Great experience working with staff both in Belfast and Glenarm in designing my partners engagement ring.

My favourite jewellery shop! Such unusual designs, good variety and excellent quality. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgable. I explained the kind of piece I wanted designed and they seemed to know exactly what I was looking for, plus some suggestions I would never have thought of! I found working with Steensons, and specifically, Paula who worked there, to be fantastic experience for what I needed. I was very particular in the type of engagement ring I wanted to create, and felt supported and listened to, every step of the way. The result, after months of back and fourth, was perfect. I have a long relationship with this shop. My wife has frequently received Birthday and Xmas presents from here. It stocks designer jewellery from Ireland and European manufacturers and of course Steensons are fine jewellery designers from Glenarm on the Antrim Coast. Pricey but everything is handcrafted and beautiful. Staff are lovely. Really worth a visit by tourists visiting Belfast from further afield. You will get something that you won't get anywhere else.

We had two rings custom made with Steenson's up in Glenarm. Jolene was very helpful and spent time helping me redesign my old engagement ring. Our dealings either, visits or by email,w dealt with promptly and courteously. We are delighted with our beautiful rings.

Visited this shop in Belfast on Monday with my husband to buy an new ring for my anniversary and couldn’t believe how bad the customer care I DIDNT received! Was totally ignored! Went into the shop And told the girl on the ground floor I was looking for a new ring in gold and was told to go upstairs! When I went upstairs the girl was with customers and then went downstairs to wrap the customers item! That was fine the girl from downstairs came up and didn’t utter one word! Never asked me could she help Can I show you something! We just left the store disgusted! I’ll never put foot inside this store again! You just lost a sale!
