Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel

This is a fabulous hotel. Although the hotel is big - the grounds are so big that it never feels busy. The service received throughout is for me the best part. Almost without exception the people are very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Amgad and Mahmoud (manager) in the pool restaurant. 1 of our kids has a food allergy and they were extremely accommodating. Youssef who did our housekeeping was also very kind and enthusiastic. The A La Carte restaurants were great. Beach lovely. My only suggestion for an area that could be improved would be the evening kids entertainment.

The room is clean and housekeepers are very friendly. The restaurant has a good selection and was nice and staff helpful. Thai restaurant across the road was not our preference. The snorkel trip was insane and beautiful at the dive centre of the hotel. Staff helpful and the videographer was amazing! And stafff very helpful and friendly, gym staff helpful. Sobky was very friendly always checking in on us and great entertainer especially the aqua fit so much fun! Would recommend and had a great time!

Again, again, and again 10 times. This hotel doesn't get tired from being perfect. It is a matter of superlatives in any category. Utmost luxury without golden fixtures but everything works perfectly. Try finding the best style with the best taste for anyone looking for true luxury. Here the service is what impeccable is meant to be.|The architecture of the building and the swimming pools is unique. No straight lines, no rows, no crowding possible. The gardens are so clean and well maintained with tweezers. Look at any angle from any place to any direction and the view is splendidly pleasant, whether it is the beach, the pools, the buildings, the hallways, the atrium, the lounges and more. You are received as a member of the family.|Food is incredible in its diversity, quality and quantity. The evening shows are worthy of a cup.|All rooms got a total remake with modern furniture, tasty colours, 65" TV, bathroom fixtures new air conditioning system|You simply feel fantastic within a day in your stay and for many months afterwards.|WOW!

A place that truly stole our hearts! We spent an unforgettable holiday at Steigenberger Al Dau and from the very beginning, everything felt just right. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and with so much variety that every meal felt like something special. The service was outstanding. Every single staff member was kind, professional, and genuinely warm. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect—especially when they surprised our son on his birthday with a beautiful cake and a room decorated just for him. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made our stay even more memorable. The beach and the sea were ideal for families with small children like ours—clean, calm, and safe. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for both play and rest. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable—exactly what we needed after long days in the sun. This hotel has something truly special. It gave us not just a vacation, but a beautiful experience filled with kindness, joy, and unforgettable memories. We left with full hearts—and we can’t wait to return!

When we visit Hurghada there is only one resort that we choose for our stay; Steigenberger ALDAU. It’s the best resort. The customer service is top notch and always exemplary!! This is our 4th stay there and always amazing. Pool, beach, and restaurant staff are amazing. Amenities are excellent. Special thanks to Mina Tharwat for his exemplary customer service. I recently stayed at Steigenberger Aladdin Beach Resort, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The hotel perfectly combines comfort, hospitality, and relaxation, making it an excellent choice for both families and couples. From the moment I arrived, the check-in was smooth and professional, with friendly staff always welcoming guests with a smile and genuine warmth. The team is attentive, polite, and ready to assist with anything, which really makes you feel at home. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering comfortable beds and all the amenities you would expect from a 5-star resort. Most rooms have a lovely view of the pool or the sea, and waking up to that scenery was truly refreshing. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless. The food and drinks were outstanding. The main restaurant serves a wide variety of international and local dishes, always fresh and flavorful. Every meal felt like a new experience thanks to the variety of choices. The specialty restaurants and bars around the resort also offered excellent options, from light snacks by the beach to beautifully prepared dinners.

Just back from 10 nights in this hotel and can honestly say it was my top hotel in Egypt by far. ||Rooms: large, modern and very tastefully decorated. Coffee machine, kettle and mini bar were restocked daily as well as snacks and chocolate. |65” wall mounted television with BBC news and a few movie channels. ||Bathroom: double sinks, large shower and bath tub. Shower gel, shampoo, body lotion. Bathrobes, bath towels, hand towels and face clothes all very good quality.||Food: so much choice and so delicious. Tried 4 of the 6 restaurants and loved them all. Catered for all tastes with gluten free options available. ||Pools: always plenty of sun-beds and pool/beach towels were excellent quality. Super attentive bar staff keep you hydrated 🍹 with excellent choice of alcoholic and soft drinks. Lovely lady came round throughout the day with fresh fruit juice, ice cold ❄️ face cloths and cleaned your sun glasses. Brilliant 🤩 ||Beach: always plenty of beds available and same quantity towels. Lovely soft sand and slow sloping so never too deep. Few sea loungers were also greatly appreciated. ||Entertainment: typical hotel shows but still very good to watch. ||Spa: very relaxing environment and good quality products. Excellent choice of treatments. ||Are you getting the impression that this hotel is perfect? Well for me and my adult daughter it was. ||Easily a 10/10

A Truly Exceptional Stay — Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful experience at this resort. The service was truly outstanding — every staff member goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Whatever you need, it’s taken care of without hesitation. The hospitality is on another level. The swimming pools are pristine, and the beach is incredibly clean with crystal-clear water — absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food is just amazing: delicious, abundant, and full of variety to suit every taste. I do want to share one small experience, not to affect my overall impression, but perhaps to help improve clarity for future guests. One evening during dinner at the main restaurant, I was told by an attendant that my shorts were too short for the dress code. While they politely let me in that time, the experience felt a bit awkward and unexpected — especially since many other guests were also wearing shorts, and the signage indicating the dress code wasn’t clearly visible (partially hidden behind a table at the entrance). It would be great if the resort could make the dress code more visible and consistent for all guests to avoid any confusion or discomfort. That said, this was a minor issue in an otherwise perfect stay. I would absolutely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality service, comfort, and an unforgettable vacation.
