Stella Hotel Interlaken

This is a great hotel. A warm welcome back and all the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout. The room was just right for one person and very clean and tidy. The breakfast provided was plentiful and varied and the half board provision at the Schuh was excellent. All the staff there were very friendly and kind and the food great. A really great holiday and I hope to return again.

We stayed at the Stella Hotel for a week and couldn’t have been more pleased with the hospitality and help provided by owners Elizabeth and Bastian. They truly made our visit to Interlaken exceptional in directing us to sites and hikes that suited us. Their wealth of information made it easy for us to navigate the trains, buses, etc. so that we fully enjoyed each and every day. The hotel was centrally located, close to the train and bus depot, as well as shops and restaurants. It was very clean and well-run by their gracious staff. Highly recommend!

A very welcoming hotel which is personally attended by the owners Mr & Mrs Hofmann together with their friendly staff. They give excellent advice on Interlaken and the surrounding Berner Oberland. The position of the hotel is excellent in a quiet spot yet close to a wide range of restaurants to suit all tastes and nationalities and close to transport connections. We thoroughly enjoyed our ten-day stay there with hearty breakfasts to start the day and excellent Swiss restaurants nearby to finish each day.

The room was enormous. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Location was easy walk to the train. Close to the boat station. Excellent restaurant nearby. Really, nothing to complain about. Would stay again if in Interlaken.

The hotel is on one of the more quieter streets but still very close to restaurants, shops, and the bus to get Interlaken Ost or West. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and nice. Really good breakfast, fresh eggs you can make, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, variety of cheese, bread, croissants, fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice, and coffee. The room we had was spacious, comfortable, and had a balcony with a great view of the mountains. It's in a great location so I don't think there was really a bad view. The room comes with amenities, extra towels, and robes for the pool. Overall it was a great hotel in a quiet and good location.They really do a great job thinking of all the details to make your stay comfortable.

Great hotel located located very close to Interlaken West station and Höhematte Park. Hotel service was very friendly. Hotel rooms and building were very clean and modern, and a terrace to sit outside. Breakfast was delicious and included with room rate. Pool was available for the family. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. They also supply you with an Interlaken city card that can be used for all sorts of discounts for tourist activities and public transportation.

A truly lovely hotel, perfectly located for both Interlaken West and Ost stations and just minutes away from a wide selection of restaurants and shops.||The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful and their kindness made our stay in Switzerland so relaxed and special. Nothing was too much trouble, and both our rooms and all around the hotel was spotless. ||Breakfast was freshly cooked and kept topped up each morning with a good selection of hot and cold food and the most wonderful choice of freshly cooked breads .||I cannot speak highly enough of Elizabet and her team at the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.||I very much hope to go back again one day.

Lots of room and comfortable, Very clean and nice hotel, definitely one of the best we stayed in during our Europe trip. They provided some toiletries, bath robes, and the breakfast in the hotel was convenient. The location was also nice because we only had to walk a little to get to the Main Street in Interlaken.
