At first glance, the hotel appears well-maintained and visually impressive. The rooms are spacious and recently renovated, offering a comfortable stay. Outdoor areas are attractive, and the lazy river stands out as a beautifully designed, relaxing highlight. The main pool area is also clean and well cared for.||However, the overall experience was ultimately disappointing, largely due to the scale of the property. The hotel is extremely large, which creates a mass-tourism feel that lacks any sense of personal touch or intimacy.||Service was the biggest drawback. It varied greatly from one moment to the next—some staff were professional and helpful, while others seemed uninterested or overwhelmed. This inconsistency made me feel unwelcome at times, which should never happen in a hospitality setting.||One small but telling example: bottled Heineken was listed on the menu, yet was unavailable almost every time I asked. Strangely, it was consistently available at other bars within the same resort. Details like this erode confidence in the overall guest experience.||Additionally, service in general often felt rushed or impersonal. While this might be understandable in a high-volume hotel, it still detracts significantly from the sense of care and hospitality one would expect at a property of this scale and price.||Final thoughts:|Visually appealing with strong potential, but the impersonal atmosphere and lack of consistent service made this stay underwhelming. I would not return.
