We had a mixed experience during our stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the reception staff were very friendly and accommodating, and we were able to check in early, which we greatly appreciated.||Unfortunately, the quality of the room did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, we noticed a very strong and unpleasant odor in the bathroom, which quickly spread throughout the entire room. We reported the issue on Saturday, and the staff assured us it would be resolved by the evening. However, when we returned, not only was the smell still present, but whoever attempted to address it had left the bathroom door open, worsening the situation.||Adding to the confusion, we found that a child’s bed had been placed in the middle of our room without any explanation. While staff eventually removed it, it could not be done until the following day.||On Sunday, we contacted the front desk again regarding the persistent odor, but were told that no technicians were available that day. As a temporary solution, we were offered a different room, described as an “upgrade.” Unfortunately, this second room was much smaller, darker, and only had a queen-size bed instead of the king-size bed we originally had. It felt more like a downgrade than an upgrade.||Overall, while the staff were consistently polite and eager to help, the hotel facilities and problem resolution fell far short of what one would expect from a property ranked among the best.
