Stayed 2 nights in this very centrally located boutique hotel. Clean and comfortable bedrooms with helpful and friendly staff. Basel card supplied on check in was great for using public transportation. Welcome drink provided also. Still and sparkling water available throughout stay. Would recommend

This was a great place to stay in Basel. Very easy to get to and from the airport. Very pleasant and welcoming staff, and the room I had was clean and comfortable; perhaps a little cramped for space when I wanted to do some administration, but not unacceptable.||There is no restaurant at this hotel, but there are plenty of nice places to eat just around the corner. There is however, a nice breakfast buffet, with a good range of fresh produce, with a nice garden to enjoy it in.||I don't have any plans to be back in Basel anytme soon, but if I do, I would certainly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for the hotel for upgraded us to a larger room. The room is spacious & well equipped. The stay is comfortable & quiet. Location is convenient, walking distance to down town & bus stop nearby to Basel SBB. The staffs are friendly. Thank you for offering umbrella for our use & the Easter chocolate bunny.

This hotel and the staff are amazing. I booked months ago and right away they sent me an email explaining the Basel Card and features of the hotel. When we arrived the front desk staff was extremely helpful, especially after a long day traveling. They showed us to our rooms and explained how to use a few things like electric blinds. In the morning they welcome you with warm smiles and ask if they can help plan your day. The Basel Card you receive on arrival is great (free transport, discounts in Basel). We had 15 people in our group and they made Basel the least stressful part of the whole trip. I really can't say enough about the hotel and people that make it great. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel for one night, before we boarded a river cruise. The staff was excellent. Eva, Elmira, Alex and Maria were extremely professional and helpful. They suggested great restaurants and gave us helpful hints on public transportation. The garden in the back of the hotel is really lovely.

Best hotel ever! I have traveled a lot but this is a very nice hotel! 24/7 reception! Unbelievable helpful and competent staff.Best breakfast ever! Everything is tidy, new and working. State of the art WiFi. Baselcard on arrival which gives you free public transport

What a friendly and lovely place. I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. All staff extremely kind, friendly and helpful, a delightful breakfast with the possibility to sit in a small quiet garden. It is located at a rather busy street but on the other hand very close to central station and city centre (cathedral/Münster, Rathausplatz). I can recommend this hotel!

Our stay was great. Very good communication beforehand and direction throughout the entire time we were there. We sent off questions when we were in transit and they were answered quickly. Location was perfect for us and transit system outstanding. We would definitely recommend.
