Stevens Pass has a beauty that feels almost curated — as if the mountains themselves were designed for an editorial shoot. The snow here isn’t just snow; it’s soft light, quiet luxury, and a kind of elegance that reveals itself only when you slow down enough to see it. As a photographer, I return to this place again and again. There’s a purity in the landscape — the clean whites, the deep greens, the way the air feels crisp and almost weightless. The mountains create their own atmosphere, one that instantly becomes part of every frame, transforming simple moments into something timeless and refined. But what truly elevates the experience is the warmth of the people. Even in the cold — especially in the cold — kindness feels brighter. The staff, the skiers, the families wrapped in layers of winter softness… there is an effortless sincerity here that I love capturing. It turns the entire mountain into a story of connection and quiet beauty. Some of my favorite winter photographs were created at Stevens Pass — images where nature, emotion, and light align in a way that feels almost unreal. It’s the kind of place you don’t just visit. You experience it. You feel it. And if you’re lucky — you take a piece of it with you.

As someone who is brand new to snowboarding, I had a great experience taking a lesson here and would highly recommend lessons to anyone starting out. My lesson went really well, and by the end I felt confident enough to get on the lift by myself for the first time. Unfortunately, I accidentally got on the wrong lift and ended up at the top of a much harder slope than I was ready for, which was pretty scary. At the top, I met an employee named Cass who was off duty and just snowboarding for the day. I asked him if the slope connected to an easier run, and he went above and beyond to help me. Cass followed me down to the green trail, coached me the entire way, gave me cues, reassured me when I was nervous, and showed incredible patience and kindness—all while not even being on the clock. He truly felt like my hero in that moment. I’m so grateful for his guidance and support. The mountain is incredibly lucky to have someone like Cass as an employee. This experience made my day and reinforced how welcoming and supportive this resort is. Highly recommend! 🏂❄️

This will be your experience if you come here on a weekend. No parking, terrible mismanagement by Vail Resorts. Ski elsewhere and do not waste your money as you will not actually be able to ski

Stevens Pass - in 2024/2025 season I’m at 25 days! The goal is 40, weather permitting. I love this place. I mean - love! The staff is beautiful and kind and all smiles. The lodge is fairly priced and fun. The coffee shop is perfect. And the runs are phenomenal! From the front big four to the backside with Gemini, this place is remarkable. Come during the week and park under a ski lift! It’s so so good here. The runs are varied for all skill levels; park for the jumpers and whatnot; great fun all around. Oh, night skiing/boarding is awesome too. Open til 10 so you sneak outta work at 3pm and get five hours of runs in. Ideal!

Had a great time at Stevens skiing for a day and a half. We did night skiing and a full day on the mountain. It was gorgeous weather and not very crowded on the weekday. I really enjoyed the Daisy and Brooks runs and am glad to have tried skiing in the PNW. The scenery was gorgeous and even going for the view is worth it.

The 2025 snowboarding season at Stevens Pass was an adventure and community spirit. The lively atmosphere, welcoming and friendly staffs and safe protocols from all riders created so many memories for our friend group. I also love the fact of having reservation parking system for those who are willing to pay and have a peace in mind that they can find parking during busy weekends. If you are not willing to reserve, it is better to stay at home and plan for non-busy day.

Monopoly by Vail Resorts. Couldn't give a dang about skiers experiences while purchasing tickets at hughly inflated prices, charging for what limited parking they offer, lines around the block, closed lifts and reduced staffing to maximum investor's profitability. Long ago stopped going there. What a joke of a place, good luck enjoying that place!!
