Steung Siemreap Hotel

Wonderful Motel with an out standing location. Across from the Markets and Pub Street. The staff at the Motel are so curtious and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend. Great first time experience 👍 Ps. Great Pool.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s literally next to pub street where the actions are and plenty of places to eat. Its also not too far away from other good restaurants not located in the touristy area where you get constant sellers and kids selling stuff. Staff were really attentive and friendly and provided great services. The buffet brekkie was awesome. Not a big spread but enough to keep us going for our morning temple visits. The pool is a very welcoming feature and there are many deck chairs to relax on. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel.

Had a great stay in Siem Reap at this hotell. Very good location in a rather quiet area if the liveful town. Loved Seam Reap.|Slept good in good large beds, good aircon, fridge and safe deposit box at the room.|Breakfast was ok with a lady making omeletts /fried eggs at your wish.

Wonderful hotel Superior location Good breakfast. Staff of a high standard, in particular Thon on reception, his attention to customer service is outstanding. Good value Hotel. My second stay at this hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Loved this hotel, mainly for the hospitality of the staff, they always greeted you with a smile, I came back from my trip to the temples and it was raining heavy and they came out with an umbrella to me as I was in the tuk tuk, cold towel on arrival and a drink. Always greeted me with a happy face! Breakfast was OK, location was great, right near pub street but far enough away that not hectic. Solo woman traveller but felt completely safe, the rooms were big and bed was comfortable and had everything i needed. Decor a bit dated but it fitted in with the charm of the place, overall an amazing hotel 😊

Worst hotel experience of Cambodia trip. First night we arrived our toilet wouldn't flush. Gentleman came to fix, but it still continued to have issues. Went to the bar at 8:30 PM to find it closed. Supposed to be open until 10. Woke next morning to raw throat from strong sewer gas smells. They gave us a new room. This room did not have hot water. |Asked the next day to get a drink at the bar and was told there was no bar tender. later that day I asked if the bar tender had arrived and they said they actually didn't have a bar tender on staff. |There were bugs in our room on multiple occasions. I moved the dresser to get the cable and there was an inch or more of dirt under it. Also, first night tried to ask about excursion and experienced my first ever rude person on Cambodia. This is my 6th time here so was very surprised. Older lady, Kheng Sieng was extremely rude. Everyone else was super nice. Even the other young lady that was at the desk when Kheng was rude acknowledged it and tried to be nice. |At check out I asked for a discount to compensate for all the issues and he gave me free late checkout. Not really compensation, but at that point I was just ready to leave. |Definitely would not recommend this hotel.

A strategically located hotel near the bustling Pub Street. Rooms are clean and the hotel is still kept in good condition, despite having been around for more than a decade.

Stayed here for 4 nights during my Siem Reap visit and had a great stay. Room clean and in a quiet location. All staff are all very friendly, rooms are good size too. ||Would recommend this hotel and will stay here again in the future. ||Pool area nice and clean too. Doesn't get too hot of the late afternoon due to shade so that's a nice refreshing change for somewhere cool to relax or enjoy a cold drink. Restaurant very conveniently located too. Also good breakfast here with an egg station.
