire meal. Overall amazing atmosphere with superb service.

From the very beginning, our experience was phenomenal! Parking was easy, finding the restaurant was easy, and then being seated… we got the best seat in the house. Lalaloved that we chose this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary! We got a champagne toast (excellent champagne by the way!), a great seat next to so much art, and my boyfriend said it was the best steak he’s had (mind you, we’ve gone to so many well known restaurants to try their steaks). I got the short rib plate (that’s just me, this is my goto just because I love me a good short rib) and he got the the wagyu fischers ribeye 14oz. Beautifully presented. Oh, and let’s not forget the smoked old fashion and my custom margarita. Everything was delightful. Our waiter, Sebastian, was super knowledgeable in the industry and the steaks. We loved his recommendations and his entire verse on every single plate. We’d definitely come back with friends to celebrate here. The prices were extremely reasonable for the caliber of meal AND SERVice We got. Chefs kiss to you all!

What an amazing experience! We had Robbie as our server and I can definitely say the hospitality was top notch. We had a very detailed and informative start of the menu. When leaving to the restroom, we can back with our napkins folded perfectly. Our drinks never ran dry. We talked and laughed as we knew each other forever! I’m pleased with such a professional and personable experience with Robbie. We started with the croissant loaf and shrimp cocktail. These are 2 menu items you have to try. Best shrimp cocktail I’ve had…and I live on the east coast. The croissant was a memorable appetizer that I suddenly need to find a recipe for. The Maison salad was incredible and very fresh. The filet with truffle butter was incredible. The creamed spinach made me go in for seconds. The Brussel sprouts were good but I wouldn’t order again. The lobster Mac and cheese was a miss. Odd aftertaste. We ended the meal with sticky toffee pudding and a nice celebration cheesecake for a birthday. Sticky toffee pudding was good. The cheesecake the was star! Definitely will be coming here instead of Jeff ruby's when I return to Louisville.

Absolutely unexpected delight - we made a spontaneous decision to meet friends for dinner here and it was simply divine! Our server Jen was fantastic, charming, and helpful with tips on what her fave foods were and suggestions. Food was DELICIOUS. Definitely would recommend and can’t wait to return!

Came for Valentine’s Day and our first time here it was amazing!! We had Edwen as our server and he was the sweetest. Food and cocktails were incredible. We will absolutely be back.

Have you ever had food so good it makes you want to cry? That is exactly how I would describe the steakhouse at Hotel Bourre Bonne in Louisville. Every dish was layered with so much flavor that it genuinely felt emotional in the best way. I ate gluten free and Byron guided me through the menu with incredible care and knowledge. He suggested pairing the salmon with the butternut squash and arugula that normally comes with the tuna dish, and it was hands down the best recommendation ever. The flavors were perfectly balanced and absolutely unforgettable. We also ordered the steak, and as someone whose fiancee truly loves a great steak, this one delivered beyond expectations. It was cooked to absolute perfection with a crust that was nothing short of incredible. The collard greens were perfection, and I do not say that lightly, along with the mac and cheese which was rich and comforting in all the right ways. We sat at the bar where AJ took exceptional care of us, entertained us, and crafted some of the best drinks I have ever had. Between AJ and Byron, I cannot say enough positive things. The drinks were phenomenal, and I tried AJ's infamous Nina Wally. This drink should be a permanent staple on the menu. I am not someone who typically enjoys a lot of alcohol, but this was flawless. I honestly do not know who at Hilton needs to see this, but AJ should be paid to curate the drink menu because the Nina Wally was unlike anything I have ever experienced. Overall, I cannot give enough praise for the flavors experience at this restaurant. From the drinks to the food, this place deserves a triple crown.

We were downtown to attend a show at the yum center and ignorantly didn't account for long waits at every restaurant. We stumbled upon Bourre Bonne and they had an open table in the bar area. I was very impressed with the ambience and the decor. It has a whole vibe that I am here for. We sat down and waited for a good while before being approached for our drink order. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, so we were trying to be patient. Despite making eye contact with a server several times, it took another 20 minutes or so before someone approached us for our order. The two things I had picked out to order were not available. Fast forward a bit more and our food arrives. We started with the bread and swapped out the bayou butter for truffle butter. This had such potential but we found the bread to be a bit underbaked. It has a lot of potential though and if baked well, would have been the star of the show. (Wild at a steakhouse). My children each ordered the filet. Surprisingly they were cooked as ordered but had zero flavor. My kids must be spoiled to good steak because they knew right away it wasn't worth the price tag. They ate it so as not to waste it but it left much to be desired. I think they mostly enjoyed the Mac and cheese that they ordered but I don't recall them commenting one way or the other. My husband ordered the Pacahna. One of his favorite cuts of meat because of the fat cap. There was nary a bit of fat to be seen (or tasted). Like the filet, there also was no flavor. I ended up going with a the tuna tartare. The taste was decent but you could tell it wasn't super fresh. About half way through eating it, they brought out some fried plantains to go with it. They were fine; it just would have been nice to have them from the beginning. We also ordered truffle fries. I could see the potential but they came out room temp at best. Nobody likes cold fries, so another waste of money. Lastly, the drinks. I had two glasses of white wine. The first came out nice and cold the second was room temp. My husbands beer came out cold so that's good. All in all, this place might be fine for drinks but I'm certain your money will be better spent at another steakhouse. It's not often we eat in a fine dining establishment but we are no strangers to the experience. If we are spending the amount of money that we did, we want it to be worth it from the service, to the experience, and most importantly, the food. Unfortunately, we didn't get any of that on our visit. I only gave two stars because I loved the atmosphere and to have a little grace for being understaffed. It really needs no stars in my opinion.

We had dinner at Bourré Bonne and, unfortunately, it was disappointing. While the space itself is absolutely stunning and the service very attentive, those were the only highlights of the evening. For the price point, the wine and food simply do not measure up -- and charging $12 for a draft beer only adds to the frustration. The wine list is average at best yet priced as if it were top tier, and the food followed the same pattern. We began with the smoked fish dip, which was the most flavorful dish of the night and deserving of a 4/5. The salt-roasted beets, however, were lackluster -- bland cheese, minimal flavor from the beets, and nothing that would inspire a repeat order. The most disappointing dish was the lobster mac and cheese. The base dish is $18, with a lobster add-on for $30, bringing the total to $48. Our server assured us this included a full lobster tail, but that was not the case. The plate arrived with only a decorative lobster fin on top, and the amount of lobster in the dish was minimal. To make matters worse, what lobster was present was fishy and tough -- clear signs it was not fresh. For $48, this dish should be a standout; instead, it was embarrassing to see it on the menu at that quality. With so many incredible local restaurants in Louisville -- such as Jack Fry's and North of Bourbon -- it's hard to see how Bourré Bonne will succeed long term. Its only chance may be with out-of-town guests who don't know any better.

Everything was wonderful at this relatively new spot in Louisville. The service was outstanding. My oysters were superb, both the wedge and the beet salad were outstanding. If you want a truly special experience, this is the place

Amazing meal at Bourre Bonne Friday night. Made a reservation using Open Table. A Hostess called to confirm the reservation and noted that we were celebrating our daughter's 22nd birthday and asked how they could make it special. Well, without knowing what to ask for, they set us up in Kevin's lovely table in an elevated little corner overlooking the kitchen & dining room. Levi was our server and so charming. He really took care of us. The atmosphere is kind of sexy & swanky with really good DJ style music in the background -- not loud or intrusive. The food was also amazing. We ate and drank and managed to spend over $400 for the 3 of us, but it was worth every cent. Had a nightcap at the rooftop bar, which I can't wait to visit when the weather improves. Look forward to going back.

We had dinner in the steakhouse tonight since we're staying in the hotel. The hotel and restaurant are new, modern, and high tech enterprises. Everything is attractive and well conceived. Our table was ready on time, when we arrived. Our server arrived quickly and was always around when we needed him. The menu is classic steakhouse, with the expected apps, soups, salads, steaks, and a variety of entrees. We went light, each having the French onion soup and a wedge salad. The soup was great and the salad good. We also had the croissant rolls, a decadent creation. There's a very good wine list, with broad sections and prices consistent with the quality of the establishment. We shared a nice California Chardonnay. The only area for criticism was the background music, which was 'energetic', meaning suited for a clientele much younger than us. The only thing that came through the crowd noise was the upbeat bass. A little annoying, but overall a pretty good experience.

Loved everything here. We starter with lamb meatballs and I have a nice fresh salad with green apple and mixed greens, mascarpone, and apple cider dressing delicious and the seasonal cake to go. Well done dinner was light but so yummy and Nice our server was a delight. Tony you rock also thank you for taking very good care of us! Shall return!

This may be the new gold standard for steak in Louisville. We are Jeff Ruby's and Steak & Bourbon apologists but the NYE meal we had here was nothing short of spectacular. The service is also excellent but I'm talking about the food. Melt-in-your-mouth steaks, unbelievable sides - we had the Wagyu Fries, Brussels Sprouts, and Twice-baked Potato. French Onion Soup, Caesar Salad, and the Croissant Loaf appetizer were all divine. They have an Old Fashioned cart where they will make them - and smoke them - tableside, which is a neat touch. We each ordered the 8oz filet, cooked to perfection and the truffle and bayou butter on top was amazing. Maybe our new favorite restaurant in Louisville. Can't wait to go back!

My niece and I attended their Kentucky Style Holiday Tea Service. I am a lover of any and everything afternoon tea and this was quite enchanting. The tra sandwiches had a Kentucky spin as did the delicate pastries and they were delicious. The specialty cocktails were also. Santa was fantastic playing Happy Birthday by sax to us and also playing a variety of Christmas songs. I'd like to especiallu mention the male server who served my niece and I celebrating our December Christmas birthdays. He was so attentive as we dined, but he also provided much needed assistance in our departure with me in my walker. His kindness and extra effort meant the world to us and will not soon be forgotten. We don't know his name, but will always remember his kindness.

Came for a special high tea event - everything was amazing and the service was exceptional. Excited to come back and try the full restaurant experience.

Not much of anything to complain about. Food was fabulous, server was attentive and efficient, and the ambiance was just perfect. Nice steakhouse with a wonderful variety on the food and drink menus. Prices are about what you'd expected for a steakhouse. Great date night spot or special occasion dinner.

Great upscale restaurant, especially for a celebration dinner. I took my boyfriend here for his birthday because he loves a good steak. Food and service was excellent. Expensive but we knew what we were getting into. Although expensive, the food was definitely top notch and we enjoyed every bite. We had lobster bisque, beef tartar, wagyu strip, lamb chops, brussel sprouts, and tempura shrooms. The tartar had a slight kick to it but was good... served with kettle chips, toasted baguettes, and crackers. We got the shrooms because they were something different and was pleasantly surprised... a medley of mushrooms deep fried. The lamb chops and wagyu strip were both perfectly cooked and tender. The lobster bisque was poured into the bowl tableside. For my chops, I chose to have a blackened crispy garlic butter added and that was melted over the chops tableside as well.

I love trying new places, and trying a new high end restaurant is a special treat. I'm surprised to say this place simply was below the standard of its price point. Don't get me wrong, there are things to like. It's a lovely room, though I can't imagine them ever being able to fill it. The Croissant Loaf was excellent. But not much else was up to standard. My lobster bisque was weirdly bland. My filet was properly cooked to the medium rare I requested. But weirdly, it somehow managed to be dry in spite of not being overcooked. That was mystifying to me. Our service was not up to standards either. Our server gave poor direction regarding portion sizes. They indicated some dishes were big enough to be shared when that was clearly not the case. Conversely, one dessert was more than enough for several people, and this was not disclosed. And the overall service was simply not polished in the way one would expect from a place at this level. In a town with places like Jeff Ruby's, Morton's, Ruth's Chris, and quite a few others, this place is simply not good enough to earn a return visit.

Fabulous, delicious and great service! Louisville finally has an upscale spot that checks all the boxes. I've been here at least a half dozen times, it never disappoints. Service? Fantastic. Professional, thoughtful. The managers and chef always go over and above. They went out of their way to accommodate me and literally saved the day one afternoon when we made an unexpected, special request for a birthday. You don't see that kind of customer service very often anymore. Decor? Stunning, beautiful tones of blues, purples and green with plush seating, big windows, gorgeous lighting and an open concept kitchen. You feel like you're stepping into an Architectural Digest feature. It's immersive and dreamy! Dining? The food, the food, the food! It's truly next level, delicious, well prepared, fresh. One of the best restaurants in the city. The steaks and seafood really shine. So far, each time we have truly dined like kings: Tomahawk Ribeye - huge, perfect flavor, beautiful presentation. Bone in Filet- melted like butter in our mouths, so tender and perfectly cooked. Lobster Bisque- stellar. A delicate little pile of lobster arrived placed beautifully in the bowl. Next, the server poured out the soup from a tiny teapot. I loved it, and the soup was terrific, perfect consistency with lots of flavor and depth. Broccoli Pistachio Casserole- definitely one of the best things I've ever eaten. Rich, creamy, light and a little extra something. Yum! A lovely twist on a classic. Desserts- the pastry chef here is top-notch. I love the lemon crème de pot... it's like eating a cloud. I could devour a whole bowl if they'd let me! I highly recommend this exceptional restaurant, it's such an unexpected respite from the other spots in town. I honestly can't say enough, just go! Other mentions: Parking is easy! You can use the lot next to the hotel, valet or park on the street. So convenient! Other spots downtown are such a hassle. Not here. Romantic and hip Rooftop: After dinner, explore the upstairs rooftop bar area. Fireplaces, cushy seats, live music and panoramic views of downtown. Breathtaking!!! The bartenders are talented, friendly and on top of it. Pricing: a good bang for the buck. Actually less expensive than some other downtown steakhouses. If I win the lottery, I'm moving into this hotel like an old Hollywood starlet. I'd be dining at Steakhouse Bourre Bonne every night. Sigh. Until then, I feel lucky to be able to step into this little piece of Heaven that consistently exceeds expectations.

Are server Alan was so wonderful, the food was magnificent, the French onion soup was never any salt in that burnt onion soup. It was amazing. The salad was a mason salad. It had apples because very light and fluffy salad. That was really good. The lobster bisque no fishy taste of that at all Terragon and creamy crème fraîche really delicious , the octopus leg tasted very crisp texture. It wasn't leggy at all really some kind of special delicious taste of that leg. That was amazing. Really gotta come to this place and try to try the dinner. We're gonna try breakfast tomorrow. I'll review that. What a beautiful place very swanky club lounging looking really a beautiful place I want to come back.

I have gone three times and got the maison salad every time. Drink the Pillow Top, it is weird and green with chartreuse in it. Also, the croissant loaf appetizer with the umami, bayou and garlic butter is definitely worth it.

Ambiance and decor is spot on! Good was fantastic! Will definitely go back! The filets my husband and I had were cooked to perfection!

Went for my girlfriend's birthday and Jennifer was our lovely server! She was very personable and make sure we got all the right things. Had a couple minor issues which she got fixed instantly with no problem! The mod was a younger woman she was also very hospitable and understanding. Will definitely be back

Wow! Food was out of this world, and service could not have been better. I'll say it again WOW!

We walked in through the hotel lobby and the ambience immediately set our expectations high. Beautiful Kentucky themed artwork and exquisite appointments throughout. We were seated in the back of the restaurant near the open kitchen, so we got to see all the action. Our server Robbie was very attentive and provided insightful menu suggestions, including the garlic compound butter topper for my perfectly cooked ribeye. The meal was timed and executed perfectly, all the way down to the extra blue cheese and balsamic for my wedge salad. Couldn't resist the table side drink service. We will definitely go back for all the wonderful menu selections we couldn't fit into this trip. You can't go wrong here!

This was our first time at Hotel Bourne Bonne as a staycation for our Anniversary. The ambiance is amazing. Very welcoming, clean, and expensive. This is def one of the nicer dining experiences in Louisville with plenty of areas to host private and intimate dinners. The service was also top notch. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and constantly checked in, as did the managers. The food is why I gave this experience 4 stars. The items we selected that we asked if they were shareable, weren't really the size of a normal shareable portion. Compared to other locations, it was not shareable. We did also order the 28 ounce tomahawk, which was cooked to perfection. Served on a steak board it was a great choice. We enjoyed the smoked, small batch old fashion a lot!!

I'd rate a 4.5 if I could. The ambiance was spectacular. Definitely go for h the curate your own old fashioned! The lamb meatballs also may be one of my favorite things I ate. All in all a great experience and a total bang for your buck although it is high end so prepare to spend a bit. Only reason I can't give it a 5 star is our Ahi Tuna "catch of the day" entre came out after everyone had finished their food. It was one of the best Ahi Tunas I'd ever had so respectfully so was okay with the wait however, I feel like we should've been offered a free dessert or some sort of compensation. Still not mad about it though! We will be back no doubt.

Me and my wife have been to every upscale steakhouse in the area. After tonight, I can say that Tony, GM, and Bryon, Maitre D, have the shared the best customer experience. The atmosphere was great and the food was even better. You are missing out if you have not tried this place ! New restaurant but great experience

My experiences at Steakhouse Bourre Bonne have consistently been something I can't stop talking about it. I'm not normally someone to write reviews, but this place has earned it. I've dined in the steakhouse a handful of times from dates with my gf, to a business dinner, dinners with friends and family, and somehow the bar has been raised each time. As a brand new hotel and restaurant, you can tell they've really hit their stride and have an amazing team in place. The place is humming with impeccable service and an exceptional atmosphere. The hostesses and waiters have always set the tone for friendliness and class. There is no room for improvement; each time has been exactly what you hope for and expect in an upscale dining experience. Now let's get to the food. My girlfriend and I had dinner with her family on Friday and the new Fall menu will blow your mind. The bone-in-filet is THE BEST STEAK I have ever had and nothing else comes close. I'm still not over it... The flavor, my god. I savored every bite and cannot stop thinking about it. My gf loved the salmon over quinoa and basically licked the plate. She said it was perfect. Everything else was also a 10/10 and there is not a single item I can't wait to have again. The bolognese, the lamb meatballs, the beet and pistachio salad, the croissant loaf, the twice baked potato, and we tried three desserts that looked like works of art and tasted so delicious. It will be hard not to order all these exact items next time but I can only imagine the rest of the menu is just as phenomenal. Also the sommelier visited our table to ask if we needed any recommendations and he was outstanding. As we were leaving, our server told us he just won the award for best sommelier in the city!! I think his name is Daniel. Ask for him if you can. This is without a doubt the best steakhouse in Louisville. As good as it gets and so impressive from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. I can't wait to go back.

I went for my birthday it was a present that my wife wanted to give me a nice night out before we had our second... well let me tell you it was on brand for a Kevin Granger restaurant. We waited an hour and a half after we got dessert to get our check. Server forgot to answer a question about a food allergy and just didn't' come back. Other servers ignored us too But I guess this is what happens when you create restaurants and to be fancy you change your name to Kevin LeGrangia or whatever. Absolute trash service and way overpriced for what we got I got lobster and had caviar and the waiter was trying to upsell us. Do me a favor and dont give Kevin Grangers awful resturants any business he should be tarred feathered and run out of town what a garbage experience. THANKS FOR RUINING MY BIRTHDAY KEVIN AND TEAM!

The food and presentation was gorgeous. The drinks were delicious. The building was lovely and romantic. Our waiter, Robbie, had great recommendations and was very personable. We will be back!

Great ambiance, very loud for group of 12- Sun glaring at us the whole time- they need to invest in tinting their windows and better blinds. My guests were wearing sunglasses and squinting 75 percent of the time at dinner. Was annoying. Service was ok at best- Ceaser salad was excellent, NY Strip was not cooked Medium Plus- rare... Seadfood tower was good- twice baked potato was good- very expensive - great ambiance - very loud - need to get blinds and I will give it another chance. Good vibes

My fiancé and I recently dined at Steakhouse Bourre Bonne to celebrate my birthday. From start to finish it was fantastic. Robbie, our server was fabulous and attentive. The food was fantastic!!! We cannot wait to come back!

We had absolutely horrible service. Our waiter started out nice but after bringing our drinks he disappeared. Someone else brought out Luke warm food. He never came back to our table to check on food - we received tuna not mahi mahi. Never asked if we wanted another cocktail (we did) never brought bill. I had to go to the hostess counter to request my bill. I've never had that happen in my life. I think he judged us based on appearance - don't judge a book by its cover Mr Waiter.

The hotel and restaurant is a whole vibe. The decor and design is beautifully done. We went to the steakhouse for dinner. You can order several steaks and the chef will slice them on a board for all to share or you have enjoy your individual steak. Sides are big and plenty to share. We had the ribeye and wagyu steaks. Both were delicious but the ribeye was the star. We had Robby as our waiter and he was friendly and attentive. Great personality and knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will be back soon. Recommend the croissant loaf and millionaire Mac and cheese plus the ribeye.

I want to recommend Bourre Bonne restaurant in Louisville, Kentucky as a destination stay when you go to that fine city I recently stayed at this outstanding, beautiful venue. It is run by a general manager named Morty Valldejule , whose career I have followed from La Pavilion hotel in New Orleans to his new luxury facility in The place is masterly run. Elevated Lux restaurant! Steakhouse Bourré Bonne is my new go-to place for great cocktails and amazing food in what is the best designed space in this city as well as the hotel that it shares the name with. From the moment you walk in you know this place is different and that a lot of thought and work went into creating something unlike anything else in Louisville. I do a lot of work in this city, which is quickly becoming a national standout on the food scene along with all the great bourbon places dotting the downtown. The steaks are the best in the city! The beet salad was also phenomenal along with the mac and cheese and croissant loaf. The old fashioned made with their own bourbon is my new favorite in a town that excels at making great Old Fashioned's. The lobby bar is spacious and well thought out. They have a live singer on Thursdays at the lobby bar during the evening and a piano man on the weekends. It's always nice to have some live music or vocals in the background while enjoying a drink. Also be sure to check out the rooftop bar before or after dinner for a fine cocktail or two with a view. There is nothing else in the city like the rooftop they built here. Can't speak highly enough of this restaurant and the staff of exceptional professionals that make it a truly amazing experience every time I'm here.

This restaurant is gorgeous. The colors, the fabric, the lighting, etc. it's absolutely beautiful. I had the best tenderloin I have ever eaten. It was cooked perfect, had a fabulous flavor, and was really tender. Highly recommend the croissant loaf, the french fries, and the brussels sprouts. The macaroni and cheese was incredible. We did not add the lobster or the blue crab. We thought it was great, just the way it is. This is definitely the best new restaurant in town. There's nowhere like it. Our server was Val and she was excellent.

We dined here a couple of weeks ago and had a fabulous experience. We had three young children with us, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating--plus, the kids genuinely enjoyed the food! My youngest is usually quite picky, but she couldn't get enough of the steak. Everyone needs to try the croissant loaf--it was absolutely incredible. I'm typically hesitant to order seafood anywhere that's not near the coast, but the seafood here was outstanding. Even our picky, non-seafood-eating kids happily ate the crab and shrimp. The restaurant itself is beautiful--an ideal spot for a night out with friends or a romantic date. It's truly a wonderful addition to Louisville's dining scene.

This steakhouse is incredible. The ambience is beautiful. The service was great and the steak was outstanding. I also loved the croissant loaf, the macaroni and cheese, and the cake for dessert. The woman who makes tableside drinks was fabulous. Really nice touch. Highly recommend!!

I called and made a reservation for Sunday. I explained it was for an anniversary and birthday. They said to do reservation online and confirmed that on a SUNDAY it would be in the new restaurant. I also noted these things on the reservation. Whoever answer the phone at the hotel was wrong. We arrived very dressed up and very disappointed that the restaurant was CLOSED & we were seated in a hotel lobby. Over dressed. And zero acknowledgment about the celebrations even tho it was noted. What a disappointment & embarrassing experience & overpriced meal in a lobby dressed to impress. The hotel needs to do better in answering questions and called twice to confirm where we would be seated

The ambiance was upscale and sooo unique! Food was absolutely delicious. We got the croissant bread, Brussels sprouts, broccolini, 12 oz wagyu steak with truffle butter (which I highly recommend), lobster pasta, roasted beets, and chicken. I would definitely come back here for a special occasion.

It was perfect! My friend and I got dinner for her birthday. Jennifer, our server, was an absolute doll and great. The food left me in a food coma; it was that good. The ambiance was moody and top-tier. This is a place Louisville needed. I will definitely be back to try brunch.

We arrived after the Derby with a group of 5. After placing our order and waiting for two hours for dinner and interacting with two different managers, we left without ever having received food. The manager (one of them) literally argued that we could continue to sit there and wait and hope for the best, implying it was our fault that we were the ones calling time of death after being held hostage for two hours. We had been told our food was "coming right out" for over a hour. The food we did receive (soup) arrived cold and no member of the service team ever brought us spoons... not like it was an edible temperature anyway. The experience felt like an SNL skit of the worst service imaginable. I would only recommend this place if you are ok with waiting for extended periods of time between drinks and potentially never receiving your food. And still being charged for the inedible food you did receive. Managers didn't help at all and desperately need retraining - dressing nice doesn't make your personality customer-facing.

Cold Food. Slow Service. No Excuse. Brunch was a disaster. Our table of 10 waited 45+ minutes for food--apps, salads, and entrées all came out cold. Not room temp--cold. Plates were hot, food was not. There were only a few other tables, yet we had to ask multiple times for water, drinks, anything. Zero urgency, zero communication. Then it took another 30 minutes just to get the check. No apology. No ownership. Just bad service and cold food at premium prices. I expect better--especially from a place that claims to be upscale.

3/5. Nothing wowed us really. Croissant loaf was pretty good, wedge salad was pretty good. Everything else was slightly above average (filet, crab cakes, sides). Brown butter old fashioned was great. Service was better than most. Probably need more bar tenders as it took a long time to get drinks ordered from the bar. After dinner we went upstairs to the roof top in hopes of spending the rest of our evening out at this location. Music was so loud it caused physical pain so we went elsewhere.

Best new restaurant in Louisville! you must try - Service was spectacular - ask for Sebastian - and wine list was great too. Probably the most elegant dining room we've been to.

WHAT A FABULOUS DINING EXPERIENCE! The ambience was fabulous, service was OUTSTANDING, and the food was AMAZING! The entire staff was beyond kind and welcoming!! Can't wait to go back!

The most beautiful bar and restaurant in Louisville. The food is amazing as well. We had our dinner done charcuterie style so the table could share. The bourbon and wine selection best in Kentucky. Definitely our favorite go to restaurant in Louisville.
