The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, and the bed is so comfortable it seriously messes with any plans of getting up early. The location is ideal—practically across from the main train station, making everything in the city easy to reach. The spa area is a little sanctuary: peaceful, tidy, and big enough that it never feels crowded. Breakfast is excellent, with plenty of fresh options. The staff is professional, quick, and warm—not the forced kind of friendly, but genuinely pleasant. Overall, the hotel offers that perfect mix of luxury and comfort that you get used to way too easily and don’t really want to leave. If you want a stress-free stay in Stuttgart, this hotel definitely delivers.

Stayed here for a week with our daughter and son-in-law. Had two Deluxe rooms, which are quite spacious! And King beds, which were a must for both couples. Beds were quite comfortable. Everything was very clean, check-in was very smooth. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within a decent walking distance to the Weihnachtsmarkt, which was delightful to visit. It's right across the street from the Bahnhof (train station), which is still under construction. Quick, easy access to public transportation with S- and U-bahns available on the corner. On a very busy street, but the windows were very well insulated, so noise was minimal.||One thing we would like to point out is the breakfast is rather pricey. For four of us, it cost 130 euros, which seemed much too high for a buffet setup. We did not see a price anywhere, so it was a bit of a sticker shock. But everything was quite tasty. After our first time, we looked elsewhere when getting something for the morning.||The shower floor can get rather slippery, so be aware of that. Both rooms had bathtubs, which our daughter relished after a long day of travel. The rooms have a Nespresso machine and a hot water kettle. There was no regular coffee available in the room though, just the Nespresso which made very small cups of espresso. They did provide tea bags, which I didn't notice until the last day, but I'd brought my own, so not a big deal.||The bar / lounge in the lobby area was comfortable and relaxing. We took advantage of that a couple nights, after long days of walking around the city.||Our last night there, the front desk was good enough to order a taxi for a 3 AM departure the next morning for four people and quite a bit of luggage. While we were outside waiting, a taxi drive approached us saying he was the one ordered. We scoffed at the size of his vehicle, although he was saying he could get all our luggage in it. A gentleman from the front desk must have seen the exchange and came out to speak to him and realized he was not from the company they'd arranged a ride with, which was very much appreciated.||All in all, a very good stay, and I'd recommend it.

Google
Great location. Have plenty of things to do that is close. All types of restaurants to choose from. The room is a good size. Plenty of storage. Nice breakfast bar and you can also have dinner if you chose. Bed is very comfortable. I do wish the pillows were firmer.

We were staying here for 1 night. Room was duty, dust was everywhere, mattress was old and with a lot of stains. Breakfast cost 37 euro and it for sure doesn’t worth it. It’s shame even for 3 stars hotel to provide service like this. And for 5 star hotel is not acceptable at all.

Our visit was too brief to use its facilities. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was roomy and effective, otherwise the room was like many others. We left for an early train so they gave us a picnic of plenty of fruit and 2 leaden sandwiches best avoided.

Google
Hotel is high class with outdated interior. They keep the standards through amenities and perks like breakfast otherwise the rooms have a very outdated look and feel, the staff is slightly understaffed. Staff is nice but need support.

Google
Wonderful location across from main train station. Room had been renovated & was spacious & soundproof, but rather dark & depressing. Service not friendly but fine.

Google
Lovely hotel and food very good. Friendly and helpful staff were excellent. Well situated for arrival by train which we did do. However the bar prices are really expensive so best go out to a nearby bar for drinks unless you have money to burn.

Yelp
A grand European hotel literally across the street from the train station. Walking in, you feel the elegance of this hotel. The room was large with the comfy bed, sitting area and a desk. SBahn and Ubahn 1/2 block away but also walking distance to major shopping, restaurants and the Christmas Market. Would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
This is a beautiful hotel. It has changed somewhat since becoming a Steigenberger property. I was a guest many years ago when it was the Graf Zeppelin. Each room was decorated differently, which was charming but not so great when you got a room that wasn't to your liking! The modernization is an improvement overall. Some things are unchanged from 20 years ago, but in perfect condition, e.g. two of the classic dining rooms. (There are casual alternatives also.) Great location, by the main train station. Also, the hotel is within walking distance of nearly everywhere I needed to go in Stuttgart. On the top floor, there was an indoor pool. In summer, I remember swimming laps, then pausing to look out the large windows, at the green hillsides and vineyards. When I returned in 2015 and 2018, the pool was unchanged! It was well-maintained and very clean.

Yelp
This is an absolutely beautiful European hotel and the location is fantastic. Nearly everything about this place was 5 stars, from the entrance, to the service, the bars and of course the modern nicely appointed rooms. The front desk was extremely helpful in setting up train schedules etc and giving me a nice room with fantastic amenities. The room itself was gorgeous and luxurious complete with a king size bed, large/spacious bathroom and tastefully done decor which made for an extremely comfortable stay. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel in Stuttgart and I would lie to stay here again. Pros- Location Spacious rooms Modern decor Bar Cigar lounge Service Across from the train station Near food and other attractions Great valet Closet space Umbrellas in room Cons- Not really any views

Yelp
For a European hotel this one was first rate for n that the room size was good and the in room amenities great. The walkability was fantastic! It's in the heart of it all.

Yelp
Everything about this hotel perfectly met my expectations (although nothing really exceeded it). The room was nice with a comfortable couch (the gummy bears for turn-down service was a lovely touch). Personnel was friendly, but not extremely proactive. The bar/seating area didn't look too inviting to me, a bit dark and classic (but this is personal taste). I didn't try the breakfast. Definitely a fine stay, but no wow-factor.

Yelp
We had a perfect stay here. Beautiful room, common spaces, and Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The location is also extremely convenient, right across the train station. The breakfast buffet is expensive, but one can order a la carte at the downstairs bar for prices found at popular restaurants nearby.

Yelp
Nice hotel in a good location. Delicious breakfast buffet includes champagne! Can't pass that up. There's an awesome spa upstairs with a steam room and sauna, pool and decent gym. The rooms are modern. Shower is to die for. The only thing I didn't like we're the pillows. They were kind of like sleeping on two deflated balloons.

Yelp
Perfect location in Stuttgart at the end of the Konigstrasse. A conservative and historic hotel, excellent breakfast.

Yelp
Location of the hotel is great. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly. And if you want to have a good stake you can taste the best stake you will ever taste in the restaurant on the ground Floor. It is a verry good place to stay.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our stay at this excellent hotel. The location was perfect, across the street from the train station and in the center of town. The room was spectacular with comfortable beds, great rain shower, very clean and spacious. The staff was very nice and the concierge gave a great dinner recommendation.
