Stelios Place at Perissa Beach

Wonderful place to stay in Perissa. Just been there for two nights, then three further nights after a trip to Oia. Stelios place is ideally located just about 1 minute walk to the beach road where all the bars and restaurants are. The two rooms I stayed in were smart, modern and exceptionally clean. Modern bathrooms, great wifi, Tv and air con. Owners were lovely and very obliging.Pool was smart and never too busy, lovely loungers. Really, for the price, this is a really great option for a chilled stay in Perissa.

Lovely family run rooms with pool. Everything was spotless with rooms cleaned every day. Loads of sunbeds with beautiful pool. They even have two shower/bathrooms with lockers for after you check out! Love from us to Katerina and her family x

It was a pleasure to return to Stelios Place. The wonderful family who run the hotel are so helpful and genuinely good people. The rooms are immaculately clean, beds and pillows are so comfortable, the pool area is clean and sunbeds so comfortable The location is excellent, a 2 minute walk to the beach and in the opposite direction, 2 minutes to the main road where you can find shops, car hire, bakery, bars. There's loads of great places to eat nearby. Perissa is an excellent base to stay while discovering all this beautiful island has to offer.

Really nice place to stay, lovely clean nodern rooms. Nice pool with modern sun loungers. Perfect location 1 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. The team running the place were really nice and super helpful, probably the best customer service I have ever had. I will definitely stay there again if in the area.

If you are looking for relaxation, great service and location look no further. The warm welcome and information given on check in was brilliant. 1 minute walk to the black beach, restaurants and bars. The room is lovely and the beds comfy. we are loving our stay and are especially enjoying the sun loungers, which are the nicest we have sun bathed on, including when we stayed in a 5 star hotel in Dubai. If you are thinking of booking then don’t hesitate.

We had a wonderful stay at these small, independent, family-run apartments. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach—and the on-site pool is perfect for relaxing. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. Katerina and her family were absolutely lovely—welcoming, helpful, and always ready with a smile. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special. We felt right at home and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

It was one of the best family apartments we have ever had. Everything was perfect. The hosts, Catherina and her family did everything to make us feel at home. Fast communication, also in English. Everything was comfortable, the rooms and the hotel are spotlessly clean, daily cleaning. Towels are also provided for the pool, sunbeds, terraces, luggage store. The house is almost on the beach and all facilities are within 200 meters. restaurants, breakfast or dinner, groceries, bakery, car rental, pharmacy, parking, public transport, organizing transport. If we were in Santorini, we would only choose them, again. Thank you for everything.

We have stayed here before, so we knew already how beautiful it is. Our son and daughter in law were married in Santorini three years ago! ||Our whole family stayed at Stelio’s place and loved every single moment..||We decided to holiday as a couple recently and enjoyed everything about our stay! As before, apart from the beautiful location, the accommodation was absolutely amazing, just as we had enjoyed before.
