I booked with a deal, which meant my experience was good value for money! Service was excellent, full marks to the staff in all departments! Breakfast buffet was super! The Nile terrace, entrance areas and restaurants are well presented. I was given a dark, disappointing bungalow room, a long way from the main building, no light, no balcony and isolated! Reception was very sympathetic and offered me an alternative in the main building, which I appreciated. The room was tired and in need of a little refurbishment. The balcony overlooked an empty swimming pool and a half-finished building site, adjacent to the hotel. The contents of the minibar were of low quality, but extortionately expensive. The complimentary coffee & tea was a selection of cheap mass-produced tea bags nescafe & powder sachets. Very poor for a 4*! It would have been better to offer all day coffee and tea for guests in the breakfast room or lobby! Also, there was no fitness area to take exercise! So, for me, mixed impressions! I was happy I did not pay the full tariff!

Perfect Dining Experience" The food in the Italian restaurant was exceptional. From pastas to pizzas, everything was delicious. Yasmin in Guest Relations helped us with all our inquiries, and the breakfast had such a wide variety that I never got bored of it

It was a wonderful stay! All the facilities at the hotel were amazing. I loved the view from the pool—it was truly beautiful. Also, the staff were helpful and always smiling. I would especially like to thank Yasmeen from Guest Relations; she was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Thank you all for making my stay amazing!

I loved this place and would like to repeat the experience again and spend more days there. The service staff was very hospitable. I really liked the buffet, it was really delicious. The room had a wonderful view of the Nile, which made me feel peaceful. The security factor in this place was strong, which made me feel comfortable and safe. I hope to go again and repeat the experience

We had a great experience staying at the resort! The room service was top notch and the three restaurants on site were all great too. The spa was great as well, we had a couples massage and the sauna room and steam room were given complimentary along with a loofah scrub. We were told the stress areas in our body and massage was given accordingly. Very satisfied and will recommend!

What a wonderful stay I had at this hotel! The rooms were immaculate and designed for ultimate comfort. The team working at the reception deserves special recognition, especially Yasmin. She was so welcoming, attentive, and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met with a smile. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Outstanding Stay with Exceptional Service We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with amazing views that made our stay even more enjoyable. Specially the sunset.. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, offering a great variety. The dinner buffet, while decent, didn’t quite meet our expectations, but it was still okay. Overall, the experience was wonderful, and we will definitely be returning—mainly because of the exceptional staff, who were so helpful and kind throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel 100%! It’s an excellent choice for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere.

An amazing stay at Steigenberger Hotel! Excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and top-notch facilities. We enjoyed the pool and the stunning view, and the food was delicious with a great variety. The staff was professional and very friendly.
