We didn't have much time before the movie started and when we arrived, we were pushed for time. The staff who were standing around gave us instructions how to access the self service machine instead of doing it for us to save time. We then made a mistake and had to ask for help again. We were late for the movie because the popcorn collection took long too. In future it would be appreciated if staff assisted immediately so you can watch the movie from the start. The one person who gave instructions did not know how it worked either, which was frustrating when pushed for time. We watched eternals so don't know how it started with all the time wasted in the foyer.

For all the times ive watch movies here i loved it bt today was just very bad they are not prepared for the worst there almost in the middle of the movie it went off and thn hak for another 30 minutes and also at the end and its not cool at all spoiling the whole movie and the staff dont even come in and say sorry or whats going on

Had issues with speakers, it was going on and off all the time. Also I didn't know they do not take cash payments, only card...

Watched The Batman. This place is not bad. Will see me coming here often. The price is equal to the venue I would say.
