The hotel is situated near the market & plenty of restaurants, plus the famous Pub Street. The room was clean but could do with a little up dating especially the towels & mattress. There is also a small but pleasant pool area. Strangely our room had what look like two double beds bolted together, with a side table & dressing table to the right but against the wall with only a very small gap to the left, why not put the side table on the left? The staff were all friendly & helpful. We had breakfast only (3 mornings) which was pleasant enough albeit limited choice for the European palate.

This hotel is sub-par in so many ways. The air-conditioning in 2 out 3 of the rooms booked by our group didn't function. We had to move rooms two hours into our stay when it became apparent that the "maintenance" person was not going to fix the problem. This meant moving into a 100 degree F room and having to wait another two hours for it to cool down. |And... the hot water didn't work. The toilet malfunctioned. The shower didn't drain properly. The lighting in the room was poor. The staff, while polite, were not competent. |I'd suggest choosing a different hotel. There are many in Siem Reap that have to be better than this place. |

Our room was in Building 2 opposite the main hotel area. There are no facilities in this building all facilities being in the main hotel area. The pool is also located in the main hotel. |The hotel is situated near the market & plenty of restaurants, close to Pub Street. The room was clean but could do with a little up dating especially the towels & mattress. |We had a window which looked directly on to another building so now view. Breakfast was buffet style with an egg station. Breakfast does not really cater for Western tastes so the egg station and toaster were a godsend. There was also no tea or coffee service.|Our opinion was that the hotel was OK but nothing special.|can recommend the Greek restaurant next door for food and drinks.

I would advise you stay away from this hotel. 2 out of the 3 rooms our group booked had air-conditioning that didn't function. Staff, while polite, were less then competent. Maintenance staff was completely incompetent. Hot water didn't work in our room. Toilet malfunctioned. Shower didn't drain properly. Enough said. Find a different hotel. There are many options in Siem Reap.

We stayed here for the first 3 nights of our trip.||Good buffet style breakfast.||Nice pool, and pool side menu.||Excellent location - about 100m from Pub Street.||Quiet.||Nice room with good amenities. The AC struggled a little, but it was 42C outside.

I had a horrible customer service experience at this hotel. I travelled to this hotel with a married male friend companion. I arrived. They couldn’t find my reservation. Instead of continuing to try to find my reservation they attempted to put me in the room with my married friend. This is unacceptable. I told them multiple times we are traveling separately. We had separate reservations. After over 45 minutes they found a room for me. I misplaced the key to the hotel. They charged 15 dollars. I found the key. No refund. My monthly menstruation started over night and they charged me 20 dollars for a small stain. The breakfast is disgusting. This staff does not understand customer service, and made no accommodations for me when I complained about my experience. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Spent 4 nights at this hotel. Good points: 1. Location -- Very good. Super near to Pub Street. Easy to get food and entertainment. 7-11 and fruit shop not too far away. Not too far from Angkor Wat as well. 2. Price -- Good price for this location. Value for money. 3. Front Desk -- Helpful and friendly. 4. Breakfast -- Good selection of Western and local food. If you are going for Sunrise tour, they also provide take-away breakfast. Not-so-good points: 1. Room has stale smell. 2. Many small insects especially in the bathroom. 3. First day they didn't clean up my room and replace the towels, claiming I was inside when I definitely wasn't. For the rest of the stay, they cleaned up as expected. 4. Restaurant staff is very unfriendly and black-faced. Not a nice experience. 5. Missed morning call. Out of the 4 morning calls I requested for, one was missed. Fortunately, I managed to get up in time for my tour. 6. Email and Chat response -- Prior to my stay, I had sent 2 emails to their official emails but received zero response. Their online chat was also not very responsive. 7. TV not working -- Had to call the repairman to fix it. While it finally got resolved, the TV itself has a thick black line on the screen. Nonetheless, hotel is worth considering for the location and price point.

From the moment we arrived I could tell we were not going to have a good experience at this hotel. We came from a very long day of travel and the key card didn’t work. Thankfully the attendant walked us to the room so she went down and got a new card without a long wait.||I just wanted to take a hot shower and relax after the long day of travel but the water was COLD - not cool, COLD. I was so tired that I took the shortest shower in history and told my husband I want to leave this hotel. He called the front desk and someone came to our room and showed him the geyser button. ||WHY DIDN’T the attendant tell us about that when she walked us to the room????||My husband convinced me to stay at this hotel as it would have been more of a hassle to move somewhere else and we were only in the hotel for breakfast, short amount of time in the evening and to sleep.||It didn’t even matter about the geyser anyway because after only a few minutes the water would go cold again anyway - for every shower. And it wasn’t just a fluke in our room, we overheard other guests talking about this as well. ||There was a large breakfast spread but for vegetarians there was only fruit, bread and croissants. We did appreciate that they made fried rice for us, upon request. ||The bed was comfortable but so big for the room that the only way to get off on one side was to scoot across the bed, which also meant nightstand on one side only - not even outlets on the non-nightstand side. ||The safe in the room was janky and didn’t work half the time though it did fit a MacBook Pro, Canon series DSLR WITH lens attached with room to spare. The toilet had to flushed at least twice to actually flush. ||The one thing this hotel has going for it is the location. You can walk to all the restaurants, bars, shops etc. The downside of that is we heard music blasting until 2-3am every night, but with earplugs we were able to sleep. ||The room had an old hairdryer- the kind that is permanently attached to the wall with an old coil wire that I got frustrated fighting with after one try so switched to using mine. ||They provide shampoo and body gel - no conditioner - that’s not a criticism just an fyi. They provided 1 shower cap, dental kits for 2, razor, qtips. ||This is an old hotel in a good location - you can find much better.
