Steigenberger Hotel El Tahrir Cairo

My experience has been wonderful so far! Upon arrival, a staff member warmly welcomed us, assisted with our bags, and guided us through a smooth and efficient check-in process. We were then escorted upstairs, where our bags were delivered, and the staff provided a detailed overview of the hotel and room amenities. The next morning, we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast in the lobby, featuring a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was friendly and attentive, with Donia standing out for her exceptional kindness, ensuring we had everything we needed while dining. Though I’ve only been here for a day, I’m truly loving my stay so far!

I stayed in this hotel with my wife for family holiday from 23.12.24 to 27.12.24. We are sr. citizen. We have vast travel experience outside India.||I have stayed so many 4 & 5 star hotels, but this place and the stay attracts 5 star review. The place is more than the worth of the price they took.||The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, housekeeping are all excellent. The hotel is handled by Very well trained, experience and responsive staff who are very polite & gentle and take quick customer satisfy decision. I did not face any inconvenience during my stay||The hotel is room is very neat and clean having all facilities, double beds, neat clean bed cover. Bathroom was good with toiletries. Staffs are very courteous. I appreciate the behavior of all hotel staffs and their services. The food provided by the hotel is more than sufficient and 75 more varieties during breakfast. Their serving coffee is best test. The menu of buffet is as per international standard and taste is good. The food serving staff are very cooperative about your choice of food.||THE BEST PART THE HOTEL IS THAT IT IS JUST in main city center.

We had a great stay at Steigenberger, as a family of 5. The staff is very kind, helpful and professional. The restaurant is delicious (try the Egyptian mixed grill !). The breakfast is an experience in itself with one of the largest and highest quality offerings of treats and meals from around the world. In particular Mariam’s kind attention and helpfulness was much appreciated. We could enjoy the outside pool, hamman and spa just before heading to the museum located next door. We highly recommend!

We had dinner at the Steigenberger El Tahir and were very happy with Mona's service. We can only recommend the food. The rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable, but could have been king-size. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about. The location is very good.

The service is really good and specially during breakfast! Mariam and Mariam are very friendly and service minded. Always paying attention in case you need something. In general, the hotel is pretty nice and the standards are high. I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is at an excellent location! The overall experience was good! SPA is a must as they do it so well! Highly recommended! Gym is well equipped too! Only feedback : The staff forced you to right review standing next to you on breakfast table! Overall : 5 star stay!

We stayed for three nights at the Steigenberger in Cairo which is very well located in the city and you can walk to the Egyptian museum, the corniche and Coptic. The morning breakfast is excellent and in particular Christine paid such great attention to us. We are celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary and the hotel gifted us with a beautiful and very delicious cake and other treats. We felt so well taken care of! Will definitely be telling all our friends!

Menna is very friendly and hospitable! Absolutely love the hotel environment and everything. Breakfast is always very nice so we have to get up early to enjoy the feast. They have traditional Egyptian food and specials from all over the world. And the service staff are always very nice to us. Love the experience !
