Stelios Place at Perissa Beach

We loved this hotel! I stayed here for two nights with a friend while we island hopped through Greece and it was perfect! It is very clean and adorably decorated, the room and the grounds and pool area are beautiful. The owners are also sooo friendly and super helpful and assisted us with transfers to and from the port, to one of our excursions we had planned, and with getting us to Oia to see the city. They also provide beach/pool towels. It is about a 2 min walk to the beautiful black sand beach, we ordered drinks at a restaurant and were able to use the beach loungers. There is also a market about 2 min walk where you can buy bottled water. It is also walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Katarina and her family who run it are exceptional and will do anything to ensure your stay is as good as it possibly can be. My room was spotless and was cleaned everyday with towels, soaps, tea, coffee and milk refreshed daily. I just loved everything about this little gem of a hotel and cannot wait until I stay there again.

5*service!|We had an issue with our air conditioning, quite important when it’s 30 degrees and no breeze! This was on a Sunday and was fixed within about 3 hours. |Nothing is too much trouble for Katerina and the family. ||The rooms are cleaned daily, and towels changed too. Small toiletries to get you started, a hair dryer if you need one - all provided. Pool towels are provided too. ||Tea & coffee are provided, along with a full size fridge for cold drinks purchased from the corner shop a stones throw away. Small freezer compartment too - top tip - bring some ice bags so you have a constant supply!||The hotel at the end of the drive charge extortionate rates. Location is the same but you will get better service at Stelios at a fraction of the cost. You won’t go wrong by staying at Stelios Place. A warm family welcome, you won’t get anywhere better on the island!

We stayed at the Stelios Place in Perissa from 10.10-17.10.24 and we couldn't have made a better decision. Everything was perfect. From the warm welcome of the family, always an open ear for needs, very clean facilities, room, even a fridge for Ur stuff. everything is tidy up 1a. I last visited Stelios Place 19 years ago and was so happy to return there.||An excellent family run hotel in a fantastic location which is handy for everything....turn left and you have the beach, and all restaurants and bars on the seafront, turn right and you have a small shop, the village bakery, and the bus stop.||The rooms and building have been refurbished since I last visited and were cleaned to perfection every day.||Stelios and his family are all so welcoming and friendly just as they were last time I was here and arranged all our airport transfers.||We enjoyed our holiday so much we were discussing which week to return next year on our way back to the airport.||So would we recommend staying here? Definitely.||Would we return? We're already discussing it.||And was there anything to complain about? Definitely not.||So... Book here with no concerns to worry about, you won't regret it.|

Easy walk to the beach. Hosts are friendly. Rooms are clean. Free Self storage luggage locker is very convenient and big (good for early arrivals or late departures).

My 2 best friends and I stayed at Stelios Place for 3 nights in the beginning of June. The location was perfect, it was only a 2 minute walk to the beach/restaurant strip; but the rooms were still very quiet. There were also regular buses to different locations in Santorini. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The bins were changed and our beds were made every day. The shower was great (such a cool, unique style) and the air con worked very well. There was also a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and they provided beach/pool towels. The pool was lovely. It was clean and had comfy sunbeds with enough umbrellas. Katerina went out of her way to ensure we had the best trip possible. She gave us wonderful restaurant and trip recommendations and even booked a taxi for us to the port on our check out day. All in all, we had a 10/10 experience and will definitely be returning. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel is wonderful. A friend and I stayed recently and has a great experience, Stelios and Katerina were so lovely and friendly and helpful when it came to organising a transfer from the airport, booking us onto a boat tour to the volcano/hot springs and offering advice about the local buses (which were cheap, on time, A/C ed and useful to get to Fira and the airport). The hotel was well kept, clean and so quiet at the end of Aug early Sept and we had no issues getting a sun lounger. Perissa was beautiful and the food and drink options affordable with ample choice. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to travel to Santorini.
