Stereoscope Coffee is such a beautiful and welcoming café. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, enjoy your drink, and comfortably bring a book or laptop without feeling rushed. They have a great selection of coffee, teas, and matcha. As someone who enjoys matcha with very little sweetness, this place really impressed me. Damian was kind and helpful and suggested the matcha hokatsu series with minimal honey. The matcha was smooth, silky, and perfectly balanced, exactly how good matcha should taste. Comfortable seating, a relaxed atmosphere, and genuinely warm customer service make this café stand out. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a quality drink and a cozy café experience. ☕🍵✨📚

I’m hanging out with my friends at a cozy coffee shop. We’re sitting close together by the big window, just enjoying each other’s company. The place feels so warm and relaxing — there are shelves behind us filled with mugs, tumblers, and cute little items that make the café feel extra cozy. We’re all smiling, chatting, and having a good time — such a perfect chill moment with great company.

This café is effortlessly modern and chic. It’s the kind of place where you walk in and instantly feel like your day just upgraded. The vibe alone puts me in a good mood, but let’s talk about the real star: the iced Madagascar vanilla latte. I would confidently argue it’s the best in the city. Smooth, perfectly balanced, and somehow tastes like motivation in a cup. Not a work-and-linger spot, there’s limited seating and no bathrooms, but that’s not the point. This is a grab-your-drink-and-go kind of place. If you want really good coffee, this is THE spot.

The regular coffee tastes good and the service is very friendly. Had the flavored iced coffee today to switch it up (chocolate ganache mocha something, and I usually like flavored coffees) and it wasn't to my taste. They have pastries also but they're on the left side inside the counter (not displayed at eye level) so just ask for them. A bit more of a takeout/super quick bite kind of spot than sitting and hanging out. Please note this location is not ideal for working from since there are no plugs for laptops, the music is quite loud for trying to hear meetings over and there are NO public bathrooms.

Today’s visit was disappointing. To start off I went to their echo park location and asked for their new matcha drinks but were sold out for the day. I ended up buying a regular matcha and coffee. The lady there gave me a complimentary free drink voucher since they were sold out. That was nice of her I wasn’t expecting one. She told me I can use it anytime any location. Anyway, today I come to this location which I visit every other weekend and they wouldn’t accept the card she gave me for a free drink. They said it was because it’s their anniversary and they’re already giving away a free drink. I explained that I always buy two matchas and I wasn’t aware of their free promo. They said it was on instagram which I don’t follow them so I wouldn’t know that. I am grateful for the free drink but I find it dumb that I couldn’t redeem my free voucher when they’re giving away free drinks anyway? I’m going to have to make a second trip another day just to redeem what I could’ve done today? Doesn’t make sense. Also the voucher doesn’t have any disclaimer or contingencies stating it can’t be used if free drink is already given. I told the lady I was already planning on buying I’m not freeloading. I told her ok well if your registers are closed I’ll have the free drink you’re already giving and I want to use my free voucher too. She said no. I asked another guy about it to make sure I was understanding their logic. The drinks I purchase are for me and another person who waits in the car as always. I get dropped off because parking is limited. I shouldn’t even have to explain that part but just fyi.

I did not sample their coffee, but I did try their peach and lychee drink, which was delightful! I would certainly rate it a 9 out of 10. It possesses a wonderfully refreshing quality, and I highly recommend it. The place has a lovely aesthetic. It's small, with limited seating, but ideal for a quick coffee run.

The staff is incredibly friendly and quick, making the service outstanding. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with lots of natural light that creates a perfect space to relax or work. Highly recommend this place for both the drinks and the vibe.
