Don’t come early. ONLY on your SAT LOADED or MT they will not take you. Good luck finding somewhere to park while you wait, specially when you have over 6 hours of earliness. Don’t bother drop it neither. We are al waiting with MT’s & Loaded to drop below on the capture. For the morning shift according to what the manager after midnight shift communicated to all drivers find somewhere to park. "we are not responsible" they said. Plan ahead and just come at least 1hr before your app. If you’ll experience different it’s call a lucky miracle. SafeDrives y’all !!! ✌🏻

This was by far my worst experience at an Amazon warehouse—managed by unprofessional, rude, and completely unqualified individuals. Do not waste your time dealing with this place; logic and common sense are completely absent here. I brought in an empty trailer for delivery. When I arrived, three people were talking at the same time, and it was impossible to tell who was actually in charge. Eventually, they said they didn’t need the trailer. I’m a driver—if you don’t want it, what am I supposed to do? I had another pickup scheduled just thirty minutes later. I called ROC, and they confirmed the trailer should have been accepted by the warehouse. Still, these ignorant and disrespectful managers refused to take it. Now they’re trying to make it about why we argued with them. You be the judge: when a warehouse refuses to receive the trailer, you have another pickup coming up, and they offer no solution—how long is a driver expected to wait?

Have received 5 packages-on 5 different days-for a person with a similar street name but different number and different city, in the past 3 weeks. This only happened after they switched delivery from Sparrows Point to Sterling. Tried calling phone number given on Google and it sounded like it was hooked up to a fax machine and then disconnected. Tried the main Amazon 800 number, after multiple prompts and none of them being for what I was calling for, I was left waiting 22 minutes for someone in Asia telling me they would try to fix it. It wasn’t fixed. I’m trying to do the right thing by getting them to pickup the misdelivered package and send it to the right person but I shouldn’t have to spend this much of my time correcting their mistakes. I don’t blame the overworked delivery people, I blame whoever is in charge of sorting the packages and putting them on the vehicles.

My packages are delivered to the post office due to our remote and inaccessible location. The delivery person keeps leaving packages in the outer foyer of the post office when it is closed. I have specific instructions in my account of post office hours and not to leave packages when they're closed. They can and have been taken since it's a public open building. Please train all drivers to only leave packages with the postal workers during open hours. I have addressed this problem at least 20 times with Amazon. So frustrated !!!

Since we have moved into our new house, both of our 2 orders delivered by Amazon Prime have been delivered to a house under construction, rather than our new house, which is clearly marked with our house number. Both times a picture was sent to me and I had to walk the length of our street, looking for my package. The driver is simply putting our packages at the first house under construction on our street, where it is obvious no one is living. The driver appears to be too lazy to drive farther up our street, past the houses being built, to find our house and the rest of the houses being lived in. Both times we have contacted Amazon for help, but no one from the Sterling warehouse has return any of our calls. This problem needs to be rectified immediately! I am 70 years old and should not have to walk around to all the houses under construction looking for my packages!

The worst Amazon carrier facility ever. They don't read instructions and attempt to deliver packages to businesses after business hours and on weekends even though the customer profile indicates not to. To make it worse, instead of realizing their error and trying to deliver the packages on the intended business hours and days, they returned bunch of packages back to the seller, causing frustration and delays to customers. This facility needs to retrain their staff and take their customers seriously. This just did not happen once, but it happened repeatedly.

For delivering here, be prepared to wait for at least 2 hours. Sometimes, security says they notified the supervisor, and until you had enough, then they showed up to escort you in. All that for 1 pallet.

Driver should be more respectful in neighborhoods. Driver had music thumping loud while making deliveries. When confronted, he didn't care. UA94272 was the plate on the van.
